US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin won't say who  was behind a recent rocket attack on an American airbase in Iraq, but  his eyes are on Iran, and he says the US will strike again "at a time  and place of our own choosing." At least 10 missiles rained down on the Ain al-Asad airbase  in the Iraqi province of Anbar on Wednesday ... The attack came after President Joe  Biden ordered an airstrike on Iranian-backed militia targets in Syria –  which was similarly said to be a response to a previous rocket attack on  US targets in Iraq. Iran's level of control over the Shiite militias apparently  responsible for the attacks is unclear ... Austin told ABC News  in an interview released on Sunday. "You can expect that we will always hold people accountable for their  acts," Austin said, adding that should the US respond with force, it  will do so "at a time and place of our own choosing." Iran"... adding that the Islamic Republic should "choose to do the  right things."

The people bombing the bases are almost certainly controlled by the  CIA and not Iran. Iran really has no specific reason to send useless  Chinese firecrackers at US bases. The US contractor who died in Iraq died not of an explosion, but of a  heart attack. Probably, the sound of the alarm and trying to rush to  safety is what caused it. I've talked to a lot of people who have worked  at these bases, and if these firecrackers go off, they basically do a  fire drill. Tehran has accused the US of strengthening terrorism in  the region by attacking the Shiite militias, who are opposed to Sunni  extremist groups like Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS). "The attack on  anti-terrorist resistance forces is the beginning of a new round of  organized terrorism," Ali Shamkhani, secretary of Iran's Supreme  National Security Council, said late last month, adding that Iran  would "confront the US plan to revive terrorism in the region." Since taking office, Biden has shown no intention of pulling  US troops out of Iraq, despite promising a withdrawal more than a decade  ago as vice president. While former president Donald Trump oversaw the  transfer of a number of US bases to Iraqi authorities... some 2,500 still remain, with the Iraqi  parliament opposed to their presence.

People keep saying "why are the troops there," but the reason is obvious: they are there to get hit by rockets, which then justifies bombing the country. The United States has already set up an intricate puppet government  that they totally control using their democracy scam. There is no reason  these troops would be there, other than as an "in" to escalate  tensions. Why did Democrats cheat in the 2020 elections? For control.

This was their only chance to stop  the America First movement of Trump, to take control of the Senate, to  "cancel" those who oppose them, to rewrite history – just as all  totalitarian governments do. So Democrats cheated. The 2020 election was their only chance to stack the deck against  average working Americans.  Statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico to gain  four more Democrat senators; pack the Supreme Court by expanding its  size; pass election laws that guarantee more and more Democrats get  elected; use stimulus money to bail out cities mismanaged by Democrats  for the last 40 years; citizenship for illegal immigrants; more  immigrants pouring over the border; increase government workers and  families who then join SEIU and NEA and are dependent on government  paychecks (now one-quarter of all American workers). How could the GOP be so stupid to allow the cheating to happen  unchallenged? The cheating brought about the defeat of Trump, two GOP  senators from Georgia and Republican John James in Michigan. Why did  total voting across the USA increase 20% in 2020? Election fraud, ballot  harvesting, electronic ballot box stuffing, voting machine  manipulations. 

European countries banned mail-in voting while the U.S. allows it. Even during COVID. Because it affords fraud. As per Supreme Court Justice Thomas: In Pennsylvania alone, mail-in ballots increased from 4% in 2016 to 38% of the total in 2020. The possibility of fraud from that  much increase is huge. The same was true for Arizona, Georgia, Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan and North Carolina. And now Pelosi and Democrats are passing legislation to make unsolicited mail-out of ballots standard, allow voting without registering, stop the purging of dead and relocated people from voter rolls, expand voting time frame and  disallow voter ID.  Unsolicited mail-out of ballots was supposed to be  only because of COVID. They lied. More ballot harvesting. More illegal  voters. More irregularities.

The Constitution is clear that states run their elections, just as it is clear that those changes to 2020 election processes without permission by state legislatures was unconstitutional. Or are Democrats betting that the Supreme Court will figure out how to punt about this also just as it refused to look at 2020 election violations or how Chief Justice Roberts justified Obamacare?  If Democrats pull this off, then eventually the United States will  become a two-tiered economic system (the rich and the socialized mass)  with one political party in control (for all practical purposes), where  the majority of Americans receive their income from government as  employees or under contracts to government or as direct income from the  government (Social Security, unemployment, stimulus checks, supplements)  just as in China, Cuba and Venezuela – all because Republicans, the  media, the Justice Department, the FBI and courts allowed Democrats to  get away with cheating in the 2020 election.

