Television  actor Jussie Smollet returned to court in Chicago on Wednesday to face  charges concerning an alleged 2019 "hate crime" incident, in what he  called a "dog and pony show."

The former "Empire" actor was accused of faking a racist, homophobic  attack against himself in January 2019. The allegations led to six  counts of disorderly conduct that were dropped two months later by the  Cook County State's Attorney's office... However, the charges have again been raised against Smollett. The actor claimed two masked men approached him as he was walking home on Jan. 29, 2019, and "made racist and homophobic insults, beat him and looped a noose around his neck before fleeing,"  However, the account has since been discredited by the two  men Smollett reportedly paid to conduct the "racist and homophobic"  assault ... The two men alleged that Smollett transferred the sum of $3,500 to  them in exchange for the jumping, hoping to "raise his profile,"...

The FBI wasted no time on this one, while they didn't even budge to investigate massive voter fraud charges either

Smollett has maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty to the charges. Smollett's attorneys said their client had performed community  service and forfeited his $10,000 bond to get out from under the 2019  charges, and therefore any new charges violated his right against double  jeopardy...,  Cook County Circuit Court Judge James Linn disagreed.  "There was no trial in this case, there was no jury empaneled, no  witnesses were sworn, no evidence was heard, no guilty pleas were ever  entered ... nothing like that [ever] happened," Linn said ... "There was no adjudication of this case."

Linn said Smollett could not have paid any criminal penalty because,  with the charges against the former "Empire" actor dropped, there was no  penalty to pay. "You cannot have any criminal penalty, whether it's jail, probation, conditional discharge ... none of that can be ordered on the innocent or presumed innocent or the unadjudicated," Linn said... Linn also noted that Judge Michael Toomin said last year that due to the conduct of Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx, her office's entire case against Smollett was invalid.

According to the Chicago Tribune,  prosecutor Sean Wieber said no matter what deal Smollett reached with  the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, it was not part of any formal  plea agreement. "We know he didn't participate in [deferred prosecution] and instead they say he effectively complied," Wieber said. "But effective compliance is no compliance at all, because there was no actual enrollment." Smollett has been recently criticized on Twitter concerning the case against him... "I don't know exactly how to describe it," he said, according to the Tribune. "I've never quite seen a transcript [or] anything like that. Perhaps  clarity will come about that at some later date, there are maybe other  people to address that ... what didn't happen is that double jeopardy  attached to that proceeding."  In rejecting Smollett's bid for the charges against him to be thrown  out, Linn said the court records for the day on which Cook County  dropped charges against Smollett were highly irregular.

Arizona SenatePresident Karen Fann on Tuesday said that the 2020 presidential election audit's ballot count led by Cyber Ninjas differed from the Maricopa County tally, and that the discrepancy prompted the election review team to acquire new machines to recount the ballots. "They haven't released a number yet," Fann, a Republican, said during in an interview with KTAR. "However, we do know that those numbers do not match with Maricopa County at this point."... "While experienced professionals at the County used the latest certified tabulation technology and established processes to count almost 2.1 million ballots in accordance with Arizona law, the Senate contractors have taken a different approach. They've cycled through processes and procedures, chasing conspiracy theories while volunteers with no elections experience tried to accurately count votes as they spun by on turntables. Elections experts from across the country have said this method is flawed and will produce incorrect results,"

The caucus did not immediately respond to a request for comment. According to Maricopa County's official canvass, there were 2,089,563 ballots cast in its 2020 general election. Fann's remarks come as the ballots cast in Arizona's largest county in the 2020 election were set to be counted for a third time on orders from the state's Senate. The ballots submitted in Maricopa County for the presidential contest were tabulated, as normal, by election officials. They were recounted by hand by audit teams hired by the state Senate in a process that was completed late last month. The Senate was set to conduct its own recount, which will provide a number to compare with those from the county and from the auditors, and focuses on the number of ballots and not the actual votes, unlike the first two tabulations. The Senate is using two counting machines that it purchased to complete the count.

