Derek Chauvin's lead defense attorney Eric Nelson played a video for the court on Monday that appears to show his client was kneeling on George Floyd's shoulder — not his neck.

Black Lives Matter, and the mainstream media journalists that support them, have long claimed that the officer was kneeling on the 46-year-old drug addict's neck. Nelson asked Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo if he was familiar with the concept of "camera perspective bias" before playing two different angles of footage from the scene. The two videos he played were from teenager Darnella Frazier and the police bodycam footage from former Officer Alexander Kueng

In the video recorded by Frazier, the angle makes it appear that the officer's knee is on Floyd's neck, however, in the body camera footage from the same exact time, you can clearly see that his knee is on the criminal's shoulder. So, at least during some parts of the arrest, it is pretty clear that Chauvin had his knee on his shoulder. "Would you agree that from the perspective of Officer Kueng's body camera it appeared Officer Chauvin's knee was more on Mr. Floyd's shoulder blade?" Nelson asked Arradondo.

A group of Republican legislators from  Georgia is seeking to remove all Coca-Cola Company products from their  offices after the company's top executive came out against the state's  newly enacted election law.

The eight GOP state House representatives sent a letter to Kevin Perry, president and CEO of the Georgia Beverage Association, requesting that the products be removed from their offices immediately in response to Coca Cola's participation in the campaign to "cancel" the Peach State. The lawmakers characterized the beverage giant's move to criticize  the law as an intentional attempt to mislead Georgian residents and  further divide the state. "We have the responsibility to all of Georgia to not engage in those  misguided intentions nor continue to support corporations who choose  to," the lawmakers wrote in their letter that was dated April 3... we respectfully request all Coca-Cola Company products be  removed from our office suite immediately."

That election saw a number of states implemented changes to  voting regulations and procedures to expand mail-in voting that were  said to ensure that voting access wasn't limited by the pandemic. While Democrats, some civil rights activists, and other critics say  the law would disproportionately impact minority groups' access to  voting, Georgia officials say the law seeks to streamline vote-counting procedures, ensure election integrity and legal votes, and includes some provisions to expand voting access. The 95-page law adds a slew of changes to the way Georgians vote,  including requiring photo or state-approved identification to vote  absentee by mail. The law also mandates that secure drop boxes be placed  inside early voting locations with constant surveillance, and expands  early voting across the state. The law also shortens the election cycle from nine weeks to four  weeks and requires a minimum of one week of early voting before election  day. "Free and fair elections are the foundation of who we are as a state  and a nation. Secure, accessible, fair elections are worth the threats,  they are worth the boycotts, as well as the lawsuits," Kemp told  reporters during a press conference on April 3. "I want to be clear. I will not be backing down from this fight, and neither are the people who are here with me today." A Ukrainian security researcher reported finding a database with the names, phone numbers, and unique user IDs of more than 267 million Facebook users—nearly all U.S.-based—on the open internet.

Details from more than 500 million Facebook users have been found available on a website for hackers.While the information appears to be several years old, it's another example of the vast amount of information collected by Facebook and other social media sites, and the limits to how secure that information is. The availability of the data set was first reported by Business Insider. According to that publication, it has information from 106 countries, including phone numbers, Facebook IDs, full names, locations, birthdates, and email addresses.

Facebook has been grappling with data security issues for years. In 2018, the social media giant disabled a feature that allowed users to search for one another via phone number following revelations that the political firm Cambridge Analytica had accessed information on up to 87 million Facebook users without their knowledge or consent. In December 2019, a Ukrainian security researcher reported finding a database with the names, phone numbers, and unique user IDs of more than 267 million Facebook users—nearly all U.S.-based—on the open internet. It's unclear if the current data dump is related to this database. "This is old data that was previously reported on in 2019," the Menlo Park, California-based company said in a statement. "We found and fixed this issue in August 2019."

Huckabee, the former governor of Arkansas and now a long-running television host, tweeted over the weekend. Huckabee's tweet appears to be a hit at identity politics connecting two separate issues that have gotten the attention of major corporations. Coke, Delta, and Major League Baseball have also protested Georgia's controversial new voting law, with the MLB even moving their much-anticipated All Star Game out of Atlanta in light of the new measure passing.