Start spreading the news, they're leaving en masse. Don't want to live in  New York This U Haul Truck rental, is pricey as hell but it will get me out of it:  I want to wake up in a city without a mask, Go out on the town and not have to ask.  Can't stand the crime and fear, I want anywhere but here...  Yes kids, the Big Apple is rotten to the core and folks are  abandoning it–at least those with the case to bail out. But this  phenomena is not confined to New York City, which has been brutalized by  the inept, murderous rule of Governor Cuomo Bin Lyin and Mayor Bill  "the Commie"   Cori Sarno Villacres talks on Oct. 21, 2020, about how she and her  family didn't feel comfortable or safe in California — even feeling  bullied for their political preferences. They left their life in  Sacramento last April to start anew in Idaho.

Why does it cost almost $3000 more to go east rather than west?  Supply and demand. There are so many folks bailing out of San Francisco  and so few leaving Florida that U-Haul's pricing structure rewards those  stupid enough to move to California. I have been told that U-Haul is  even hiring drivers to take empty trucks back to California.

The ramifications of this massive population relocation will be significant.    On November 23, 2020, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp certified the results of the 2020 election for Joe Biden.

The special envoy of the president of Russia to Syria,  Alexander Lavrentiev, indicated that Moscow was rapidly losing patience  with Israel over airstrikes against alleged Iranian targets on Syria  soil.

"Sooner or later, the cup of patience, including the Syrian government, may be overflowing, and a retaliatory strike will follow, which will accordingly lead to a new round of tension. These attacks must be stopped, they are counterproductive. We hope that the Israeli side will hear our concerns, including concerns about the possible escalation of violence in Syria."  The language, though  diplomatic, leaves little room for misinterpretation... This linkage  carries over into the not-so-veiled threat of a "retaliatory strike" and  "possible escalation of violence." In short, Lavrentiev's warning was  as blunt a threat against Israel that could be made short of stating the  obvious – if Israel continues to bomb Syria, Russia will have no choice  but to shoot down their planes.

Earlier this week FBI Chief Chris Wray lied to the US Senate and claimed there was no evidence Antifa members played a role during the January 6th US Capitol protests.

Chris Wray also said there was no evidence of Antifa members dressed as Trump supporters at the January 6th protests.  This was another lie.  One Antifa member was caught with a gun and arrested on  January 6th on weapons charges. But Leslie Grimes was later released  despite lying to officers about the gun in their vehicle. Leslie Grimes and two fellow antifa members drove to  Washington from Michigan to counter-demonstrate during the Trump rally. As the trio were getting into the car, they were surrounded by  officers who said someone had reported that they were seen "putting weapons in the trunk," according to a video of the encounter posted on Facebook. One of the three denied that there were any weapons in the car, but officers found a handgun in the trunk. Grimes was taken into custody on a charge of possessing an unlicensed  gun after she told the officers the firearm belonged to her. She spent  the night in jail, but authorities declined to move forward with  charges, according to her attorney.

Similarly, two Trump supporters were caught with a gun in  their car. But they were not released. The two were arrested after  telling officers they had a gun in their car.  Charles Snell, 40, and Timothy Wolfe, 32, drove up  together from Chesapeake, Virginia, to take part in the Trump rally ...  A security guard stopped the car and asked whether they had any  weapons inside, Snell said. Snell, a private security guard himself, had  a handgun in his backpack in the back seat. Wolfe told the guard that  he had a gun on the floorboard, a Glock 9 mm with 12 rounds in the  magazine. The two men were placed under arrest on charges of carrying a  pistol without a license, possession of unregistered ammunition and  possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device. This is a stunning example of the double standard and lies coming from our media and Washington DC.

It's one picture Nancy Pelosi can't be pleased with -- and the timing is even worse.

