Roughly ten minutes later, Conradson was detained by event officials and escorted from the building for "harassing" Ugenti Rita...

The police said he was facing a misdemeanor and a fine of up to $900. This tyrant violated Conradson's free press rights. State Senator Kelly Townsend raised hell when this happened which is most likely what led to Conradson's release. The officers dropped Conradson off at his vehicle and said that he is permanently banned from the venue. After this fiasco, Michelle Ugenti Rita went to Twitter to trash the audit... Our election system is under constant assault by the left, and I won't support bills that fail to strengthen our election system. The same holds true for the audit. I supported the audit, but I do not support the Trump audit any longer.

Although presumed innocent, defendant has been charged with the most serious of crimes," Sengheiser said."In a case like this where the Circuit Attorney's Office has essentially abandoned its duty to prosecute those it charges with crimes, the court must impartially enforce the law and any resultant threat to public safety is the responsibility of the Circuit Attorney's Office," the judge said. Campbell is alleged to have murdered a man named Randy Moore in the middle of a St. Louis street last April.

"The US military command for Africa, in coordination with the Somali government, 'conducted one air strike in the vicinity of Galkayo, Somalia today against al-Shabaab,' Pentagon spokeswoman Cindi King told AFP," the outlet reported. The location of the strike was 430 miles northeast of Mogadishu, and it targeted al-Shabaab Islamists, according to King. She said a damage assessment was still being conducted. The Somalian government confirmed the airstrike in a news release...

The report added, "The US frequently targets members of the organization in airstrikes, but Tuesday's operation was the first one since Biden had been sworn into office in January."... "The strike came as the Biden administration was considering whether to reverse the U.S. military withdrawal from Somalia that took place under Mr. Trump." It added, "An interagency review, underway for several months, has not yet been completed, a U.S. official said....

A Skeptical Analysis of the Reports of "Unmarked Graves" on Residential Schools Grounds

Unmarked graves, including children's graves, are commonplace and exist in virtually every town and city in Canada and around the world. This reflects the reality that in the history of the Earth the dead outnumber the living 14 to 1; that most graves over time are gradually not maintained, and that mortality rates among children were extremely high historically. Despite sensationalized media coverage, there are reasons for skepticism concerning recent claims made of the "discovery" of unmarked graves on the grounds of former residential schools... Some of these inconsistencies and contradictions are so obvious that anyone who reads this analysis will surely concede that aspects of the "mass grave" stories are highly misleading. On May 27, 2021, the Tk'emlúps te Secwe´pemc published an article on their website stating that the remains of 215 children were "found" through the use of "a ground penetrating radar specialist."... The New York Times, Washington Post, BBC, The Toronto Star, and numerous other media outlets all ran stories claiming that a "mass grave" had been discovered, a term never used in the report....

As archaeologists who have worked with ground-penetrating radar, we knew immediately that the media's claims went far beyond the evidence, as ground-penetrating radar is quite limited in what it can reveal beneath the earth. But one need not be a specialist to suspect that some aspects of the story were far-fetched. A little common sense and basic knowledge would have alerted anyone to the fact that the "mass grave" claim was highly improbable. A mass grave implies a single catastrophic event, in which all the dead were killed at the same time, and then unceremoniously dumped into a single pit and covered up. ...Ground-penetrating radar cannot determine the existence of a mass grave; although it can help determine the probable existence of individual graves by locating the suspected outlines of shafts and ... at a June 4 press conference Chief Rosanne Casimir stated: "this is not a mass grave... To date, the New York Times and other media, including the Toronto Star, have not issued corrections to their initial false reporting.

Shallow graves where bodies were dumped discovered in residential areas - no Christian crosses or tombstones were used

It is well-established that influenza and tuberculosis were responsible for the majority of deaths. Tuberculosis predates European settlement in the Western Hemisphere, and has caused periodic outbreaks that killed large numbers of people (especially children). Also during the residential school era were four deadly influenza pandemics that reached Canada from overseas, mostly notably Spanish flu in 1918–1919. Besides this, there were also deadly influenza pandemics in Canada in 1890, 1957, and 1968. Each of these pandemics killed thousands of people in Canada. The Spanish flu alone killed an estimated 50,000 Canadians, most of them young people... CBC's Canada: A People's History (Volume II) states that in early 20th century, "Montreal...had the highest infant mortality rate in North America, a rate that was on par with Calcutta's." To this day thousands of unmarked children's graves are buried in and around Montreal. Although the errors the media made concerning the initial report about the Kamloops site should have led to a more measured response in subsequent reporting, instead it seems to have only sparked even more outlandish claims about the alleged "discovery" of other graves elsewhere. But irresponsible media reporting has repeatedly implied that all 751 graves were both unknown and that they are children's graves. Moreover, the removal of some of the headstones or crosses from the graveyard over the years was, according to local reports, due to erosion and lack of maintenance, not some sort of sinister plan...

