CHIROPRACTOR Chris Nelson lied when he claimed South Korean hackers took control of his Facebook account to target Northern Territory Senator Nova Peris.
Posts to the former Olympian-turned-politician included the words "black c**t" and the suggestion she should "go back to the bush and suck on witchity (sic) grubs and yams".
Nelson, 64, who practices on the NSW Central Coast, was arrested on May 30 at his Woy Woy clinic.
Hours before his arrest, he gave an interview to local newspaper, the Central Coast Advocate, claiming a hacker was responsible. He went so far as to call himself "the victim".
"About three weeks ago I got a notification from Facebook about someone from South Korea trying to hack my account," he said.
"I was clearly hacked. I'm the victim of a really horrible and extremely vicious hacking. I'm definitely not a racist. I've got friends who are Aboriginal and family who are Aboriginal."
But today at Woy Woy Local Court, Nelson pleaded guilty to using a carriage service to offend.