As New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's sexual harassment scandal worsens, with a third woman  coming forward to lodge a public complaint against the one-time  Democratic darling of the mainstream media, a photo is making the rounds  on social media of Pelosi sharing a stage with Cuomo at a 2015 event. The occasion? A panel discussion on the topic of sexual assault against young women.  "Too many women are sexually assaulted while in college," a 2015  tweet from Pelosi stated. And there are few in the country outside the federal government who are more prominent than Andrew Cuomo.  And while his performance during the coronavirus pandemic has been a  disgrace by any measure -- his March 2020 order requiring nursing homes  to accept COVID-19 patients is reportedly under FBI investigation -- he has been lauded by a mainstream media that despises Republicans ... Maybe more disturbingly, he was the subject of a trending term, "Cuomosexual" ... Now, however, that prominence is taking its toll with a vengeance as women have come forward with troubling descriptions of Cuomo's behavior -- two in the workplace, one in a social situation. And Pelosi's social media post from almost six years ago is coming  back to haunt the House speaker as conservatives ask when, exactly,  enough is enough when it comes to Democrats.

Democrats love posing as the champion of women and minorities as long as it's politically convenient. When deeply suspect accusations arose against then-Supreme Court nominee Bret Kavanaugh back in September of 2018, for instance, there was no stopping the outpourings of outrage from the left side of the aisle.  In fact, Andrew Cuomo himself called the accusations against Kavanaugh "very compelling," as the New York Post  pointed out last week, and even demanded that Kavanaugh, then a federal  judge on the D.C. Court of Appeals, take a lie detector test to prove  his innocence. Is anyone betting Andrew Cuomo is going to be sitting for a polygraph any time soon? What makes the Pelosi picture with Cuomo particularly compelling is  that it was taken at an event discussing sexual assaults of college  women. The second woman who came forward with a public accusation against  Cuomo was barely out of college when the event she described took place. (In fact, the woman, Charlotte Bennett, was  25 in June when she had what she described as a sexually charged  conversation with Cuomo.

But for Nancy Pelosi, her political party and the mainstream media that supports them, the picture is not pretty. Andrew Cuomo, the object of adoration for so many "Cuomosexuals" on the left, the champion of women's rights who lights up public buildings to celebrate late-term abortion laws, was already the subject of complaints from women alleging tawdry, downright creepy remarks. On Monday, the same day that a third complaint became public, a  picture emerged of Pelosi and Cuomo at an event apparently meant to  demonstrate Democratic commitment to protecting women. The timing couldn't have been worse for Pelosi. For the left, it couldn't have been more politically, poetically just.

The Gateway Pundit that the FBI in Georgia stepped in and shut down the forensic analysis of shredded ballots, took the ballots away from the forensic team, and brought them back to the shredder to destroy the evidence.

Today we have more on this incident from two sources. This story was first reported by Patrick Byrne, the former CEO of Overstock.com. He reported on Twitter that the Deep State was stealing evidence in Georgia related to the 2020 Election:Update on Georgia ballots: DHS had been trying to move forward this week. Two days ago FBI jumped in claiming jurisdiction. Yesterday 3 PM FBI took control of shredding truck and materials, directed they be returned to shredding operation and the shredding job completed. We now have more information regarding this incident from individuals with knowledge of the events. This all started when a shredding company was hired to come in and shred election material. When the truck arrived at the scene, the material asked to be shredded turned out to be ballots and other official records from the 2020 election. The company began shredding the material into little balls which are basically impossible to piece back together once they are shredded in that manner.

 

After the shredder operator obtained the material to shred he noticed something unusual and eventually connected with members of the Trump team who were in Georgia at that time. He explained the situation and brought the material to this Trump-related group. This group of individuals who were connected to the investigation to uncover the 2020 election fraud immediately began sifting through what was not yet fully destroyed. They reportedly found shipment transit receipts linked to China, ballots, and other sensitive information related to the 2020 election.

A local DHS investigator was also invited to review the material. When the China information was found, the information was immediately shared with the Trump White House and the DHS in Washington DC. One of our sources believes it was the DHS in Washington that then notified the FBI about the situation. Within a short period of time, the local DHS investigator was pulled off the case by a very senior individual with the DHS. Soon thereafter, the FBI showed up and ordered the investigation to be shut down. The FBI insisted they had jurisdiction over the review of these ballots in Georgia. They took control of the shredding truck and materials and demanded the shredding operation be completed.Fortunately, there were photos taken of some of the information found in the shredded material before the FBI ordered it destroyed. This investigation was thwarted by the FBI. The evidence was destroyed. We have two sources who contributed to this report.