Maricopa County officials oppose the audit... County officials announced recently that they would replace all of the election machines afterward because of concerns about the equipment being probed by auditors. They're poised to vote on Wednesday whether to allocate $2.8 million to replace the equipment. Fann told conservative radio host Mike Broomhead that the new count would begin on July 13. She defended Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, which critics say has insufficient audit experience...

The Texas House of Representatives on Tuesday voted to send law  enforcement to arrest the Democrat lawmakers for fleeing the state and  blocking the GOP from passing voting laws. "The chamber approved asking law enforcement to arrest democrats who walked around to regain a quorum," ABC 13 reporter Nick Natario said. "Democrats also face other penalties, like losing leadership roles."   Earlier Tuesday morning, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said that Democrat lawmakers who left the state to impede the Republicans quorum to convene a special legislative session on an election reform bill will be arrested when they return.

More than 310,000 – and counting – people have signed a petition seeking an investigation into the allegations of Biden family crimes. The posting on change.org by government watchdog Judicial Watch  points out that there is "substantial evidence, from documents and  witness statements, that the Biden family, including President Joe  Biden, may have been involved in criminal activity involving, among  other issues, foreign entities tied to Ukraine and China."

After all, "Joe Biden's son Hunter has already acknowledged that he is the target of a[n] FBI criminal investigation." The petition calls for a special counsel to be appointed immediately "because the Biden Justice Department is conflicted in investigating any matter that could implicate President Biden or his immediate family." Judicial Watch chief Tom Fitton said there's lots of evidence, and substantial evidence at that, in the case. He noted Hunter Biden already is "on to his next corrupt enterprise — secretly selling his 'ink blow' paintings, in a scheme concocted by the Biden White House."Fitton explained he's hopeful the number of petition signatures will  convince Republicans in Congress to urge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and  Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to call for an investigation... there are a number of incidents involving the mass transfers of  money to Hunter Biden and his uncle, Jim Biden, that are of interest...  A former Hunter Biden business partner in the CEFC deal, Tony  Bobulinski, has claimed he met twice with Joe Biden to discuss the firm,  which has ties to the Communist Party, and "what I was doing with his  family's name."

Bobulinski said it was clear that the former vice  president was in charge of the family business enterprise trading off  his status... The previous evening, WND reported two Republican-led Senate committees concluded that members of Joe  Biden's family engaged in deals with Chinese nationals who had "deep  connections" to the Communist Party. Hunter Biden's name apparently was used in the alleged fraud, but he wasn't charged. Devon Archer was. He was convicted in 2018 and the case was reversed but in 2020 an appeals court reinstated the conviction. The report explained Hunter Biden and Archer were business partners and worked for Rosemont Seneca Partners investment firm. That was before both were taking pay from Burisma, the Ukrainian gas company that provided scandal fodder for Joe Biden by paying his son $83,000 a month to be on its board – at a time when Joe Biden was responsible for Ukraine policy for Barack Obama... After his arrest, Archer wrote Hunter Biden, "Why did your dad's  administration appointees arrest me and try to put me in jail? Just  curious. Some of our partners asking out here.

It came at a time when Burisma was trying to get rid of a corruption probe being done by Ukraine's own prosecutor. ... In fact, Joe Biden openly boasted of threatening to withhold $1  billion in U.S. aid if Ukraine's president did not fire the country's  top prosecutor, Victor Shokin, who at the time was investigating Burisma  for corruption.

President Trump easily won the Texas CPAC straw poll this weekend gaining 70% of the total vote in a landslide. RINOs in a state of despair.

The GOP party favorites Nikki Haley scored 1% of the vote. Mike Pence got 0% of the vote! Trump, who's repeatedly flirted with making another presidential run in 2024 to try and return to the White House, captured 70% of ballots cast in the anonymous straw poll, according to results announced by CPAC on Sunday afternoon.