How could anyone know if there are bodies buried here if tombstones and crosses were not used?

All subsequent residential school grave stories have followed a similar pattern: a sensational press conference announcing the "discovery" of graves through a ground-penetrating radar survey (technology which cannot distinguish between a child or adult grave)... This means there are estimated 100.8 billion people who have died in Earth's history, or put another way, the dead outnumber the living by more than 14 to 1... Obviously, the vast majority don't have maintained gravesites... Indeed, as recently as 2020 CBC News reported that there an estimated 20,000 unmarked graves buried underneath downtown Halifax alone! Other cities, such as Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, have even larger numbers of unmarked graves, including children's graves, which do not have any connection to residential schools. If we are really serious about surveying old graveyards, the final tally of bodies to be found in Canada will run into the tens of millions, including huge numbers of children's remains (the vast majority of which will not be Indigenous).

Reports circulating Tuesday reveal that the Pentagon is working with a contractor to track web searches that it describes as indicators of "white supremacy," citing the phrase "the truth about black lives matter" as one example.

Reports from Defense One and Fox News state that the Pentagon is working with a UK-based company called Moonshot CVE (Countering Violent Extremism) to uncover networks of domestic extremists within the military. Moonshot regularly works with the notorious ADL, and has ties to former President Obama, as well as the SPLC and George Soros' Open Foundation, according to the reports.

Moonshot suggests that searching for the "truth about BLM" indicates a belief "that the BLM movement has nefarious motives," which "is a disinformation narrative perpetuated by White supremacist groups to weaponize anti-BLM sentiment." The company further states that while the search phrase initially appears "innocuous," it isn't because the phrase has been used to suggest the BLM movement "is in line with the burning and looting of Antifa." "These sources echo White supremacist disinformation narratives alleging that BLM protesters are trying to 'overthrow the republic' and 'harm American citizens in a Marxist coup,'...

According to recent reports, activists, journalists, and politicians around the world have been spied on using malware developed by a private Israeli tech firm.

The software, called Pegasus, was developed by Israel's NSO group, and was exposed in a data leak containing over 50,000 phone numbers that belong to people targeted by NSO's clients for the last 5 years. One of the people targeted was Hanan Elatr, the wife of the Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was allegedly murdered by a 'Saudi hit squad' in 2018. Her phone was apparently targeted before his death. The list of the over 50,000 targeted phones was shared recently with a variety of newspapers, including The Washington Post. If a number appears on the leaked list, investigators say that it means that the phone was targeted for hacking The data also shows that the cell phone of Mexican freelance journalist, Cecilio Pineda Birto, was also exposed just a month before he was murdered by gun-wielding attackers at a car wash. Devices that are successfully hacked by Pegasus are effectively turned into 24-hour monitoring devices, allowing whoever sent the virus to keep constant tabs on them.

On Monday, Texas State Troopers pulled over a semi-truck near Laredo on US route 59. They discovered a total of 105 illegals that had been smuggled into the United States and packed into the large trailer.

A Muslim imam in France has been handed a six-month suspended sentence for an anti-Semitic rant that he delivered in a sermon that was uncovered and publicized by the Middle East Media Research Institute. These images were denounced for their antisemitism in late June 2018."

The video was revealed in June 2018, and at the end of that year the prefect of Haute-Garonne was in contact with the Toulouse public prosecutor's office and officials there opened an investigation. It was the French publication La Depeche that confirmed Tatai's six-month suspended sentence. His lawyers had claimed that he had "always been on good terms with representatives of the Jewish community [and] has largely explained the meaning of his preaching and the total exclusion of any incitement to hatred" in it.

