Adelaide, South Australia:

 - Two Albanian/Croatian/Slavic Muslim brothers attacked two White Australian men.
 - One of the brothers attacked one man with a knife.
 - The knife was taken from the attacker and one brother was stabbed.
 - The man with the knife was then hit with pepper spray and seriously beaten by the other brother.
 - The Islamic brothers later claimed their attack was justified, because the intended victim was a White Supremacist who did not like Jews.

The brother with the pepper spray has been arrested. Pepper spray is classed as an illegal weapon in Australia.

This is standard practice for Muslims in Australia: They believe that all violence can be justified if only they declare that the victim is a "Nazi", a "White Supremacist" and that they were defending Jewish people.

Electronic music label and events firm Ape-X offered discount tickets for non-males, ethnic minorities, people from the LGBTQ+ community and those on 'low income' for a techno music event in Newcastle

But the so-called 'inclusivity' tickets for the May 21 event have been slammed by some social media users, who claim the tickets are 'discriminatory'.

Some social media users have even gone so far as to brand the ticket policy 'racist' and the events firm 'woke'.

Others have also asked how Ape-X plans to enforce the policy, adding: 'How do they prove you're LGBT?'.

But some have backed the ticket policy, describing it as an example of 'positive discrimination' and that it is helping to 'balance existing imbalance'.

Meanwhile, Ape-X has since changed the ticketing scheme, which now simply has a first, second, third and fourth release option - depending on when a person buys a ticket.

The row came after Ape-X released their first batch of tickets for their techno music 'party' night at the World Headquarters nightclub in Newcastle on May 21.

But the ticket policy ignited a social media storm after the club offered them at a cheaper price for those from minority groups.

Their ticketing link showed the criteria to buy 'inclusivity' entry as being 'non-male, ethnic minority, LGBTQ+ and low income'.

However the price of £6.77 was £2.26 lower than the 'early bird' option, which was also on sale.

Under such a ticketing policy, a straight white man would instead have to pay £9.03 to attend the event - headlined by Chaos in the CBD.

And this led to widespread outrage on social media about the unequal fees

Mr Meakin said the relationship fell apart because Mudge, 30, wanted six more children, and gave Mr Obi the option of leaving - claiming he was nothing more than a sperm donor and that she would find a way to have more kids regardless.

And Daily Mail Australia can now reveal that Mudge was actively actively looking for an 'African, Polynesian or First nations sperm donor' in June last year - just months after their relationship ended.

In a lengthy post, she said she wanted to have even more kids relatively quickly due to her 'expiring uterus

A member of the group told Daily Mail Australia that her post set off alarm bells with donors in the group because she seemed to want kids 'to fill in some void in her life'.

They said donors were wary of her because they didn't feel she could provide the adequate support for her children.

He was raced to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a critical condition with burns to 90 per cent of his body, but he sadly died just before 10pm on Thursday - leaving their two little girls orphaned, and her other two kids without a mum.

Mr Obi's new girlfriend, 30, managed to escape the burning home with the kids - aged five, three and two.

A Perth nightclub manager has become the first person in Australia to be convicted of the charge of 'publication of material to incite racial hatred', after he made hundreds of racist posts with a fake online profile.

A covert West Australian police operative spent months tracking Jason Murtagh's racist posts as online identity 'Woden the Bogan' in a notorious social media haven for right-wing extremists.

Murtagh was formerly bar manager at popular late-night, eclectic music club Fly By Night in Fremantle, south of Perth, which was known to host worldly performances where "everyone was welcome".

But after losing his job he posted hundreds of racist and vilifying comments and memes on "free speech" social media site Gab.com, which mimics Facebook but does not block or retract posts

The police prosecutor argued in court that Gab encouraged the "most dangerous and offensive underground cultures" in inciting extreme right-wing harassment of Asian, African American, Islamic and Indigenous people.

From April 24 to August 17, 2020, Murtagh posted racially offensive memes, including to a private community group called Politically Incorrect.