That's a boost from the 55% support he won in the hypothetical 2024 Republican primary matchup straw poll at CPAC Orlando in late February. "I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your incredible support," Trump said as he gave the Dallas event's keynote address minutes later. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came in a distant second, at 21%. No one else among the 19 potential 2024 Republican White House contenders topped 1%.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton  told an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC)  on July 11 that his office is investigating nearly 400 more alleged  cases of voter fraud...

The 386 cases that are being investigated are in addition to more  than 500 cases that his office has prosecuted, Paxton said, without elaborating on the details of some of the cases. "Do not believe the narrative, because in Texas we are going to fight  election fraud," Paxton said, noting that Republicans would have  struggled during election day last year if his office hadn't stopped  local election officials from breaking rules around balloting. Referring to claims that voter fraud doesn't exist—made typically by  Democrats—the Republican attorney general described it as a false  narrative.

"People tell you there is no election fraud. Let me just tell you  right now, my office has 511 counts in court... We have another 386 that we're investigating," he told the  CPAC audience in Texas. "If you add those together, that's more  election fraud than my office has prosecuted since it started investigating election fraud years and years ago. So do not believe the narrative, because in Texas we are going to fight election fraud." In June, Paxton announced that his office is investigating 500 cases that are "waiting to be heard in court."

Texas's state Senate approved a sweeping bill a month prior to that announcement that would grant more power to poll watchers by giving them increased access inside polling areas. It would also create new penalties against election officials who restrict poll watchers' movements and would allow a judge to void the outcome of an election if the number of fraudulent votes could change the result, among other provisions. Democrats walked out during the very end of the previous legislative  session in late May, ending the chances of approving any new voter  integrity laws in the near future. That prompted Gov. Greg Abbott, a  Republican, to call a new session focused on passing the election reform  bill... Democrats claim that they're  designed to suppress voter turnout rates, namely among minority groups.

During an interview on July 11, Abbott again pushed for the bill's passage. "Even Democrats in the Texas House of Representatives, they agree  that as [it] concerns mail-in ballots, that is an area where improving  the mail-in ballot system is a way to achieve greater election  integrity," Paxton is running for reelection as attorney general in 2022, and  faces Republican primary opposition...

The end of the COVID-19 pandemic might be in sight as vaccine shots ramp up, but crumbling malls, the country's haphazard approach to healthcare, and brands looking to capitalize on the "new normal" suggest our new dystopian reality is here to stay. .. Companies like Sears and JCPenney spent over 100 years building their brands into household names — but it took only 10 years for an apocalypse to sweep through the retail industry, leaving vacant stores and dead malls in its wake.

The demise, like so much in the last decade, can be linked to the financial crisis: After the housing bubble burst in the late aughts, many retailers were never quite able to get back on their feet. Hundreds of thousands of employees were out of work, and private equity stepped in, burdening mall brands with massive amounts of debt. The American mall began to face "a death spiral," John M. Clapp, a professor ... "Once a department store goes vacant that tends to be contagious because all those middle-mall stores — the nail salons and the jewelry stores — they are all depending on the traffic coming from the bigger retail stores," A report from Coresight Research... last August estimated that out of roughly 1,000 American malls, a quarter will close down in the next three to five years.

And, of course, it's impossible to ignore the Amazon effect: The Seattle bookseller sparked an e-commerce boom, leading to a race to the top for Amazon and its main competition, Walmart, and opening the direct-to-consumer floodgates... Amazon reportedly held talks with the biggest mall-owner in the US, to discuss converting empty retail space into fulfillment centers that pack and ship Amazon orders. The pandemic has only made matters worse.... after major chains announced closures of more than 12,000 stores in 2020. These vacancies have left malls abandoned, and they readily turned into vaccination sites. ... And though Amazon pays workers $15 an hour, warehouse jobs are more physically demanding ... In lieu of an adequate government safety net to ensure Americans get fair pay and health care even as businesses shutter, brands are left to pick up the pieces.

