Well as an Australian I am not allowed to just go live in the UK . I was granted a 2 year work permit, that was for under 30's . I went to France when that expired and when I came back to the UK and just wanted tourist visa I got pulled off the bus at Dover and detained for 4 hours.

I had to fight tooth and nail for them to let me have this and I got accused of "taking the mick".I was legally allowed to enter the UK as a tourist and have 6 months as a commonwealth subject under the Queen.. but they only granted me 2 months.

Now If all those Australian soldiers that died for British pursuits could see that they'd turn in their graves! They let people come and live in that nation no questions asked, that have got nothing to do with the UK.