Police prosecutor Senior Constable Vanessa Day submitted more than 120 pages of "exhaustive" racist posts by Murtagh, which she later argued were "far more extreme than the comments from genuine Gab loyalists".

In more extreme posts, Woden the Bogan spoke of running over people with a truck or setting his dogs upon them, and recalled a Perth train ride in which he counted the ethnicities in the carriage in racist language.

Police were alarmed at the comments that followed, which suggested Murtagh could assemble an army of "Aussies who are staunch racists, like myself" in regional parts of WA

Murtagh is the only person to have been charged in WA with publication of material to incite racial hatred, which carries a five-year maximum jail term.

He also is the first to test Australia's powers to police racist social media posts ... Racial Vilification laws, under which Mr Murtagh was charged, in 2004.

While other states have comparable laws, WA is the only state to detail "conduct likely to incite racial animosity or racist harassment" which in this case was the publication of online material

New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania have recorded no convictions for inciting racial hatred, so far, with two cases currently before NSW courts. Queensland legislation that covers racial vilification is currently being examined by a Parliamentary inquiry.

The Australian National University College of Law senior lecturer Dr Faith Gordon said cyber-racism was incredibly difficult to prosecute but had become more prevalent with the rise of social media.

"More people are looking into its effects and how it relates to the law because right now it is challenging to advocate on behalf of victims when the perpetrators are anonymous online," she said.

"It is extremely difficult to provide victims with adequate redress after the damage is already done."

Murtagh was found guilty, with the court accepting he didn't have to be racist or intend to racially vilify to have committed a crime that was "utterly deplorable". But he did not have to serve jail time

In light of the unusualness of the case and Murtagh not being in the league of an entrenched Nazi sympathiser or white supremacist, with no prior record of such behaviour, Fremantle Magistrate Adam Hills-Wright last Monday deemed a $4000 fine appropriate

'That is significant, that is concerning and that is alarming,' San Francisco's police chief Bill Scott said at a press conference in Chinatown on Tuesday as he announced the police department would have a presence at next week's Lunar New Year celebration while advising the community to remain vigilant.

The biggest culprit is allegedly 36-year-old Derik Barreto, who was arrested last August after being accused in 31 hate crime incidents

In August, San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin announced Barreto was  facing 33 charges, including hate crime allegations, for 27 separate incidents of vandalism and burglary targeting 20 primarily Chinese-owned businesses, CBS San Francisco reported

The Democratic DA, whose progressive policies have been blamed for the overall spike in crime in the city,  said Barreto rode around San Francisco on a scooter and shattered the windows of 20 separate stores using a slingshot, pipe, or hammer during a string of racially motivated offenses between April and August 2021.

Barreto is charged with 27 felony counts of vandalism, four felony counts of second-degree burglary, one misdemeanor count of possession of burglary tools and one misdemeanor count of possession of a concealed weapon.   

He will face 31 enhanced hate-crime charges after comments Barreto allegedly made to police suggesting he intentionally targeted businesses he believed to be Chinese-owned and that he was motivated by the perceived race and nationality of the victims, the San Francisco Standard reported.

'Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a deeply concerning increase in the incidence of hate and violence against the AAPI community. We will not stand for it and we will do everything in our power to stop it,' Boudin said.

Reports of anti-Asian hate crimes in San Francisco increased more than against any other group, and even without accounting for Barreto's crime spree would have still seen a 200 percent jump last year. There were just eight reported in 2019 in the city, where nearly 35 percent of its population of 300,00 is Asian

Lê was walking through Chinatown when he sustained a 'brutal' assault by a father and son, who beat him with a baseball bat and threatened to kill him.

The 69-year-old, who is Vietnamese American, was able to escape and call 911. His attackers were arrested later that day by SFPD officers, on November 2, 2019.

The father was identified as Jimmy Tanner Sr. His teenage son had taken a baseball bat out of his mother's bag after Lê told him to be careful while he was riding his bicycle on a busy sidewalk, and had nearly crashed into him.

