The Internal Revenue Service is now reminding thieves that they must report income gained through their crimes.  This would be hilarious, if it wasn't also a stark reminder of how normalized crimes like robbery and shoplifting have become in recent years.  It gets more difficult to distinguish between parody and reality every day.  The IRS's bewildering rule about self-reporting income from crimes has caused some Twitter users to mock the federal agency. According to IRS Publication 525, taxpayers are legally required to report the value of whatever property they stole during the tax year. "If you steal property, you must report its FMV (Fair Market Value) in your income in the year you steal it, unless in the same year you return it to its rightful owner," the rule reads.

The same rule applies to bribery, drug deals and other income-earning crimes. The IRS purportedly uses the information solely for tax purposes and does not hand over any evidence to law enforcement. The only situation where law enforcement may have access to the information is through court orders.

The company's official line about the closings is that it has to do with store performances, customer needs, and other corporate speak.Does anyone doubt that this probably has a lot to do with theft? Portland is a hotbed of leftism, and for the last few years, shoplifting has become a norm for the left. All Portland Walmart stores to permanently close in late March. The decision to close these stores was made after a careful review of their overall performance. We consider many factors, including current and projected financial performance, location, population, customer needs, and the proximity of other nearby stores when making these difficult decisions. After we decide to move forward, our focus is on our associates and their transition, which is the case here," a spokesperson with Walmart said.   This is going to impact poor people more than anyone else. A bill has been introduced that would eliminate the Democrat party in Florida. The bill would eliminate any political party that "previously advocated for, or been in support of, slavery or involuntary servitude."  A Republican in Florida's state Legislature has filed a bill that, if enacted, would eliminate the Florida Democratic Party.  "The Ultimate Cancel Act," filed on Tuesday by state Sen. Blaise Ingoglia, would require the state's Division of Elections to "immediately cancel" the filings of any political party whose platform had "previously advocated for, or been in support of, slavery or involuntary servitude."  The bill, called S.B. 1248, would require Florida officials to notify all registered voters who belong to any canceled parties that their party no longer exists. It would also change their voter registration to "no party affiliation" and "provide procedures" for those voters to update their affiliation to "an active political party."

The bill would allow any canceled political parties to re-register with the Florida Department of State — but only under the condition that the party change its name ... Ingolgia said, "we're gonna see, aren't we?" when asked about the bill's support. When asked if he thought the bill would get any traction in the upcoming session, Ingoglia said, "I guess we're gonna see, aren't we?"

NEW details of the early life of Lisa Cunningham, the Australian mother of four accused of the abuse and murder of her mentally ill seven-year-old stepdaughter, have been revealed. The former Adelaide resident, who moved the to US 20 years ago after marrying her first husband Russell Anderson, spoke about her troubled family life and despair at her situation in a letter ... "it's a nightmare that just won't end," ...  "I was just telling (eldest daughter Cierra Anderson) how hard it was growing up with (alcohol) addicted parents and brothers always in trouble with the police... The 43-year-old, who is now behind bars in Phoenix, Arizona, also spoke of her regret at leaving her dysfunctional family behind...  "I know Mum and Dad loved me and the boys," she said. "I just don't know why their lives were such a damn mess all the time.  "I know I sort of just ran away from it all and, looking back, I was wrong. I should have stayed and helped them... Ms Cunningham was born in Adelaide, South Australia...  her mother suffered from mental illness.

Ms Cunningham married her current husband, Germayne Cunningham. They had two children together, and also cared for two of Mr Cunningham's children from a previous relationship, including Sanaa. Prosecutors allege the Cunninghams tied the child up with plastic ties, a makeshift straight jacket and shackles, forced her to wear nappies and locked her in a laundry room or outside. They also allege they forced her to pick up dog faeces with her bare hands and neglected to treat a wound on her foot that turned septic. She died while suffering from pneumonia, and in December 2017 a grand jury indicted the Cunninghams on one count each of first-degree murder and 10 counts each of child abuse, which they both deny. Ms Cunningham is the first Australian woman to ever face the death penalty in the US.

Interestingly enough Trump has a history of referring to Biden as "shot" which is believed to be a reference to the fact he was executed via firing squad by the military.  For example, in the clip from October 27, 2020 around 12:30 Trump says "Three weeks in, Joe's shot" which sounds like a reference to a failed presidency, but with the consideration of double meanings could also mean Joe Biden was shot within the first three weeks of 2019 possibly.  Similarly, in another clip from June 25, 2020 referring to Joe Biden from around 32:50 Trump said "He's shot. He's shot. Whether you like it or not, he's shot."

Another train, with a car carrying toxic materials, has derailed in the United States.

This one happened in Detroit, Michigan on Wednesday and the cause of the derailment is still unknown, Fox News reported. Fox News reported: "Officials that spoke to WXYZ, which reported that at least six cars were seen off the track, said one of them was carrying hazardous materials. The derailment comes less than two weeks after a train carrying toxic chemicals derailed in East Palestine, Ohio. Police told Fox2 Detroit that roads will be closed in the area while an investigation is ongoing."  "We are also in touch with the relevant federal authorities, including the EPA," Democrat Michigan Rep. Debbie Dingell said to Fox2 Detroit. "At this time no one is aware of the release of any hazardous materials, the car carrying hazardous material has been put upright and is being removed from the area of the other derailed cars, and EPA is dispatching a team to ensure public safety," the representative said.

Kino Springs, AZ – A 73-year-old Arizona rancher was arrested and charged with first-degree murder for fatally shooting a Mexican migrant (likely an illegal alien) on his ranch. George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested for killing Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, on his Arizona ranch in Kino Springs on January 30. Kelly is being held at the Santa Cruz County jail on $1 million bond. George Kelly asked the judge to reduce his bail so he can go home to take care of his wife.  "She's there by herself... nobody to take care of her, the livestock or the ranch," ...  "And I'm not going anywhere. I can't come up with a million dollars," he said.  According to reports, Gabriel Cuen-Butimea has a history of illegally crossing into the United States and multiple deportations.  He is believed to have been in the US illegally when he was fatally shot.

The American Museum of Natural History in New York City quietly began removing a controversial statue of former President Theodore Roosevelt on Tuesday night in the final chapter of a saga that has stretched for nearly a year and a half. Only scaffolding and tarp remained. "The relocation of the Equestrian Statue from the front steps of the American Museum of Natural History began Tuesday," a museum spokesperson told NPR over email. "The process, conducted with historic preservation specialists and approved by multiple New York City agencies...

The bronze statue — officially named "Equestrian Statue of Theodore Roosevelt"— has towered outside the museum's entrance for some 80 years and became a source of local and national debate in recent years. It depicts the former New York governor and 26th U.S. president sitting on a horse, flanked by two shirtless, unnamed men. One is Native American and the other is of African descent.

The statue was commissioned in 1925 to stand on the museum's steps, since Roosevelt's father was one of its founders and Roosevelt himself was a "devoted naturalist and author of works on natural history,"... But it adds that the design itself "communicates a racial hierarchy that the Museum and members of the public have long found disturbing." Roosevelt's legacy — especially his views on race and support for the eugenics movement...
