A Missouri County has passed a rule to arrest any federal officer who tries to take away the Second Amendment rights of any of its citizens by trying to enforce any anti-gun laws coming out of Washington D.C.

On Feb. 3, the Newton County, Missouri, Commission passed a bill that will not only block federal enforcement of unconstitutional gun policies but criminalize their implantation thereof within the jurisdiction of the county. The "Second Amendment Preservation Act of Newton County Missouri" declares that "all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations passed by the federal government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in the county."
The new rule in Newton County targets any federal policies that might order tracking and registration of firearms and ammunition that the Democrats have been introducing in D.C. Horowitz ads that section 4a of the Newton County ordinance grants the sheriff's department "full authority to make an arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce regulations" that violate the Second Amendment.... This will be the only way that regular people can fight these power mad leftists infesting Washington. We have to take back our country at the local level. Nullifying illegal federal laws at home.

Burns, who is President Joe Biden's nominee for director of the CIA, is president of a think tank that has received up to $2 million from a Chinese businessman as well as from a think tank with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.  As president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Burns  also invited nearly a dozen congressional staffers to attend a junket  to China, where they met with a communist party operative and a  president of a Chinese front group. Burns, who was paid  $540,580 last year as president of Carnegie, will appear before the  Senate Intelligence Committee for a confirmation hearing likely to be  held this month. He has been president of Carnegie since March 2015. During Burns' tenure at Carnegie, a businessman named Zhang Yichen joined the think tank's board of trustees.

"We are very fortunate to have Zhang Yichen on our board," Burns, a former deputy secretary of state, said in a statement in October 2016. "I look forward to working with him to make Carnegie an even finer institution." Zhang, the CEO of CITIC Consulting, a China-based investment firm, donated between $500,000 and $999,999 to Carnegie from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018, according to Carnegie's website. Zhang is a member of two organizations linked to the Chinese Communist Party ... Police in California are investigating after a Jewish fraternity at  the California Polytechnic State University reported finding swastikas  and other anti-Semitic graffiti painted outside its house.The symbols were scrawled in front of the Alpha Epsilon Pi  fraternity house in California's San Luis Obispo County on Friday night,  campus authorities said. "We awoke to multiple swastikas and antisemitic statements spray-painted on and in front of our house," the fraternity wrote in an Instagram post on Saturday.
