Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts signed a proclamation that designates his state as a "Second Amendment Sanctuary State," reaffirming the state's support for gun rights. "Nebraska has always been a state that has supported our Second Amendment rights," Ricketts said, according to a video of the signing event... A number of counties in the state have already declared themselves Second Amendment "sanctuaries." The move comes in light of recent federal gun-control proposals and orders following several mass shootings. Last week, President Joe Biden unveiled a series of executive orders  including new designations on "ghost guns," "red flag" legislation, and stipulated that pistols modified with stabilizer braces would be subject to the National Firearms Act.

U.S. House Democrats, meanwhile, passed two gun measures that would  expand background checks, although numerous Republican senators have  said they would use their power to block both measures. Earlier this month, deputies in Cache County, Utah, said they won't  enforce any federal policy that may infringe on residents' Second  Amendment rights. Sheriff D. Chad Jensen said that "unconstitutional gun  control" will not happen in the county on his watch... "It is critical we continue to  work to keep firearms out of the hands of those who would use them to  commit acts of violence against our citizens." Meanwhile, White House officials have said that more gun-control measures are forthcoming. A few weeks ago, avid Trump supporter and owner of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, announced he would launch his own social media platform. His announcement might have been influenced by continuous censorship on Big Tech platforms, which accused him of spreading conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 presidential election. Lindell's new platform, called Frank Speech, is set to launch on April 19. On Monday, he appeared on Eric Metaxas' radio show to promote it. He claimed that his platform will be "a Judeo-Christian platform." that will follow Biblical principles. "People asked me, 'You're going to let everything go? Porn? Swearing? Everything?' And I said, 'Absolutely not,'" "We have a thing we found in the Constitution and our founding fathers that defines what free speech is... Judeo-Christian platform we're going to have here, they go by biblical principles—you know, you get to the Supreme Court, you have the 10 Commandments there—so, in other words, you're not going to have porn up there, you're not going to have these sites that contain material that go against our Constitution..."

"You're not going to be able to swear," Lindell added. "There will be four words for sure you can't say: You can't say the C-word, the N-word, the F-word, and you can't use God's name in vain. Another thing that will not be allowed on Frank Speech is lying, as he says it is against the Ninth Commandment, which states: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." "Another thing you can't do [is], what we define in there, is totally defame someone." So, if you're putting a complete lie against Eric; if I say, 'Eric Metaxas did something terrible' and it's an out and out lie, that's not free speech. ." Lindell didn't elaborate on who gets to determine and police "lies" or the method by which they would be policed. Lindell insisted that Frank Speech will not restrict what he calls "true free speech." "What I'm not going to do is suppress true free speech,"... "When someone goes out there and says, 'I don't like what's going down at the border,' or 'I don't like that our country was attacked and nobody's trying to know you did anything about it or is doing anything about it,' that's free speech."

Texas and Missouri sued President Joe Biden's administration in an  effort to restore the so-called "remain in Mexico" policy that the  president revoked shortly after entering office.

The states claimed President Joe Biden unlawfully halted the Migrant  Protection Protocols, also known as the "Remain in Mexico" policy,  enacted by the previous administration, according to the lawsuit  filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.  Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Missouri Attorney General  Eric Schmitt said the administration's decision to halt the MPP has led  to the surge of criminals attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border. "President Biden could immediately remedy the influx of crime pouring  across our border by reinstating the Migrant Protection Protocols,"  Paxton said in a statement. "Dangerous criminals are taking advantage of  the lapse in law enforcement and it's resulting in human trafficking,  smuggling, a plethora of violent crimes, and a massive, unprecedented  burden on state and federal programs for which taxpayers must foot the  bill." "We cannot allow this lawlessness to destroy our communities any longer," Paxton said. "President Biden must act."

Immediately after Biden was sworn in on Jan. 20, the Department of Homeland Security announced  it would cease enrolling immigrants in the MPP program. Former  President Donald Trump's administration introduced the MPP in December  2018, mandating border officials to send asylum seekers back to Mexico  while they waited for their immigration court appearance. Before MPP, DHS released tens of thousands of illegal immigrants into  the U.S. where they disappeared, the attorneys general said Tuesday. Trump's policy was an effort to prevent illegal immigrants, including  criminals, from entering the country. Missouri and Texas further accused the Biden administration of "exacerbating" the border crisis and giving human traffickers the ability to game the U.S. immigration system...  "President Biden's failure to control the massive influx of migrants —  an influx invited by his lax policies — has opened the floodgates to  human trafficking" ... "They didn't like the Trump administration violating APA," Louisiana Attorney General ... "But they were quick to violate the APA, as soon as Biden became president." Landry and Paxton sued the Biden administration last week over separate border policies that  they alleged result in the release of criminal illegal immigrants. Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey on Friday signed legislation that prohibits donations for election operations in the state.