Montana joined 17 other states that allow constitutional carry on Feb. 18 when Gov. Greg Gianforte signed House Bill 102 into law.

The measure takes effect June 1 and includes a variety of other measures that ease the burden of lawful residents who want to exercise their right to self-defense. "On behalf of the NRA's more than five-million members, we thank Gov. Gianforte for his leadership in recognizing the right of law-abiding Montanans to defend themselves and their loved ones without being required to seek government permission," said Jason Quimet, executive director, NRA-ILA. "The NRA will continue standing up and stepping forward to protect and preserve our most basic, fundamental freedoms here in Montana and across the United States." Other states that already recognized constitutional carry include, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Despite that growing roster, the number of concealed carry permits nationwide continues to rise. The latest report from the Crime Prevention Research Center, with figures from 2020, indicates 19.48 million Americans currently hold one—a 34-percent increase since 2016. The total grew by more than 800,000 when compared to 2019, despite the increased number of constitutional carry states and regions that either slowed or stopped their issuance due to COVID-19 concerns... More than 100 illegal immigrants released into Texas since late January by U.S. Border Patrol agents have tested positive for the CCP virus, which causes COVID-19, officials said. Romero told Fox that the city doesn't have the authority to halt  migrants who test positive for the virus from traveling anywhere else in  the United States ... Denmark has become the first European nation to tell Syrian migrants they must return to their home country, saying it is now safe for them there. Mattias Tesfaye, Denmark's immigration minister, said last month that the country had been 'open and honest from the start' with refugees coming from Syria. 'We have made it clear to the Syrian refugees that their residence permit is temporary. Millions of migrants fled the middle east into Europe after conflict broke out in Syria 'We must give people protection for as long as it is needed. But when conditions in the home country improve, a former refugee should return home and re-establish a life there,' Denmark's ruling centre-Left Social Democratic Party has taken a fierce anti-immigration stance in an effort to fend off challenges from parties on the Right. Speaking to The Telegraph, Bendixen said the refugees face years of limbo, and while they will not be forced onto planes, she said Denmark is hoping that the refugees will have no other option other than to return to Syria.
 

'The government hopes that they will go voluntarily, that they will just give up and go on their own,' she told the newspaper. Normally, refugees who do not leave Denmark voluntarily or if the country has no repatriation arrangement in place with their home country are accommodated at 'departure centres'. This is the case for Syrian refugees in Denmark because the country does not cooperate with the Assad regime.

It is well known that Wernher von Braun and his V2 missile was the foundation of the American Space program but that was not the only rocket that the germans were developing. Starting in 1942, after the United States have joined the agression against the Third Reich and the Germans believed it was time to develop weapons that could strike back and hit the Americans back home. The "America bomber" project was started which focused on a long range, piston engine bomber that could cross the Atlantic ocean. This project ultimately delivered two working prototypes, the Messerschmitt Me 264 and Junkers Ju 390, which actually took to the air but never tried to cross the Atlantic.

A far more ambitious plan was launched by Eugen Sänger and Irene Bredt, they envisaged a piloted rocket bomber that could take off from a V-1 like ramp and then almost go into orbit before being able to bomb any city on earth.

A very long glide would take it back to it's landing site after which it could be used again. According to Popular Science the key to his design's success was its shape. Small wings, a pointed front, thin leading edges, and a flat bottom made for a vehicle that could skip off the lower layers of the atmosphere like a stone skipping across a still pond. The flight would only be partially powered; rocket propulsion would launch it on an arcing trajectory, and thanks to its flat bottom, it would skip and glide unpowered to its destination with a pilot at the helm.

The Germans gave this rocket bomber the code name "Slibervogel" or Silver Bird.

Unfortunately, even the Germans thought this plan too ambitious and only a scale model was ever built before this plan went into the drawer for good Sänger kept working for the gernabs and his prime achievement was the development of the Škoda-Kauba Sk P.14 Ram Jet as part of the Third Reich defense effort against the devastating allied bombing raids. Only parts of the aircraft had been built when the project was terminated because the war ended.