The Soros Economic Development Fund, an arm of Soros' Open Society Foundations, confirmed in a July 19 statement that it has partnered with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The Soros–Gates collaboration is part of the Global Access Health initiative, which will invest "at least" $41.1 million in the project, according to the statement."The group has financed the acquisition of Mologic Ltd, a world-leading innovator in the development of lateral flow and rapid diagnostic technologies including tests that can help combat tropical diseases such as dengue, bilharzia, and river blindness, as well as for COVID-19,"..., noting that the purchase is an attempt to "expand access to affordable state-of-the-art medical technology through decentralized research, development, and manufacturing" in developing countries.

Founded about two decades ago by the father-and-son team of Mark and Paul Davis, Mologic previously worked with Gates's foundation, establishing the Advanced Rapid Diagnostics in 2016. The riots and widespread looting  that took the country by storm over the past week or so has been  another headwind to corporate South Africa, which is still struggling to  get back on its feet after the effects of the various lockdowns  implemented to curb the spread of Covid-19. JSE-listed companies make up  a trivial percentage of the total businesses in South Africa with an  estimated 45,000 small businesses affected as a result of the blatant  disregard for law and order. The sad reality is that many of the smaller  businesses won't be able to make it back as the larger peers with  bigger pockets are able to weather the storm.

Other than property counters in the effected areas, food and  discretionary retailers have been largely ravaged. Although the big  four  food retailers – that being Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Spar and Woolworths -  have yet to communicate with investors, one would assume the damages  and looting goes into the hundreds of millions given the widespread  thievery which has been evidenced by videos circling on social media.  Discretionary retailer Mr Price has confirmed 109 stores have been completely wiped out  whilst food producer Tiger Brands estimates the costs of the loss of  inventory and damage to property to be around R150m.

Despite the more  obvious effected sectors, supply chains and  logistics focused businesses have also suffered as a result of the  disruptions. The N3, which was closed for much of this week as a result  of the protests, is a key trade route between Johannesburg and Durban. This will cause knock on effects, which could result in food and fuel shortages in parts of South Africa.

The police always arrive after the destruction

The disruptions couldn't have come at a worse time for corporate  South Africa which is still battling from a 7% reduction in GDP in 2020.  This weeks disruptions are expected to reduce GDP by 0.4% this year, a figure which was recently revised upwards from 3% to 4% by the World Bank.  Many businesses, small and large, will be without an income for a  prolonged period of time during the rebuilding phase. And for many  businesses this will be the final straw. Unemployment will continue to  rise and the inequality challenges that South Africa has faced since  democracy will worsen.

The Georgia audit held in November 2020 after the election that provided the corrupt Secretary of State support that the election in his state was fine was not fine itself... In January we determined that the firms selected by Maricopa County in Arizona to perform audits of the 2020 Election were not certified when they were selected by the county as had been claimed. One of these firms selected by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to perform the audit there for the country was also used by corrupt Brad Raffensperger in Georgia in performing an audit there in November 2020 after the early November election. We noted therefore that the audit there was not performed by a certified auditor since Pro V&V was not certified at that time...

We attempted to review the Georgia forensic audit by Pro V&V that Secretary of State Raffensperger so proudly championed had confirmed the election results, something strange happened. Every Georgia audit reference or link led to the same Georgia Secretary of State page with Raffensperger's statement summarizing the perfect results of the audit: Yet the actual audit report by Pro V&V could not be found anywhere. After an exhaustive search, and in disbelief that the audit report had gone unpublished, we submitted a FOIA request to the state of Georgia for records of the audit... What was returned in response to the FOIA request by the state of Georgia is bizarre and cannot be easily explained...

The date of the memo is "Friday, July 16 2021": Not only was the memo created last Friday, but It was created last Friday by Pro V&V's owner, Jack Cobb. This revelation leaves little possibility for any plausible explanation other than the Georgia Secretary of State's office contacted Pro V&V who created the memo to provide in response to our FOIA request... The relevant portion approving the work... Not only was the audit performed by an uncertified vendor at the time, but the report also states that both four and six counties were selected for review in their audit. Russia has allocated around 3.7 billion rubles ($50 million) to  build a state-of-the-art space telescope with the ability to observe in ultraviolet, designed to see parts of the cosmos inaccessible to ground-based equipment.

According to RIA Novosti,  Russia's space agency Roscosmos and its subsidiary Lavochkin signed a  contract to build the Spektr-UV, with work scheduled to be completed by  the end of 2025. The telescope is designed to use ultraviolet  observe parts of space inaccessible to ground-based telescopes. It will  be launched into space, in a similar way to the US' Hubble, and will  allow researchers to study stars, galaxies, and black holes, as well as  the atmosphere of planets and exoplanets, and comets.