The complete disruption of the pandemic puts Americans in a position where the "new normal" is a flexible term. As seen by the transformation of malls into vaccination sites... can be completely acceptable in 2021... a broken retail system saving a healthcare system stretched to the breaking point — are not going away. The inclination to turn to companies to fix broken infrastructure can run the gambit from creative at best to disturbing at worst. Domino's announced a campaign to fill potholes in 2018, Light-beer legend Natural Light has spent millions of dollars paying off fan' student loans, Companies like Gap, Target, and Warby Parker helped staff the nation's polls on Election Day by corralling hundreds of thousands of employees to serve as poll workers

And as state governments work to vaccinate their citizens as quickly and efficiently as possible, they've turned to other capitalist symbols of the before-times to help carry out their plans. Beginning in January, lines snaked around the parking lot at Disneyland ... became a "super" vaccination site where hundreds of thousands of doses have been administered. Major league sports stadiums, many of which sat empty and dark for most of last year, have also become mass vaccination sites... Coors beer breweries transformed into hand sanitizer manufacturers. But, relying too fully on corporations whose ultimate focus is their bottom line is not just dystopian, it's dangerous.

A man has been arrested in New York after being accused of  vandalizing Hunter Biden's art gallery and assaulting an employee who  attempted to stop him.

Rodrick Webber, 47, allegedly spray-painted the word "Daddy"  on a wall inside the New York City art gallery. Webber later revealed  to investigators that he was trying to write the phrase "Daddy is a war  criminal" on the wall, in reference to Hunter Biden's father, President  Joe Biden. Webber could not finish his message as he was  approached by a gallery employee who attempted to stop him, and who was  then allegedly assaulted.In a previous social media post, Webber accused the art gallery hosting Hunter Biden's work of supporting a "war crime family." ... According to Webber, the employee actually assaulted him and he is open to filing a civil suit in the future.  The alleged vandal has been charged with criminal mischief and assault.

The vandalism reportedly damaged a painting worth over $14,000,  though none of Biden's paintings were ruined. Biden's fall show will  reportedly be bringing in figures as high as $500,000. The upcoming show  has faced scrutiny from critics, who have described the costly art show  as an ethical issue for the administration, especially considering past  allegations of corruption against Hunter Biden... White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates said in a statement. Webber said his protest had nothing to do with Hunter Biden's art, and everything to do with his father's alleged "war crimes."

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham defended her decision to settle with a former campaign staffer who accused her of sexual harassment in 2018, speaking to reporters about it for the first time Friday. Grisham's campaign has paid at least $62,500 to James Hallinan, a 2018 campaign spokesman, who claimed she once dropped water in his lap and then grabbed his crotch in a pre-election meeting. The governor has denied the allegations. "I was focused on the pandemic, and I'll stand by that decision [to settle] every minute of every day," she told reporters in her first in-person comments about the settlement. She also denied there had been any additional settlements or nondisclosure agreements. Payments to Hallinan's attorney were made in five monthly installments to a law firm representing him. Grisham campaign spokesman Jared Leopold previously stated the settlement was part of "an agreement settling numerous dubious and disputed potential claims made by Mr. Hallinan arising from his employment in 2018 with the campaign organization" ...

In New York, multiple sexual harassment claims against Gov. Andrew Cuomo by former employees are being investigated by the state's attorney general. The alleged incident involving Grisham is said to have taken place at the home of New Mexico state Rep. Deborah Armstrong, who said she never witnessed any harassment. State campaign finance regulators say that the settlement payments from a political campaign account are permissible because they involve an employment dispute related to Hallinan's time with the governor's election campaign.Grisham is a former state representative who was elected as governor in 2018.