"With public confidence in our elections in peril, it's clear our elections must be pristine and above reproach—and the sole purview of government," Ducey wrote in a signing letter. The bill passed along party lines in the state Senate and House before it was signed into law on Friday. It comes after Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife in September  2020 announced they made a $300 million donation to two nonprofits "to  promote safe and reliable voting in states and localities during the  COVID-19 pandemic." The pair announced on Sept. 1 last year that the donations would go  to two nonprofits that would in turn disburse the money to local and  state election offices... They described the nonprofits as "non-partisan." Most of the money  ($250 million) went to the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which  specializes in collecting data on candidates and races across the nation  and on training poll workers. It was founded by former managers and  staff at the New Organizing Institute, a progressive nonprofit that was  training Democrat digital organizers...

I don't like them  either. But we put ourselves in this situation," said Sen. Juan Mendez,  a Democrat from Tempe, of the Legislature's budgeting decisions. "Our  elections are so underfunded we've got counties out there asking for  money to do voter outreach."  "HB 2569 is another in a series of strong measures Arizona lawmakers  have taken to protect election integrity and keep the influence of  private money out of Arizona's election system operations," she said. The Pentagon has admitted that a US Navy destroyer captured this eerie night-vision footage of mysterious flashing objects flying above it and another warship.

The green-tinged video was gathered by the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force and leaked to filmmaker Jeremy Corbell, who made the documentary "Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers," and KLAS TV news director George Knapp, the Sun reported. Corbell said he verified the startling video's authenticity after gaining information from an intelligence briefing from the Pentagon, where officials confirmed the footage was shot by the Navy but did not describe the contents. In the short clip, recorded by personnel aboard the USS Russell, three faint orbs are seen hovering above the warship. A triangular object also is seen in the footage. Corbell also shared three images captured by the USS Omaha of an unidentified "spherical" craft. "It is noted that the 'spherical' craft was suspected to be a transmedium vehicle and was observed descending into the water without destruction," Corbell said, according to the news outlet. "It is noted that the 'spherical' craft could not be found upon entry to the water — and that a submarine was used in the search,"...

The incidents were discussed on May 1, 2020, during a classified briefing conducted by the Office of Naval Intelligence about the unidentified craft. "George Knapp and I were able to verify the materials you are about to consider," Corbell told the Sun. "I can confirm their authenticity, as well as the narrative supplied to me when they were presented." He also received information about a third sighting on March 4, 2019, from an F/A-18 pilot and his weapons systems officer, or WSO, according to the report. "These are authentic photos and video from actual military encounters with UFOs ... "It is my hope that these materials will be representative of a unique moment in modern history; a possible turning point towards the rational and transparent approach of investigating and exploring the mystery of the UFO phenomenon," Corbell added. Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Gough told the Sun: "I can confirm that the referenced photos and videos were taken by Navy personnel. The UAPTF has included these incidents in their ongoing examinations.

Iran's Natanz nuclear facility was hit by a "terrorist" attack on Sunday, the country's nuclear chief said, hours after reports of an electrical "accident" – and a day after new uranium enrichment centrifuges were started up. Iran reserves the right to "take action" against those behind the incident at the Islamic Republic's nuclear facility in Natanz, the head of the nation's Atomic Energy Organization, Ali Akbar Salehi, told state TV on Sunday. He called the incident at the plant an act of "nuclear terrorism." Iran "condemns this heinous act," Salehi said, calling on the international community and the International Atomic Energy Agency in particular to "deal" with the act of "nuclear terrorism."

The incident at the plant was earlier described as an "electricity problem" at a power grid in Natanz. "Fortunately, the incident did not cause any human injuries or pollution," Behrouz Kamalvandi, the spokesman for Iran's Atomic Energy Organization said ... A member of the Iranian parliament's Energy Commission, Malek Shariati Niasar, also described the incident as "very suspicious," and said he had assumed it might potentially be "sabotage and infiltration," ... The event reportedly caused a blackout in the electricity distribution network of the Shahid Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan nuclear facility in Natanz.

