Hi. Is Texas not a 'danger zone" in the US given the latrino invasion? I'm sure there are safe zones but still...not having any familiarity with the state(being currently imprisoned by being a citizen of Canada and all). I would like to relocate to the states but am unsure how to do so logistically given my legal issue