  It will also be equipped with spectrographs and cameras to produce high-quality images. The Spektr-UV is the second telescope announced by Russia this month. What an idiot.  Video footage shows a burning pile of debris with the rioter  initially out of shot. When he agrees to appear on camera, he  immediately confirms his total ignorance. "Stay here, bro, we're holding space, obviously for...I'm not gonna lie, I forgot his name, but like..." says the rioter. "Winston Smith," the person filming the footage has to remind him. The rioter then goes on to emphasize multiple times how it's  important to remember the name of Winston Smith, having forgotten it  himself.

Toledo community members came together to recognize two fallen police officers officers in a huge motorcycle rally and fundraiser for the grieving families.

Officer Brandon Stalker was killed in January, while his colleague,  Officer Anthony Dia, lost his life in July 2020. Both were in the same  police class and graduated together. "Our city lost two police officers in the line of duty within six  months," Dan Bushey, president of Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle  Club's Ohio Black Swamp Chapter, told The Epoch Times. "Our worldwide  motto for our club is 'in service to others,' so any time something  happens, we do our best to assist."

On June 27, the event  went ahead, with 205 bikes showing up in recognition of the city's  massive loss. Tickets were priced at $25 for riders and $35 for passengers, with  all proceeds going to the families of the fallen heroes... "People see people on a motorcycle and they think 'dirty biker,' or  they're mean or they're scary," he said. "Honestly, most people on a  motorcycle are decent people."

The bikers met outside American Legion Post 587 before riding to Stalker's grave at Toledo Memorial Park. The group then rode on to the Home Depot on West Alexis Road, where Dia was killed, before returning to Post 587 to hold raffles and stop in at food trucks.

Following an Arizona Senate hearing Thursday about the ongoing audit of Maricopa County's election results, a Republican state senator issued stunning tweets calling for the state's electors to be recalled and a new election held.

State Sen. Wendy Rogers, a retired Air Force pilot, posted the tweets after Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan, CyFIR founder Ben Cotton and Arizona Senate Liaison Ken Bennett testified about their current findings. "Thousands of names were added to the voting rolls after election day, but are recorded as casting a ballot in the 2020 election," Logan claimed at one point in the hearing. Meanwhile, all three slammed the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for refusing to hand over the additional information needed to complete the audit. "Auditors want passwords the county says it doesn't have, and they also want computer network equipment directly related to the election and a complete copy of the Maricopa County voter registration database," according to Phoenix station KNXV. Combined, the board's refusal to comply, Logan's alleged finding and the whole issue with mail-in ballots reportedly being sent to people who'd never requested them was "enough" for Rogers.

Gretchen Whitmer during the first six months of the coronavirus pandemic without the threat of a veto.  The opportunity came after the Michigan Board of State Canvassers unanimously certified Unlock Michigan campaign's petition Tuesday that would repeal the Emergency Powers of the Governor Act of 1945... "We're looking forward to the next and final step on this long road:  passage by the Michigan House and Senate of our initiative to repeal  this law so abused by Governor Whitmer," said Fred Wzsolek, a  spokesperson for Unlock Michigan. The petition had gathered more than the 340,047 signatures that were necessary to force action by the Michigan Legislature or a statewide vote on the law. Some Democrats expressed concern about the validity of some of the  signatures, but Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson ruled that they were  valid... Wzsolek said he expects the petition to move through the Republican-led Legislature quickly...

The Legislature is on summer break, but there is one voting session scheduled this week, during which the petition could be approved.  Keep Michigan Safe, a liberal group that disagrees with Unlock Michigan, called on lawmakers to oppose the petition. "We urge lawmakers in both parties to reject Unlock Michigan's  illegal tactics and corrupt conduct, which completely undermines the  integrity of our elections," spokesperson Mark Fisk said...  Whitmer used the Emergency Powers of Governor Act to declare and  extend a state of emergency during the earlier stages of the COVID-19  pandemic, which gave her broad executive powers. The Michigan Supreme Court  ruled Oct. 2 that Whitmer's use of the law to justify her actions was  not applicable to support the unilateral extensions of her original  emergency declarations.