Democrats have slammed the new law, which adds an identification requirement for absentee ballots and limits certain aspects of voting, like ballot drop boxes, as discriminatory, but Republicans have defended it as necessary to ensure election integrity. Covid-19 pandemic originating in Wuhan, China, as well as former President Donald Trump referring to the virus as "the China virus" and "kung flu."

Huckabee's bizarre combination of both of these issues for his joke did not land well, as he was accused by many of fueling anti-Asian hate and racism, with the Republican finding his 'joke' trending on social media on Easter Sunday. A male suspect has been arrested in the brutal murder of a 47-year-old woman on a highway in North Carolina on Thursday, according to reports. Dejywan R. Floyd, 29, of Lumberton, NC, has been charged with first-degree murder and discharging a weapon into an occupied property following the death of Julie Eberly, 47, of Manheim, Pennsylvania. Ms. Eberly was shot as she and her husband traveled southbound on I-95 at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Thursday. "The investigation revealed a road rage encounter unknowingly developed after the victim's GMC Yukon came close to the suspect's Chevrolet Malibu during a merge into a lane," the Robeson County Sheriff's Office explained on social media. Last week the Texas GOP voted to delete its Gab account after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott falsely maligned Gab as "anti-semitic".

The vote of 35-25 in favor of deleting the Gab account shows that the Texas GOP has an ongoing civil war in the party which is reflective of a much broader situation that is unfolding at the national level in the Republican party. The GOP has no problem staying on Facebook, the platform that is used in over half of online child sex crimes and had over 20 million cases of child exploitation last year alone. Not to mention the mass censorship of conservatives and Christians that happens on Facebook. The Texas GOP is perfectly fine with all of that. Perhaps Gov. Greg Abbott is transforming the Texas GOP into the party of the disgraced Lincoln Project instead of the party of the American People. The GOP has been so totally subverted by special interests, foreign nations, and big donor checks that it clearly no longer represents the interests of the American People. How did this happen?

Woke, liberal, establishment subversives like Cat Parks have invaded the GOP and worked to take it down from within... There is nothing "conservative" about someone like Cat Parks. "We should be the party of diversity," Parks told the Tribune. "We should be the big-tent party." Parks oversaw a task force, she said, that recruited the "highest number of women, minorities and people under the age of 40 in Republican Party of Texas history." She also attacked the state GOP's stance on "traditional marriage," pushing Republicans to embrace LGBTQ ideology. There is nothing stunning, brave, or courageous about deplatforming yourself from Gab at a time when no other technology platform on the internet will allow your voters to speak freely online.

The Establishment GOP doesn't want you to speak freely online. They don't want you to point out obvious truths for others to see, especially about their big money donors. They don't want any Populist movement to overthrow their power structures and control of the party. What has been started can't be stopped. Gab is too big to ignore, and has very clearly become the ultimate America First litmus test. The GOP is dead, long live American Populism.

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds  signed legislation into law on Friday lifting some restrictions to buy  or carry a handgun in the state for law-abiding citizens.

The NRA-backed legislation named "House File 756"  will take effect on July 1 and eliminates the requirement for  law-abiding Iowans to obtain a permit to purchase a handgun from private  non-licensed sources. Additionally, to carry a weapon, people will no  longer need to have a permit as well. Individuals will still have to follow federal law and go through an  instant background check to buy from licensed sellers each time they  purchase a gun. People who fail to commit to the new law will be charged with a Class  D felony, which is punishable by up to five years in prison. It will  become a felony if a person sells, rents, or loans a firearm to someone  the seller "knows or reasonably should know" isn't legally allowed to  get a gun or is intoxicated. "Today I signed legislation that protects the 2nd Amendment rights of  Iowa's law-abiding citizens while still preventing the sale of firearms  to criminals and other dangerous individuals,"...