Republican Senator McBroom, who sat through hours of testimony of Republican and Independent poll challengers who told stunning stories of witnessing potential voter fraud and intimidation by paid election workers and outside leftist agitators, claimed that he and his crack team of Senate investigators could see no evidence of massive voter fraud. McBroom's report didn't end with his opinion on voter fraud, he also recommended that Democrat Dana Nessel, the most lawless attorney general in Michigan's history, actively pursue anyone [Republicans] "making a profit" who are seeking answers to voter fraud in Michigan by criminally charging them. "Those promoting Antrim County as the prime evidence of a nationwide conspiracy to steal the election... the report said. The report did mention Matt DePerno, the courageous attorney who agreed to represent Plaintiff William Bailey in his lawsuit against Antrim County where it was discovered that over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the Nov. election.

The evidence from a laptop computer Hunter Biden abandoned at a  repair shop and was later turned over to the FBI – after copies of the  drive were downloaded – has revealed that Hunter Biden's business  visions were for a global empire, that he apparently tried to use his  father's influence as vice president to set up deals in multiple  nations, that he did set up that lucrative post with the Ukrainian gas  company Burisma where he was getting $83,000 a month, and much more. But York pointed that the legacy media has not only ignored the controversies, but actively downplayed them. It's not because it's Hunter Biden, it's because it's Joe Biden...

"Remember a key fact here: Joe Biden has said repeatedly that he  never knew about his son's business dealings. If what [New York Post  columnist Miranda] Devine is reporting is correct, Biden made those  claims after having financially benefited from his son's business  dealings and after having been a part of some of his son's business  events. Again: The Hunter Biden laptop story is not about Hunter Biden.  It's about Joe Biden."  It was the Post that did much of the early reporting on the evidence  from the laptop, but those reports were suppressed by not only legacy  media outlets but social media outlets – and since that suppression  happened just before the 2020 presidential race, the political  implications of the censorship is hard to overlook.

A review by the Daily Wire  revealed Hunter Biden had his fingers in business pies in Saudi Arabia,  Ivory Coast, Oman, Qatar, Taiwan, Zimbabwe, Greece and Mexico, in  addition to his highly publicized business dealings in China and  Ukraine, while his father was vice president.  Then Breitbart  released a report that explains he took 411 trips across 29 countries  during the years his father was vice president, including 23 flights in  or out of Joint Base Andrews, where Air Force Two is stationed.  Probably the highest profile business deals Hunter Biden engaged in  while his father was the VP were with Ukraine and China. Ukraine was  where he landed a deal paying him tens of thousands of dollars a month  just to sit on the board of a gas company under investigation for  corruption. China was where he was working to set up a variety of  operations, according to documents that have been revealed about his  deals.
 

While Joe Biden was vice president,  Burisma, which was funding Hunter Biden's lifestyle at the rate of  nearly a million dollars a year, was under investigation for corruption. Joe Biden openly boasted of threatening to withhold $1 billion in  U.S. aid if Ukraine's president did not fire the country's top  prosecutor, Victor Shokin, who at the time was investigating Burisma for  corruption. A French website reported Shokin later filed a criminal complaint  naming Joe Biden and accusing him of committing a "criminal offense" in  his campaign to get Shokin fired.

Evidence already suggests Joe Biden was cashing in directly on Hunter  Biden's business operations, with Hunter paying for projects at Joe's  house, and a claim directly from Hunter Biden that his father was  getting half of his pay.  York continued, "Speaking of influence peddling, Devine also reported recently that Hunter Biden 'used the perks of the vice presidency -- parties, meetings with Joe Biden and flights on Air Force Two -- to  pursue business deals with Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim while his  father was in office.' The two-day Tehran summit, hosted by Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Wednesday and Thursday, yielded no breakthroughs but produced a statement recognising the need to end the country's civil war. "The two sides understand the risks of continuing war for the country, and have agreed that war is not a solution to the Afghan issue, and all efforts should be made towards a political and peaceful solution,"...Talks between the Kabul government and the Taliban, scheduled to take place in Istanbul in May, have been postponed indefinitely. Some analysts speculated that the Tehran meeting could be a precursor to more crucial talks being held at some point in the Qatari capital. Mr Zarif was shown positioned at the head of two facing tables where the Afghan government and Taliban teams were seated.