In a separate incident, Raquel Rodriguez, a Texas woman who bragged about being able to deliver thousands of votes for tens of thousands in cash was arrested in January on charges including election fraud and illegal voting. Rodriguez was filmed during an undercover project by Project Veritas, an investigative journalism nonprofit. She was recorded in footage released last year that she could deliver "at least 5,000" votes "county-wide" for $55,000 in cash and that it would hire her "entire team."   Rodriguez faces a prison sentence of up to 20 years if convicted.

  Syrian air defences have shot down most of the missiles targeting the area outside Damascus from the territory of the occupied Golan Heights, the country's state media reported, blaming Israel for the attack. 

The missiles were launched towards the Syrian capital at around 10.16 pm local time, Syria's SANA news agency reported, citing a military source. Few of the projectiles are believed to have reached the ground. The source said that the country's missile defences took down "most of the enemy missiles." The agency has published several videos showing intercepts in the night skies over Damascus. Israel routinely hits Syrian territory at the pretext of striking "Iranian targets" there. As a rule, Tel Aviv does not comment on its cross-border raids into Syria, deeming it part of its effort to deter Iran from gaining a foothold in the war-ravaged country.

The fresh bombing raid comes on the heels of the US airstrikes that purportedly demolished several facilities on the Syrian-Iraqi border that the Pentagon claimed were used by Iranian-backed militias. The airstrikes, spun by the US military as "defensive", became the first of its kind under the Joe Biden administration, which said the attack was in retaliation to rocket attacks on US and coalition troops in Iraq. The Pentagon argued that the bombing was aimed at "de-escalation" of tension in Syria and Iraq, but drew stark condemnation from both Damascus and Tehran, arguing that the raid only inflamed the volatile situation. Congressional Democrats sent a letter to the Biden regime requesting  that Joe Biden give up his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons in  deference to a group-think apparatus made up of Democrats. House Democrat lawmakers say the procedure used in "the  decision-making process the United States uses in its command and control of nuclear forces," is in need of reform and should be subject to the bureaucracy of a group-think dynamic. As it stands, only the President of the United States – as  Commander-in-Chief – has the authority to initiate a launch of US  nuclear weapons.

That unilateral authority is problematic to the 31 Democrats who, evidently, have no issue ignoring the Separation of Powers, and the president's role as Commander-in-Chief of all armed US forces. These lawmakers signed the letter to Biden to urge him to cede control of the nuclear arsenal. Some White House watchers believe the move is meant to address Mr. Biden's never-mentioned cognitive decline.

Progressives are feeling shafted by Joe Biden, after the president shied away from fighting the Senate for a minimum wage hike, but launched missiles at Syria.

 

The Democrats' proposed $15 national minimum wage increase cannot be included in President Biden's $1.9 trillion Covid-19 stimulus bill, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough ruled on Thursday. The Pentagon said that the attack was launched at 6 pm eastern time on Biden's order, and resulted in the destruction of "multiple facilities" believed to be run by Iranian-backed militias in eastern Syria. The Pentagon spun the assault as a "defensive precision strike," saying it was in retaliation to rocket attacks on the US and coalition troops in Iraq.

During his election campaign, Biden many times said that he stood against the "Iraq war", the moment it started. But facts are saying something else.

The Australian government has reportedly passed a new law requiring Google and Facebook to pay news outlets for access to their content.

The Verge reports that the Australian government has passed a law that will force tech giants like Google and Facebook to negotiate a payment scheme with news outlets for access to their content or face arbitration. Australian Liberal party's deputy leader, stated: "This is a significant milestone. This legislation will help level the playing field & see Australian news media businesses paid for generating original content." The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission stated that the new law will address "a significant bargaining power imbalance between Australian news media businesses and Google and Facebook." The tech giants heavily resisted the bill, with Google threatening to pull out of the country entirely before announcing a deal with News Corp, and Facebook removing the pages of multiple Australian government bodies and non-profits as it blacklisted all media outlets in the country.