"This law also takes greater steps to inform law enforcement about an individual's mental illness helping ensure firearms don't end up in the wrong hands," she added. "We will never be able to outlaw or prevent every single bad actor from getting a gun, but what we can do is ensure law-abiding citizens have full access to their constitutional rights while keeping Iowans safe."  Iowa now becomes one of 19 states in the U.S. that no longer requires  law-abiding citizens to get a permit before carrying a gun for  self-defense. The 18 other states that eliminated this requirement are: Alaska,  Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi,  Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota,  Uta, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

The House and  Senate companion bills would effect a massive voter overhaul on the  federal level on an unprecedented scale.

The bills  stipulate that no state can "require an individual to provide any form  of identification as a condition of obtaining an absentee ballot," nor  can it "require notarization or witness signature or other formal  authentication as a condition of obtaining or casting an absentee ballot." The bills effectively make ballot harvesting  legal nationwide, too; each state "shall permit a voter to designate  any person to return a voted and sealed absentee ballot to the post  office, a ballot drop-off location, tribally designated building, or  election office so long as the person designated to return the ballot  does not receive any form of compensation based on the number of ballots  that the person has returned and no individual, group, or organization  provides compensation on this basis." ... " ...

A conservative is a loser, someone who is meant to  take the fall when the left comes attacking. Conservatives  have lost on every battlefront: free speech, the military, the  universities, marriage, nuclear family, child education, the media, the  government, Boy Scouts, business, law and justice, Christianity,  patriarchy, immigration, the welfare state, and capitalism.

Not only did the audit find roughly 7 percent of counted  mail-in ballots were invalid, there was evidence of fraud --  particularly involving nursing homes. The audit concerned Missoula County, Montana.  Its 119,600 residents represent roughly one-tenth the state's population and it's one of the reasons why Montana can occasionally go blue  for statewide offices... Furthermore, in September, a court struck down a Montana law that prohibited ballot harvesting... So, just in time for the  presidential election, ballot harvesting was made legal everywhere in  the state, including Missoula County. The first problem in counting the ballot envelopes? The number that were absent, for starters. According to Lott, "4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots lacked envelopes — 6.33% of all votes." "Without an officially printed envelope with registration  information, a voter's signature, and a postmark indicating whether it  was cast on time, election officials cannot verify that a ballot is  legitimate. It is against the law to count such votes,"

Ironically, Missoula County Elections Administrator  Bradley Seaman tried to wave away the lack of ballot envelopes by  saying that a "double-check process" had been part of the reason for the  numerical discrepancy.  One auditor found that 28 of these ballots, with signatures that looked "exactly the same," came from a single address -- a nursing home ... Another auditor said she saw two different, distinct signatures that kept recurring on the envelopes she reviewed. Now-former Gov. Bullock himself won his first term in 2012 by just 7,571 votes out of over 500,000 cast. In 2020, House District 94 was decided by 435 votes out of more than 6,000 cast ... That being said, that shouldn't be the wider takeaway from the audit. Missoula County is just one example of how mail-in voting in the 2020 election was, if you want to be charitable, conducted haphazardly... You Tube has deleted about 2.5 million 'dislikes' from videos on the official White House channel of President Joe Biden,  according to data collected and posted online by a researcher who  wished to remain anonymous.

YouTube recently announced that it's testing  a new page design that hides the dislike count. The Google-owned  video platform allows users to give videos either a thumb up (like) or  thumb down (dislike). For at least two years, it's had a policy to  remove likes and dislikes it considers spam. "We have policies and systems in place to ensure that the engagement on YouTube is authentic, and remove any fraudulent metrics," a YouTube spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email, but when asked, wouldn't go into details on what criteria it uses to make these calls. The channel has posted more than 300 videos that have garnered nearly  3.7 million dislikes of which nearly 2.5 million were removed, according to data posted on the website ... YouTube is deleting close to 8,000 dislikes per video on average. Not a single like was removed, the data indicates. Even after the interventions, the videos have nearly six times more  dislikes than likes on average, the data shows. Without intervention the  ratio would be over 17 dislikes for every like. Posts on social media indicate that some supporters of former  President Donald Trump make a point of disliking the Biden White House  videos. The videos often get thousands of dislikes shortly after popping online, only for a large portion of the dislikes being deleted later.