Natanz is key to Iran's uranium enrichment program, which Tehran says is strictly peaceful. In early February, it said that hundreds of advanced centrifuges with a higher capacity for uranium enrichment were installed there. The events also took place just a day after Iranian President Hassan Rouhani announced that Iran has begun using new advanced IR-5 and IR-6 centrifuges to enrich uranium at the Natanz site. Israeli media reported that the incident was likely caused by a cyberattack, while the Times of Israel has openly claimed, citing "Western intelligence sources," that Mossad was "behind" the power cut in Natanz. After then-US President Donald Trump unilaterally pulled the US out of the deal, despite the IAEA repeatedly confirming Iran's compliance, Tehran said that it would no longer be meeting its obligations in full.

US cities are bracing for a far-right "White Lives Matter" march  that is expected to take place on April 11 after being coordinated  online, according to a Newsweek report on Friday. The march was allegedly organized by white supremacists through Telegram,  a popular social media and encrypted messaging application. Dozens of  events are expected to occur in major cities such as New York City, Fort  Worth, Texas and Chicago among others. Details surrounding the march remain unclear, including the exact  locations in which they are expected to take place, according to  Newsweek. Two white supremacist events will take place in North Carolina, one  in Raleigh at Nash Square, and another at the The Zebulon Baird Vance Monument in Asheville. Both the Raleigh and Asheville police noted that  they are aware of the white supremacist marches.
 
In the California city of Newport Beach, KKK flyers promoting the  April 11 march have appeared throughout the region, prompting the  Huntington Beach Police Department to confirm that they are taking  measures to avoid violence. President Joe Biden called for funding to investigate complaints of white supremacist beliefs at US immigration enforcement agencies in his first budget request to Congress on Friday, but officials offered no explanation for what prompted his request. The Biden administration is asking Congress to increase the funding level for workforce oversight offices within US Customs and Border Protection and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to $470 million, a 22% increase over the current level, for the fiscal year that begins in October.The additional funding would ensure that workforce complaints – "including those related to white supremacy or ideological and non-ideological beliefs" – are investigated quickly, according to a summary of Biden's budget proposal. It was unclear whether any specific incidents sparked the call for the increased funding.

The US Department of Homeland Security and the White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The Biden administration has made battling domestic extremism a priority. An October 2020 DHS report said domestic violent extremists, including white supremacists, pose "the most persistent and lethal threat" to the United States. Border patrol agents faced scrutiny in 2019 when media outlets exposed racist and misogynistic comments posted to a private Facebook group for current and former agents."...

Missouri's highest court affirmed a lower court decision that removed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner from the case. Gardner's 2016 election campaign was bankrolled by the far-left  Soros ... District Judge Thomas Clark disqualified Gardner  from the case after  the couple's lawyers argued her fundraising emails amounted to a  personal interest and would jeopardize a fair result.

Gardner had tried to raise money by claiming that President Donald Trump and Republican Gov. Mike Parson were "fighting for the two who pointed guns at citizens during the Black Lives Matter protests." Joel Schwartz, a lawyer for the couple, told KSDK-TV in St. Louis the move was as expected, "based on the careful, thoughtful ruling from Judge Tom Clark." Gardner had claimed her emails requesting money based on the case  were innocent and that "not a single word in either campaign email  [indicates] whether she would prosecute the defendants and how she might  pursue an outcome in that case." But the trial court judge found that Gardner appeared to have "initiated a criminal prosecution for political purposes."

The McCloskey's were indicted by a local grand jury for displaying weapons while they were protecting their property from threatening BLM marchers. Gov. Parson has vowed to pardon the couple if they are convicted, and  state Attorney General Eric Schmitt has filed a motion to dismiss the  case. The couple, who spoke at the Republican National Convention, were  charged for pointing an AR-15 rifle at protesters and wielding a  semiautomatic handgun that was said to have made the protesters fearful  of injury.  Mark McCloskey, at one of his courthouse appearances, explained: "We  didn't fire a shot. People were violently protesting in front of our  house and screaming death threats and threats of rape and threats of  arson. Nobody gets charged but we get charged."The case has been described by the couple's defenders as a political prosecution.

