Funny how the press always names the same white groups that are small as being threats to this country while major cities like L.A.,Washington D.C. and others have been virtually taken over by mexican and negro gangs.You can't even go into so many of OUR cities anymore because of this alien occupancy.

That list of 14 things is really good--you can be vegetarian and be incredibly healthy.I looked at the people in countries who have lived long healthy lives and they have had things like yogurt and eggs in their diet---  we should use both, preferrably in an organic state.However--being physically active through your work or daily exercise is the most essential ingredient--you can eat as carefully and as healthily as you want but without physical activity you are wasting your time.Today, too many people live to eat---we should look at eating as something we need to do to maintain our bodies purpose which is to serve the purpose of strengthening and advancing our Race.