In some cases, batches of dislikes would be removed about once an  hour, keeping the dislike count around the same number. In other cases, a  large portion of dislikes would be chopped down at once, the data  indicates. YouTube recently announced testing of a design that still includes  the dislike button, but no longer shows the number of dislikes.  YouTube and its owner, Google, have long faced accusations of  political bias. According to research psychologist Robert Epstein, Google shifted millions of votes in the Nov. 3 election by skewing its search results and other tools, compared to competitors. The computer might have been stolen, the hard drive might have been hacked or the whole thing might be, as media and former intel officials have suggested, "Russian disinformation," he told CBS News' Tracy Smith in an interview to be aired April 4. "For real, I don't know. I really don't know what the answer is. That's the truthful answer," Biden said "Of course, certainly [it could have been my laptop]. There could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me. It could be I was hacked. It could be that it was Russian intelligence." During the interview, Hunter Biden also claimed his father staged an intervention "to get him to give up drugs last year, during the presidential election." He said Joe Biden, sobbing, chased him down the driveway of their Wilmington, Delaware, home, in front of Hunter's daughters, to stop him from getting in his car.

Hunter Biden is promoting his new book ... The repair shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, claims Biden dropped off the laptop for repair and never picked it up. Because of its contents, the repairman turned over a copy to the FBI in December 2019. After judging that the FBI was not taking action, he gave a copy to President Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and some of its explosive contents ended up in stories in the New York Post in October, just before the 2020 election. The messages reported by the Post, which have never been disputed, indicated that Joe Biden was aware of his son's foreign business deals while he was vice president and profited from them. There also are images of Hunter Biden smoking a crack pipe in bed and in a bathtub. And there are videos of him engage in sexual acts with prostitutes. Hunter Biden has not previously discussed the laptop publicly, but he announced in December he has been under federal investigation since 2018 over taxes related to foreign business ventures.

The Arkansas state Senate voted this week to block federal law enforcement officials enforcing certain gun laws and regulations, sending a bill to the state House in the midst of congressional gun-control proposals.

The Senate voted 28-7 to approve the measure, which will then be sent to the House. Arkansas' Legislature is overwhelmingly Republican. "All acts, law, orders, rules, and regulations of the United States Government, whether past, present, or future, that infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and Arkansas Constitution, Article 2, [Section] 5, are invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, are specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state," ... The measure will prohibit any law enforcement agencies in Arkansas from cooperating with federal officials to enforce federal gun laws that go in conflict with the rights provided in the Arkansas Constitution ...

"It is more important now than ever that we protect our state rights," Sen. Trent Garner, a Republican, said of the passage of the bill. "Once [Democrats in the U.S. Senate] get rid of the filibuster, guess what happens next? It is called packing the courts," he claimed, referring to statements from Democratic lawmakers that the 60-vote legislative be removed in order to pass their agenda items. More than 100 people in Washington state have tested positive for COVID-19 after being fully vaccinated, authorities said March 30.

Epidemiologists have found evidence of 102 so-called breakthrough cases since Feb. 1. That number represents 0.01 percent of people in the  state who have been fully vaccinated against ... COVID-19. The CCP virus is also known as SARS-CoV-2. Eight of the patients required hospitalization and two, both over 80  years old with underlying health issues, died. All contracted the virus  more than two weeks after being fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated refers to people receiving both doses of the  vaccines produced by Moderna or Pfizer/BioNTech. A third option, from  Johnson & Johnson, is a single dose. The cases are confirmed with a positive test. Investigators then work to determine details on what happened. "It is important to remember that every vaccine on the market right  now prevents severe disease and death in most cases.

"Finding evidence of vaccine breakthrough cases reminds us that, even if you have been vaccinated, you still need to wear a mask, practice socially distancing, and wash your hands to prevent spreading COVID-19 to others who have not been vaccinated." According to U.S. drug regulators, Pfizer's vaccine is 95 percent  effective in preventing infection of the CCP virus. Moderna's was shown  in a clinical trial to be 94.1 percent effective, while Johnson &  Johnson's was 66.9 percent effective. Officials in Idaho told reporters last week that breakthrough cases have been recorded, although the number was fewer than 100. South Carolina authorities said this week that 134 such cases have been identified throughout the state. Dozens of patients in Florida have contracted the CCP virus more than 14 days after being fully vaccinated. The Republican-led Texas  state Senate passed a bill early on Thursday that would ban mail-in  ballot drop boxes and most drive-thru voting—in the wake of controversy  about the voting practices being used during the Nov. 3 election.