A prominent local doctor, his wife and their two young grandchildren were among those killed Wednesday in a shooting at their home in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Adams' parents live near the doctor's home. Neighbor Allison Hope said she saw police surround the house and spend hours negotiating with Adams using a loudspeaker. She said police asked Adams to come out and promised to get his disabled mother out safely, before Adams shot himself. A fifth person working at the family's home was also found dead, and a sixth person was injured. Who are the victims? Lesslie practiced in the area since 1981 and founded Riverview House Calls & Riverview Hospice and Palliative Care, according to its website. He worked in emergency rooms for decades, including as medical director of the emergency department at Rock Hill General Hospital for almost 15 years ... "Dr. Lesslie has been one of those people that everybody knows," said Trent Faris, York County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, in a press conference. Lesslie founded two urgent care centers in the area and was also an author and columnist. Fritz Christen was born on June 29, 1921, in Wredenhagen,  Germany. Due to the hardships that followed Germany's loss in WWI and  the effects of the Great Depression, his family suffered. Things began to change in 1933 when the National Socialist German  Workers' Party achieved power. As Germany's economy improved, his family  reaped the benefits and, their humiliation forgotten, they fell in love  with National Socialism. Christen joined the  Hitler Youth...  After high school, he joined the Waffen-Schutzstaffel (Armed SS); the  military wing of the NSDAP. Christen qualified for the 3rd SS Panzer  Division Totenkopf. Then on June 22, 1941, Operation Barbarossa began; the invasion of the Soviet Union. Three million German soldiers, supported by about 650,000 troops from  Finland and Romania, crossed the Soviet border in 134 divisions on  three fronts. Italy, Croatia, Slovakia, and Hungary also sent forces in  an assault that stretched from the Baltic Sea in the north to the Black  Sea in the south.

Although the Soviets had been expecting an invasion, they were taken  by surprise.  Christen's unit was in the Demyansk  District in Novgorod, Oblast, Russia. Almost 300 miles northwest of  Moscow. On September 21, German intelligence advised that a  major Soviet offensive was headed their way. Soviet forces had been  probing the Totenkopf with tentative attacks that were becoming more  vicious. Christen's unit dug themselves into the woods outside the  village of Lushno, preparing for their turn. Christen was in charge of a  50mm anti-tank gun set on the forest's edge to the north of Lushno,  guarding a clearing to the east. A line of Soviet medium T-34-85 tanks was rolling their  way. Behind them followed a large infantry force to pick off what the  tanks did not.

Before the sun had fully risen, the Soviet tanks began their barrage.  With only trees and dugouts to protect them, Christen's group were  sitting ducks. What the tanks did not pulverize, the infantry did. Christen fired with his anti-tank gun as men fell around him. He had  destroyed five or six tanks when there was a lull in the fighting.  However, the Soviets were not retreating; they were regrouping.  Christen called out soldiers' names, but there was no response.  Everyone else was either dead or severely wounded. He was the only one  left to fight. As the Soviets were not attacking him, the lone German began  desperately digging a trench around his anti-tank weapon. He vaguely  wondered why no one took potshots at him.  When evening fell, the attack resumed. Trees shattered around him.  Wood and metal fragments tore into the flesh of his injured comrades.  Christen hugged the ground. Then he heard the sound of many boots heading his way.  It was the Soviet infantry.

The former Hitler youth opened fire. To his surprise, they retreated –  probably thinking he was not alone.  Before dawn, the Soviets attacked with a barrage from several tanks. At one point, he partially  dismantled his anti-tank gun, dragged it several meters, propped it up  with a log, and then fired at incoming tanks. He kept it up throughout  the next day, despite his hunger and thirst, made worse by the cold.  All he had left was a pistol taken from his officer's corpse.  The morning stretched on, but there was no attack  He wondered if he should save the last bullet for himself. Then he heard the soldiers speak. They were German! Despite having no food and water for almost three days, he had killed over 100 soldiers and destroyed 13 tanks on his own. He was the first SS-man with just the rank of an ordinary soldier (SS-Sturmann) to get the The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross personally from his Führer Adolf Hitler on 20 October 1941. He survived the war and lived until 23. September 1995. His grave is in Neusorg, Oberpfalz, Germany.

Michigan data show that 246 residents have tested positive for COVID-19 more  than two weeks after being fully vaccinated against the virus that  causes it.

  Eleven of the residents were hospitalized and three died, a spokesperson with the state Department of Health and Human Services told The Epoch Times via email. The people who died were all 65  years of age or older.  Data about hospitalization status for 129 cases were incomplete, and  for the other set, hospitalization status was reported as unknown. The fully vaccinated cases were identified through weekly reviews of  data on all confirmed and probable cases of COVID-19, the disease caused  by the CCP virus. State officials compare the data to records of every person who has been fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means two weeks have elapsed since a person has  received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or the single-shot  Johnson & Johnson vaccine.  Some of these individuals may  ultimately be excluded from this list due to continuing to test  positive from a recent infection prior to being fully vaccinated...  "While the majority of the population develops full immunity within  14 days of completion of their vaccine series, a small proportion appear  to take longer to mount a full antibody response," the MDHHS  spokeswoman said....