Biden's solution is simple

Eric and Dorothy Dowdy tied the knot on April 3, 1945... Eric was born on April 11, 1921, a day before Dorothy. They lived together until April 2018, when Eric moved into the care home due to ill health. However, just five months later, Dorothy joined her husband after they were unable to cope with being apart. "I couldn't stand to be away from him and I'm not getting any younger," Dorothy said. The leaders of America's big blue metropolises say there's  no crime surge on their patch .And here's one of the most  predictable parts of the gaslighting: If you dare to say that violent  crime is rising, and especially if you suggest that it's scary and out  of control, you're a flaming racist. That was the message on Sunday from Kate Chatfield, a senior director in San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin's office.... She was responding to a message by San Francisco native Michelle Tandler, who  had said her friends were all considering leaving the city because of  crime, which has caused parents to fear for their children and husbands  to be "scared for their wives." andler made no mention of skin color. Chatfield apparently inferred  that, because the concerned citizen was talking about crime, she must  have meant acts committed by non-white people. This proved, once again,  that leftist, race-baiting whites are the most racist people on the  planet. Crime  is apparently a touchy subject in the San Francisco DA's office, and in  DA and mayoral offices in Democrat-run cities across the US... Even CNN  acknowledged on Wednesday that more than 850 people were shot, including  at least 233 fatally, while Americans celebrated the Independence Day  holiday weekend. In Chicago alone, some 100 people were reportedly shot, and 19 were killed...

Crime is up, you don't say

A Council on Criminal Justice report on 32 major US cities showed that murders rose 24% from 2020's torrid pace in this year's first quarter alone. It's  easy to see why Democrat politicians don't want to be confronted with  news of this trend. The 13 largest US cities are run by Democrat mayors.  Out of the 25 biggest cities, only two have Republican mayors. Playing  the race card is a sign of the desperation among Democrats to deflect  attention away from their failure to perform government's most basic  role: protecting citizens. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot... insisted that violent crime was "trending down" and denied the reporter's assertion that there were race riots in Chicago last summer. She also stood by her comment in an interview last week that "about 99%" of the criticism against her was motivated by the fact that she's a black woman.

More than 2,000 people have been shot in Chicago this year... New York Mayor Bill de Blasio,... why he wouldn't be using any of the Big Apple's $6 billion  in new federal aid to fight rising violent crime, said that tactic was  meant for more troubled cities. Shootings in New York have more than  doubled since 2019, but city officials decided to restore only about  $200 million of the $1 billion that was cut from police funding in  2020.   San Francisco, which hasn't had a Republican mayor since  1964, is among the most spectacular Democratic failures. What was once  perhaps America's most beautiful big city has been turned into what  former president Donald Trump might call Haiti: a s***hole.

Immortalizing criminals is ensuring more crime to come

Unfortunately for residents, San Francisco's  lawlessness issue goes beyond drug needles and public defecation. Theft  and assaults are so rampant and brazen that retailer Target is now closing its stores in the San Francisco area at 6pm  each day, rather than 10pm. Walgreens has closed several stores in the  area altogether, and ordered its security guards in those still trading  to refrain from engaging with shoplifters. If it seems like criminals are running  roughshod, stealing, or maiming with impunity, it's because they are. A  man arrested last month for stabbing a 94-year-old Asian woman in San  Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood had been released from jail nine  days earlier. His rap sheet included a long list of burglary arrests and  an alleged homicide. He was arrested five times last year and was being  monitored with an ankle bracelet at the time of the stabbing, after  being released by a judge. One local man was arrested for car theft at  least 14 times in 18 months.  ... America's metropolises are being destroyed on  purpose and in broad daylight. Former President Donald Trump has taken his criticism of social  media to a new level, by filing class-action lawsuits against Facebook,  Twitter, and Google, and against their CEOs.       