The bill, which passed 18-13  along party lines, will now head to the Texas state House of  Representatives. Committee hearings are slated to start when the  lawmakers convene April 6. The measure, according to State Sen. Bryan Hughes, a Republican, is  "designed to address areas through process where bad actors can take  advantage because we want the people of Texas to be confident their  elections are fair, honest, and open." ... It will also require voters who have disabilities to prove that they  cannot access polls in person in order to qualify for a mail-in ballot,  and it would also require authorization from top state leaders to be  alerted about any private funding of more than $1,000 that is given to  election departments ... The state already required that a voter provide a reason to vote by  mail, including being age 65 or older, having an illness or disability,  or those confined to jail or who are out of the United States during the  election.

"Every eligible Texan deserves to have their voice heard at the ballot box—regardless of their race, ethnicity, disability, gender, age, income, or party. SB 7 makes it harder for every Texan to vote," a statement from the state Democratic Party said. "We aggressively fought this bill because we know it will disenfranchise racial and ethnic minority voters and voters with disabilities, including veterans." The Texas Democratic Party had attempted to expand mail-in voting ... They argued that a lack  of immunity to COVID-19, which is caused by the virus, was a condition  that threatened voters' health. But the Texas Supreme Court ultimately rejected Democrats' arguments  and said the lack of immunity did not constitute a physical disability.

I built it expecting to be attacked." The platform, dubbed Frank, has a landing page but is not operational yet. Lindell told The Epoch Times' affiliate NTD on March 11 that the website would be up and running within two weeks. The new hope is to launch as soon as April 5, but no later than April 12. "The only reason for the delay is, I actually added six more servers in another location. I really want redundancy so I've got three different U.S. locations and another hidden one. So I've got, if anybody went out there to physically damage my stuff, I wanted a fourth location so that was very important to me," Lindell told The Epoch Times.

Another chameleon!

Something is seriously wrong with Joe Biden. He's just not playing with a full deck. It's not only that he's the oldest president ever to serve in the toughest job in the world. He's also the one who is the least well equipped ... They say he's "cognitively challenged." But it's much worse than  that ... The supposed solution to the 25th Amendment challenge we keep hearing about is Kamala Harris. But she's not qualified to be  president either! Have you ever met anyone who thinks anything she says is the  funniest, wittiest, most hilarious thing you ever heard?   The problem is, she's incapable of being actually funny. This hasn't happened once, twice or three times.  Whenever she feels trapped, she cackles. Maybe she learned this from  Hillary – or Phyllis Diller. It's not very endearing, whatever it is. Kamala laughs hysterically when discussing struggling parents who  aren't able to send their kids to school – because the unions are too  powerful.

She seems tickled by all the kids and parents in this country  who still locked down for the convenience of teachers who don't want to  work. But this is usually  the kind of thing that send Kamala into delirium without explanation."More people are seeing, that yeah, affordable child care is a big  deal. More parents are seeing the value of educators," she cackled. "More parents are seeing the value of educators when they had to bring their kids and say we're not paying them nearly enough." Yuckety, yuck  yuck. But there is a second characteristic I find disturbing in Kamala. And that's her sense of entitlement. She's already frustrated to still be "living out of suitcases"  Her  future home is not ready yet – the 9,000-plus square-foot home built in  1893, called the Naval Observatory. She says she's "frustrated" about the situation. For now, she's stuck in the Blair House, an official guest residence of the White House – conveniently located across Pennsylvania Avenue.

An  audit of mail-in ballots cast in Montana reveals a host of irregularities including evidence that "one  or several persons may have filled out and submitted multiple ballots"

The audit also tested a sample of 15,455 mail-in envelopes for defects. "Of these, 55 lacked postmark dates and 53 never had their signatures checked—for a total of 0.7% of all ballots in the sample... that  would make more than 5,000 of Missoula County's votes—roughly 7%—with unexplained irregularities,"... The audit also uncovered dozens of ballot envelopes that "bore  strikingly similar, distinctive handwriting styles in the signatures,  suggesting that one or several persons may have filled out and submitted  multiple ballots, an act of fraud":  One auditor asserted that of 28  envelopes reviewed from the same address, a nursing home, all 28  signatures looked "exactly the same" stylistically. Another auditor  reported that among the envelopes she reviewed, two very unique  signatures appeared dozens of times, describing one such signature as  starting out flat, moving to a peak, and tapering out, and another as  consisting of numerous circles—a "bubble signature."