His statement on Tuesday was among the Gab's most popular posts. "Too bad the desperately needed election reforms in Georgia didn't go further, as their originally approved Bill did, but the Governor and Lt. Governor would not go for it," he wrote. "The watered-down version, that was just passed and signed by Governor Kemp, while better than before, doesn't have Signature Matching and many other safety measures, which were sadly left out."

He was referencing the new law in Georgia that, while expanding voting opportunities, has been criticized by companies such as Delta, Coca-Cola and Major League Baseball for allegedly suppressing the minority vote. President Biden has been chastised for repeatedly making false claims about the law, including that it shuts down Election Day voting at 5 p.m., just as people are getting off work. Trump said the bill "should have been passed before the 2020 Presidential Election, not after." "It is now reported that chain of custody records for over 400,000 Absentee Ballots are missing or not being shown. I wonder why? Show them now!" He was challenging officials in Georgia to document the legally required chain of custody for ballots that were counted.

House Democrats have passed a bill, the For the People Act, that would codify in federal law many of the accommodations and procedural changes states made for the 2020 election.

A rainbow-colored statue in honor of Black Lives Matter that  was erected in the Hungarian capital of Budapest was vandalized and then demolished within 24 hours.  The monument was a re-creation of the Statue of Liberty with the words 'Black Lives Matter' inscribed on the tablet.  The statue was meant to remain in place for two weeks until April 14  but was immediately targeted after it was unveiled in Budapest's ninth  district. Pro-family activists described the monument as an "anti-European,  anti-white, anti-heterosexual, and anti-Christian symbol," and within 24  hours it was attacked three separate times, doused with paint and  finally torn down.  Police later arrested members of the Legion Hungaria organization for their role in defacing the monument. According to the monument's creator Péter Szalay, its message was neutral.

So I had posted two articles on Stormfront yesterday, and lo and behold they were deleted.  One was from the EUTimes entitled "Irish government admits lying about Covid" (something like that) and image of the FBI bomb making facility in Oklahoma.  Basically the Irish government DID LIE but of course not directly.  WHY MUST WE BE LIED ABOUT IN TITLES OUTRIGHT BY THE JEW MEDIA AND WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?  What, are we all just conservatives?  Oftentimes I paraphrase the wording by using single quotes.  Double quotes for direct quotes.  And of course the links.  ARTICLES MUST ALSO BE INTERESTING (YAWN) within reason of course.  Several others have also mentioned that they were in the dark as to why their posts were removed.

SF also deleted a reply on Steven Spielberg and his "historical films".  I showed (alleged) photos of Spielberg assisting the "wounded" at the Boston Marathon "Bombing".  100% FAKE!  So I reposted my reply on Spielberg thinking it didn't catch and so far so good.  I also notice that certain posts on certain subjects that end up on the last page.  It's a site with at least one Jew moderator (I covered that sufficiently on WNForum).  Not a quitter, but when you get attacked by a Jew troll (assisted by a buddy troll backing them up), no one comes to your aid.  I want to help, but it's only a matter of time when I reach a certain number of posts and ....

The pope hasn't seen crowds like this in years, and yet a drug  addled, felonious porn star who resisted arrest over a fake $20 dollar  bill has been risen to saint status by the God-less Democrat party. An official in Texas Attorney General's office testified during a state House hearing that the number of election fraud cases in Texas is at an "all-time high."

The amount is "higher than our historical average by a long shot," said Jonathan White, the head of the election fraud agency within the Texas Attorney General's Special Prosecution Division, to the Texas House Elections Committee last week ... When asked by a state lawmaker if there were trends in election fraud prosecutions, White said that "have 510 offenses pending against 43 defendants in court right now," saying it's "for several reasons probably." He did not elaborate. White said that about 80 percent of those pending cases involve alleged mail-in ballot fraud, and 60 percent of resolved cases involved mail-in voting. The attorney general's office prosecuted 534 election fraud-related cases committed by 155 people since 2005, according to the report.
 

Last week, the Republican-led Texas state Senate approved legislation that would ban mail-in ballot drop boxes and most drive-thru voting, a measure that Republicans say "ensures election integrity." Democrats have said it's voter suppression and makes it harder for people with disabilities and ethnic minorities to vote. The measure, according to state Sen. Bryan Hughes, a Republican, is "designed to address areas through process where bad actors can take advantage because we want the people of Texas to be confident their elections are fair, honest, and open." The legislation "standardizes and clarifies" voting rules so "every Texan has a fair and equal opportunity to vote, regardless of where they live in the state."... and would also require authorization from top state leaders to be alerted about any private funding of more than $1,000 that is given to election departments ...