Trump's lawsuits were  first reported by Axios, citing sources – and the former president later  formally announced his intentions during a Wednesday press conference,  in which he said his actions are being taken on behalf of the victims of  cancel culture... Trump called his lawsuits a "very beautiful development for our freedom and freedom of speech." He said the lawsuit, in which he is the lead plaintiff, is targeting the "Big Tech giants" for their "censorship" of conservatives such as himself.  Trump  was banned from numerous social media platforms, including Facebook and  Twitter, following the Capitol riot on January 6, with many critics  accusing the former president of inflammatory rhetoric and of inciting  violence in his posts. Facebook recently announced Trump's suspension  will last at least another two years. 

The conservative non-profit group America First Policy Institute  is behind Trump's lawsuit. The organization is one of many on the right  that have accused social media companies of political bias. The lawsuit,  filed in the Southern District of Florida, also includes multiple other  plaintiffs who claim they have been unlawfully banned from social media  platforms. Some joined Trump during his Wednesday press conference.  The lawsuit seeks an "immediate halt" to social media companies' censorship, demanding "an end to the shadowbanning, a stop to the silencing, and a stop to the blacklisting." Trump blasted censorship as "unlawful and unAmerican." He specifically targeted social media companies like Facebook and YouTube policing posts they claimed spread disinformation during the pandemic, including theories that Covid-19 was man made – a theory that is now not as quickly dismissed...

On top of seeking the restitution of banned social media accounts, including his own, Trump's lawsuit also seeks "punitive damages." The former president called this lawsuit a "game changer for the country." Trump's social media future continues to be in question for both his critics and supporters. He continues to release public statements, some similar in tone to his past tweets, and he even utilized a now-defunct blog site  for a short period of time. Rumors recently swirled that Trump could  soon be announcing his involvement with GETTR, a social media platform site run by former spokesperson Jason Miller that was launched last week.

National File is reporting that while former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani's license to practice law has been suspended, two leftist attorneys who firebombed an NYPD cruiser during last year's violent Black Lives Matter riots are going to be allowed to continue practicing law in the state. According to the outlet, the two attorneys, who are facing federal charges related to the firebombing last year could face up to 45 years in prison. Colinford Mattis works as a corporate lawyer while his co-conspirator Urooj Rahman is a "human rights" attorney Rahman was the perpetrator who tossed the Molotov cocktail into the console of a police cruiser then fled in a car driven by Mattis. The two had also been found to be producing and distributing Molotov cocktails to Black Lives Matter and antifa anarchists. Yet despite that, federal prosecutors are apparently trying to make a plea deal for the two.

Giuliani's "crime" was to question the narrative surrounding the November election.

A spokesperson for Target confirmed that stores in San Francisco are now closing early and are moving hours from 7 or 8 a.m.–10 p.m. to 9 a.m.–6 p.m. A financial district store will close as early as 5 p.m. on Saturday, according to the company's website. The reason why, according to a spokesperson for the corporation, is because of an increase in shoplifting. "For more than a month, we've been experiencing a significant and alarming rise in theft and security incidents at our San Francisco stores, similar to reports from other retailers in the area," the spokesperson told KPIX-TV over the weekend. "Target is engaging local law enforcement, elected officials, and community partners to address our concerns."

The spokesperson then said that "with the safety of our guests, team members and communities as our top priority, we've temporarily reduced our operating hours in six San Francisco stores."

In his view, the country is in fact "sliding toward mediocrity". For instance, "high school graduation rates" are higher in Greece than in the US, and Chileans live longer than Americans do. In addition, "one-fifth of 15-year-olds" in the United States can not read "at the level expected of a 10-year-old". Fifteen-year-old teenagers "in Russia, Poland Latvia and many other countries" are better at Math than their American counterparts... Americans are taught to believe "the United States is the premier nation of the world"... The 73-year-old Linda In WV openly expresses her doubts about whether her homeland could be viewed as superior to other nations... admits that "each passing year brings a deeper awareness of all the lies" the United States is built on... "money buys power" and "truth is optional"... that hyperindividualism in the United States helps create "perfect conditions for billionaires" but does not "make for a healthy or desirable society for the average person". In his or her comments on the article, Ira Shorr states that USA's huge military budget "is not a strength" and that the "Pentagon's spending is so out of control it cannot even be audited".