A New Jersey lawsuit that seeks to hold Antifa accountable  for organizing campaigns of terror and harassment against individuals is picking up steam. In D'ambly v. Exoo, originally filed in September 2020, plaintiff  Daniel D'Ambly is suing Christian Exoo (known on Twitter as "Antifash  Gordon") for leading campaigns of violence and harassment to compel his  employer -- the New York Daily News,-- to fire him. The attacks on D'Ambly were due to his participation in the New  Jersey European Heritage Association. Under New Jersey law, his  termination was legally dubious on these grounds alone. D'Ambly also alleges a number of other actors played a role in the  violation of his rights, including Twitter -- which ignores complaints  about Exoo flagrantly violating their terms of service ...

Cohen, Weiss & Simon (CWS), a law firm tasked with representing D'Ambly's union in arbitration, is also a defendant in the case.  According to D'Ambly's suit, lawyers at the firm told him they  sympathized with Antifa and did not want to help him. Because of this  prejudice, they failed to provide the relevant facts in his defense and  did not professionally represent his case to the best of their  abilities, leading to substantial financial loss.  The inclusion of a RICO claim could lead to a breakthrough for  victims of anarchist and communist paramilitary groups, who the  Department of Justice and FBI refuse to punish despite naming them as  terrorists in their own assessments.

But D'Ambly isn't alone. A whopping 14 new plaintiffs have now joined  the case against Exoo, according to a legal brief obtained by National  Justice. As with D'Ambly, litigants allege that Exoo has  organized harassment against them, their families and their employers in  a deliberate attempt to do them physical and material harm. One individual, identified as K.R. because she is a child, was put in  harm's way after a brick was thrown through the window of her family  home. Her house was subjected to multiple attacks by anarchists after  Exoo allegedly repeatedly doxed them and put out a public call on  Twitter for his accomplices to confront her and her family. In a separate episode, a Jewish man named Aaron Wolkind was labeled a  neo-Nazi by Exoo, who then instructed followers to contact his  employer. When Exoo and his enterprise failed to get Wolkind fired, they  listed his company's clients and began barraging them with threats  instead.  For Jobel Barbosa, Exoo alleged he was "transphobic" and organized a  call-in campaign to his job that led to his firing. His wife's personal  number was uploaded to the anarchist website noblog.org and Antifa  members flooded her with death threats.

Many of these stories hold to a similar pattern. The victim reports their organized harassment to Twitter and the social media giant ignores them. Exoo had previously been banned by Twitter and "Antifash Gordon" is his second account, which is a clear violation of their rules and thus potentially makes them liable for enabling the Antifa enterprise. If case goes to trial, Twitter's legal counsel, Vijaya Gadde, will be called to the stand. All of the plaintiffs have real material damages and the law is  clearly on their side from multiple angles. Even if Magistrate Jessica  Allen refuses refuses to provide justice and prevents the case from move  forward, it will be difficult for an appeal's court to ignore the  plethora of evidence backing the plaintiffs' claims.

Approximately 190 illegal migrants were encountered at an undisclosed location near Mission, Texas... A man calling himself "Junior" told the Daily Caller News  Foundation that he encounters illegal migrants crossing through his  private land every day ..."They all say the same thing, Biden nos invitó, Biden invited us," Junior told the DCNF, he asked that his last name be omitted after the media mobbed him in 2018 with requests to access his land.

A Honduran man crossing Junior's land with a large group of migrants including women and several children said that the Biden administration gave them the opportunity to come to the U.S. A woman traveling with the same group said she is escaping Honduras with her son because women are being denigrated and killed. A large group of migrants from Guatemala said they "aren't delinquents" and that they came to the U.S. illegally to find work.