Facebook has since agreed to restore access to news pages in the country after the government agreed to small changes to the legislation. The amendments include requiring an additional round of negotiation before binding arbitration takes effect as well as more acknowledgment of any deals Facebook reaches with publishers independently. The News Media Bargaining Code requires Facebook and Google to pay a fee to link to or use news content and includes a mandatory arbitration process if an agreement on fees cannot be reached. It also requires tech firms to give advanced notice to news organizations about upcoming changes to the firm's algorithms. Microsoft president Brad Smith tweeted his support of the new bill, calling it a "big step forward:"

When you think of Oregon, you probably think of the left wing riots that have been happening in Portland for months. It's easy to forget that it's a big state and not everyone who lives there is a left wing radical. Some people there are sick of it, and are trying to make parts of the state leave for Idaho.  It's happening in five counties.

Five Oregon counties to vote on leaving state, escaping to 'Greater Idaho' Five Oregon counties will ask voters in the next election whether  they want to detach from the deep-blue state and join neighboring  red-state Idaho. Move Oregon's Border, also known as Greater Idaho, confirmed Tuesday that the initiative to move swaths of largely rural eastern and southern Oregon into Idaho qualified for the May 18 special election ballot in five counties: Baker, Grant, Lake, Malheur and Sherman. In Baker County, organizers far exceeded the 496 signatures  required by submitting 746, with the clerk reporting that 630 were  accepted. The county population is about 16,000.  "Oregon is a powder keg because counties that belong in a  red-state like Idaho are ruled by Portlanders," said Mike McCarter,  president of Move Oregon's Border, in a statement.

Kate Brown's novel coronavirus restrictions; ongoing Antifa unrest in Portland; a state task force's unsuccessful effort to prioritize "Black, Indigenous and people of color" for novel coronavirus vaccines, and what he described as the state legislature's bias in favor of Portland over rural communities. Former President Donald Trump is "back in the political arena" after going silent following Jan. 20, said his former political adviser, Sebastian Gorka.

In an interview with Fox News, Gorka remarked that following the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, he believed Trump would disappear for months. "This man has to disappear for a while ... before he can get back in  politics," Gorka said. "But that all changed" when he was impeached in  the House for allegedly inciting violence on Jan. 6, he added. The impeachment, Gorka asserted, allowed Trump to move "back into the political arena" sooner. He cited the establishment of Trump's "Office of the 45th President,"  his first political endorsement of Sarah Sanders for Arkansas governor, held interviews with media outlets about the passing of radio host Rush Limbaugh last week, and the move to speak at Conservative Political Action Conference over the weekend. Trump is slated to deliver a  speech on Sunday, Feb. 28. "Donald Trump is back and is the de facto conservative kingmaker," he  proclaimed, without elaborating on the former president's next moves or  whether he will run for office in 2024. "None of the rising stars in the conservative movement" can generate the same interest as Trump, he argued.

According to a slew of recent polls, Republican voters view Trump  quite favorably. Some polls have found that a significant number of GOP  voters would be willing to join a Trump-backed political party if he  breaks off from the Republican establishment.  Meanwhile, Republican members of Congress who voted to impeach,  convict, or took other actions against Trump in recent weeks have been  censured or condemned by local Republican Party groups. About a week ago, the former president issued a statement that  strongly criticized Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.),  calling on him to rescind his leadership position while saying that  Republicans won't take majorities in the Senate under his leadership. Another Missouri county commission has signed into law legislation that will turn their county into a Second Amendment Sanctuary, impervious to any unconstitutional gun control directives passed by the Biden administration, Merrick Garland's department of Justice, or other federal sources.

 
The Mercer County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that an order had been signed by Mercer County Sheriff Jose Lopez and the Mercer County Commission that will authorize county sheriffs to place any and all federal agents attempting to enforce anti-Second Amendment orders in Mercer County under arrest. This is a step in the right direction when it comes to protecting the law abiding citizens of Mercer Counties second amendment rights," ... The Second Amendment Preservation Act enacted by Mercer County is nearly identical to an order passed by Newton County, Missouri earlier this month.

The Newton County Second Amendment Preservation Act will nullify any unlawful federal restrictions on firearms that may be passed under the Joe Biden administration

. "All federal acts, laws, order, rules, and regulations passed by the Federal Government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment ... shall be invalid in the county, shall not be recognized by this county, and specifically rejected by this county, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this county," the bill declares.  The legislation also stipulates that "any and all federal agents trying to enforce the regulations listed in Section (1) shall be subject to arrest by the Newton County Missouri Sheriff's Department," and "the Newton County Missouri Sheriff's Department shall be given the full authority to make the arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce the regulations listed in Section (1)."