The reports also states that "United States' wars since 2001 have killed more than 800,000 people and displaced 37 million". What is more, "almost 38,000 veterans" in the US are homeless...

In 2021, according to the World Competitiveness rating, the United States took 10th place among 64 other nations. "A similar forward-looking study from the World Bank" ranked the United States No. 35 out of 174 countries. "America's chronic failure to turn its economic strength into social progress is a huge drag on American influence," ... "the liberal institutionalism that has dominated the strategic thought of the past three decades and drained American power on misconstrued projects and wars in secondary theaters is still wafting in the air". "Russia regained its footing, modernized its military and set about revising the post–Cold War" order in Eurasia. ... USA's industrial power has been depleted and "society destabilized". In order to reach its political, economic and security-related objectives, American officials have a habit of imposing unilateral sanctions against other countries for all kinds of reasons... At the same time, US administrations use human rights among others as an excuse to incite interracial violence and conflicts between nations.... An increasing number of people are coming to the conclusion that the world order can not be imposed by a handful of leaders. The freight train of audits might be making its way to Pennsylvania.

According to a report from the AP, the Pennsylvania Senate is considering an audit of the 2020 election. The audit is supposed to be like the one that took place in Arizona. Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano led a private briefing for Republican senators explaining his plan.

Following in the footsteps of Arizona's Senate Republicans,  Pennsylvania's Republican-controlled Senate is considering an  investigation into how last year's presidential election was conducted, a  quest fueled by former President Donald Trump's baseless claims that  fraud was behind his loss in the battleground state. Any Senate-issued subpoenas for an Arizona-style "election audit"  will face strident opposition from Democrats, legal questions and almost certainly challenges in Pennsylvania's courts, as battles over election laws rage through swing states and Congress, spurred on by Trump's falsehoods. Senate Republicans have been mostly silent about their internal deliberations. Sen. Doug Mastriano, a rising force in Pennsylvania's  ultra-conservative circles who has talked of his desire to bring an  Arizona-style audit to Pennsylvania, led a private briefing Wednesday  for Republican senators on his plan.

Sen. Mastriano would be able to issue subpoenas if he was able to get a majority vote of his committee to commit. He could demand voting machines, ballots, and other records pertaining to the election. According to Dr. Peter Narvarro's Report,"there are 992,467 possible illegal votes in Pennsylvania. That is 12x more than Biden's victory margin.

Conservatives aren't biased against people who are black, brown, green, purple, or any other skin color. We're biased against people who are liberal. It's not skin color, it's attitude. While the defamation case was officially settled in 2017, the arrest of Ghislaine Maxwell made the documents submitted in that matter of public interest. Called the "gay propaganda law,"  the legislation passed last week in parliament follows similar moves in  Russia in 2013 that define written or visual materials  pertaining to sex reassignment or homosexuality as propaganda that  should not be allowed to reach children.

The measure, which President Janos Ader signed Wednesday, has  triggered a diplomatic spat between Hungary and other member states of the European Union. The Golem Theater, a Budapest-based institution that deals extensively with Jewish subjects and has many Jewish members, said on Facebook that it "stands against the propaganda law." Mazsihisz, the largest federation of Jewish communities in Hungary, also criticized the legislation Hungary's  right-wing government under Viktor Orban has clashed on several issues  with Mazsihisz, which has warned that the government's campaign  criticizing Jewish billionaire philanthropist George Soros risks  encouraging antisemitism...

We wouldn't be going out on an antisemitic limb to suggest that Jews are the single-most influential group in promoting homosexual propaganda to children — and society in general. Shortly after the Boy Scouts of America started allowing gay scout leaders, they were forced to file for bankruptcy because of all the sex abuse lawsuits.