The Democrats in the 1800s created the Civil War by seceding  from the Union in order to keep their institution of slavery. Newt Gingrich was on FOX News Hannity show on Tuesday and he shared about the seriousness of the corruption and communist – elitist actions of the Democrat Party.

'I'm going to shock you – I agree with the  president. This is the greatest threat to the survival of freedom since  the Civil War.' Gingrich then accused Democrats of posing a threat to the republic. 'They are determined to use the power of the federal government,' Gingrich said of the Democratic Party.

'They're determined to use the Justice Department. They're determined to side with oligarchs in censoring Americans.' A group seeking to ensure that elections are run fairly said this week that an in-depth analysis of mail-in ballot images obtained through a court order shows that the hand-count audit in Fulton County, Georgia, last year "was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud." The analysis turned up at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots, containing 4,255 votes, that were added redundantly to the audit results, according to Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA). Nearly 3,400 were for Democrat Joe Biden. The team examining the ballots also found seven audit tally sheets they believe were falsified to contain fabricated vote totals. In one example, the group said, a batch containing 59 ballot images for Biden and 42 for former President Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and zero for Trump.

The analysis revealed that 923 (60 percent) of the 1,539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes that were incorrectly reported in the county's official 2020 election result, compared to the audit totals, VoterGA said. "We believe that there is massive audit errors," Garland Favorito, founder of the group, told a press conference in Georgia on July 13. The group received the images as part of a court case after it petitioned in late 2020 to get clearance to inspect all mail-in ballots cast in the county in the 2020 election, alleging that fraud took place. The petition cited witnesses to the alleged fraud, including Favorito and other poll watchers and workers.

Asked about the new claims, a Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times via email: "This is related to a matter that is the subject of pending litigation. Therefore, we do not wish to respond." A spokesman for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, referred requests for comment to Fulton County. Favorito said elected officials have known about the discrepancies "for a long, long time," and he accused them of having "covered it up." Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), who is challenging Raffensperger in the Republican secretary of state primary, in a video called on him to resign... Raffensperger has claimed that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election, which saw Biden beat Trump in Georgia by fewer than 12,000 votes, out of over 4.9 million cast. Trump said in a statement on July 14: "The news coming out of Georgia is beyond incredible. The hand recount in Fulton County was a total fraud! They stuffed the ballot box—and got caught. We will lose our Country if this is allowed to stand." Biden, in remarks delivered on July 13, noted that election results were recounted three times in Georgia.

For a long time now, the modus operandi of the progressive left has  been, "If it's a problem, just throw money at it until it goes away." This strategy was responsible for nearly every significant government expansion of the 20th -- and 21st -- century, and despite policy failure after policy failure, the army of bureaucrats and so-called experts marches on with endless spending. The New York Post  reported on June 26 that the city is operating six "safe sleeping  villages" for the homeless. These villages provide tents, security,  three meals a day and sanitation facilities.

The Post, citing a report by the San Francisco Chronicle,  said each tent comes with a massive price tag of $60,000 -- a sum  funded almost entirely by business taxes first implemented in 2018.  Furthermore, the city wants to renew the program at a cost of $57,000  per tent. For reference, the Chronicle found that the cost of one tent is  roughly equivalent to the cost of renting two regular one-bedroom apartments in the city. If you take a deeper dive, the cost of this program is even more mind-boggling. In 2014, San Francisco voters passed a new minimum-wage ordinance  that ordered the city to raise that wage to $15 per hour in 2018, and  adjust it based on the Consumer Price Index ever year thereafter. Currently, San Francisco's minimum wage is $16.32...

Say that instead of renewing its current program, San Francisco hired  a personal attendant for each of the roughly 260 homeless people currently living in city-provided tents. For the sake of argument, assume that each attendant would earn the  city's minimum wage and work full time at 40 hours per week. What would  be the cost to the city for hiring all these attendants?

The answer is $33,945.60 — far less than what the city currently pays. Obviously, this thought experiment isn't perfect, and more goes into  any public program than what meets the eye, but it does highlight the  enormity of San Francisco's wastefulness. We are dealing with a city that fundamentally does not understand how  to deal with money or solve problems, and there is no sign that this  will change soon. Homelessness is like almost every other public policy problem, in  that simply throwing more money at it won't change anything... Unfortunately, it will take decades for San Francisco and cities that  seek to emulate it -- such as Portland, Austin, Denver and Seattle --  to come to terms with reality, and by then, the damage will have been  done.