Antonio Flores, 22, from Honduras said he and his family came to the U.S. because of corruption and lack of opportunity in their home country. He added that this journey was not something he wanted to do, that he did not want to leave his country and that the group did not pay anyone to get them across the border.  A group of four male Honduran migrants ages 15 to 17 said they came  to the U.S. because a hurricane destroyed their house and that it is  easier to enter the U.S. under the Biden administration. Junior's land is not a port of entry and all the migrants encountered there Friday had entered the U.S. illegally. The Supreme Court on March 29 turned down a request to require former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to testify in a case regarding the private email server she used to  send classified documents while she served as secretary of state. Justices denied an appeal from the watchdog Judicial Watch. They  didn't explain their decision. The denial was one of about 100 issued by  the court. David Kendall, a lawyer for Clinton, told The Epoch Times via email,  "I have no comment: the Court's decision speaks for itself." The Department of Justice, which was representing the State Department, declined to comment. The decision upheld a lower court's ruling that Clinton does not have to sit for a deposition over her use of the private email server.

A three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled for Clinton and her former aide, Cheryl Mills, in their decision. They said Clinton had already answered questions from Judicial Watch on the matter in a separate court case. Clinton, supplying written answers, said in that case that "the sole reason she used the private account was for convenience," Judge Robert Wilkins, an Obama nominee, wrote in the panel's ruling... In a statement in response to the new ruling, Judicial Watch  President Tom Fitton said: "Hillary Clinton ignored the law but received  special protection from both the courts and law enforcement. For  countless Americans, this double standard of justice has destroyed  confidence in the fair administration of justice.

"Americans would never have known about Hillary Clinton's email and related pay-for-play scandals but for Judicial Watch's diligence. We  expect that the Biden State and Justice Departments will continue to  protect her and cover up their own misconduct as we press for additional  accountability through the courts." The existence of the private email server was first uncovered through a lawsuit from the watchdog. She  used an unsecured private email server, breaking government rules, to  transmit classified information. James Comey, the FBI director at the time, announced on July 5, 2016,  that the bureau was recommending Clinton not be charged for using the  server.

Comey said that while Clinton and her aides were "extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information," agents "did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information." The FBI recommended the Department of Justice not charge Clinton; the department did not. "Late this afternoon, I met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email system during her time as Secretary of State," ... "I received and accepted their  unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be  closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the  scope of the investigation."

While millions of struggling Americans are unemployed amid the pandemic, Kamala Harris has more important concerns: She's upset that her taxpayer-funded vice presidential mansion hasn't been renovated yet. Because of renovation delays, Harris has had to make do with the living in the palatial Blair House, the sprawling 70,000-square-foot presidential guest quarters across the street from the White House.

"She is getting frustrated," CNN quoted an administration official as saying Sunday. It's unclear why the renovations are taking so long, but several people close to Harris told the outlet she's fuming because she has been unable to move into the vice president's mansion, a picturesque six-bedroom, 9,150-square-foot residence on 13 acres of gated property.

In its nauseatingly fawning article, CNN cooed that Harris likes to cook and lamented that she has been unable to indulge her hobby because she's living a deprived, hard-knock existence at Blair House.

New York City subway rider allegedly beat a fellow passenger on Sunday in what the New York Police Department is calling a possible hate crime, according to a graphic video. The NYPD's Hate Crime Unit tweeted out a video of the violent beatdown, and the department said the incident is under investigation for potential bias. The New York Post reported that the NYPD is still waiting for the victim to come forward before determining if there was bias in the incident. It is unclear what prompted the violent incident, but a woman can be overheard in the video being asked what sparked the attack. She replied, "He called him a n****r."

The video showed the man, dressed in all black, punching his victim before putting him into a chokehold, leaving the victim unconscious. Meanwhile, fellow passengers urged the alleged assailant to stop, according to the video."Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop!" a woman could be heard shouting at the suspect, who appeared to ignore her as he continued to punch his victim. The assailant then took a second to glare at the other riders before fleeing the scene. Police say the incident occurred on a J train at Brooklyn's Kosciuszko Street station. This latest incident is part of a crime wave that has plagued New York City's subway system.