Tanner Sr.'s teenage son hit Lê repeatedly with the bat, before his father held up a glass bottle and threatened to kill the elderly man. According to NextShark, Tanner Sr. was detained for battery, felony elder abuse and terroristic threats.

However, the San Francisco District Attorney refused to prosecute either Tanner Sr. or his son with a hate crime, and agreed to a lenient plea deal with the father.

In order to avoid jail time, Tanner Sr. pled guilty to a misdemeanour battery charge. He received a year of probation over the incident.

Lê says the Office of District Attorney Chesa Boudin never informed him of a lenient plea deal cut with his attackers or the lack of a hate crime charge until after the fact.

He is now arguing that the office of DA Boudin has systemically refused to uphold the rights of Asian Americans victimized by racial violence.

'The San Francisco District Attorney's Office allowed the adult male attacker to plead to a misdemeanor with one year probation, restitution to the victim and (a) criminal protective order,' Mr Lê said during a news conference on Tuesday

'They did this without consulting me, without any input from me at all, and in violation of my rights as a victim.' 

During the conference, the man said the attack was 'the most brutal, terrifying and humiliating experience of my life.' 

The Stop AAPI Hate coalition out of San Francisco State University tracked more than 10,000 incidents of hate from March 2020 through September 2021.

In San Francisco and elsewhere, video clips of Asian Americans being attacked and robbed on public streets alarmed the community so much that frightened seniors stayed home.

Most recently, former San Francisco Bay Area resident Michelle Go died in New York City after a mentally disturbed man Nigger pushed her in front of a subway.

Officials there say there is no indication the man was motivated by racial bias, but Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders are still rattled.

San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott said at Tuesday's news conference they have expanded the crime tip line to include more languages and are sharing safety tips for Lunar New Year celebrations.

But he also acknowledged his department is only part of a criminal justice system that includes prosecution and judges.

Statistics do not show the whole picture because not everyone reports incidents. Also, prosecutors are unable to tack on hate crime enhancements without a clear statement of bias by the alleged attacker.

The deal, officially the 'Joint Action Plan for Cooperation in Key Areas', was signed last month between China and CELAC, an alliance of Latin American and Caribbean States that encompasses almost all the countries in the region including major players such as Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Uruguay and Chile.

The first is a commitment to exchange nuclear technology and promote 'relevant practical projects' including the training of nuclear scientists to 'bring into play advantages offered by nuclear technology and nuclear energy.'

The deal specifies that this will be 'peaceful' and elsewhere commits the parties to pursuing 'nuclear disarmament', but will almost certainly cause concern because the technology used to enrich nuclear fuel can be repurposed to make weapons-grade material for use in bombs.

Washington has also been issuing increasingly frequent warnings about Chinese firms providing assistance to the military in recent months, and is likely to fear that any civilian nuclear firms which establish themselves in South America are being used for a dual purpose.

Likewise, China's pledge to help develop space programmes for the 'peaceful exploration of space' is also likely to be a cause for concern.

In the past, Beijing has tried to pass off the launch of spy satellites as 'communication' craft, and recently pushed back on accusations that it had tested a hypersonic orbital nuke by saying it was actually a civilian spacecraft meant for the 'peaceful exploration of space

As part of the agreement, the two sides commit to cooperation in the 'construction of ground infrastructure' to support space programmes, raising the possibility that such technology could soon be launched, controlled or monitored from America's doorstep.

And that is not the only area where Chinese and South American technology is likely to combine. The deal also pledges greater cooperation on 'digital infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, [and] 5G.'

The US has been locked in a proxy-war with China for years over the roll-out of 5G technology, ever since it emerged that Beijing was pulling ahead in the race to build the world's new information networks.

However, some social media users were quick to condemn Altamimi and his definition of Israel as a racist state.

'That's wrong for many reasons, and it erases Mizrahi Jews like me,'wrote Sia Kordestani on Twitter. 'A majority of Jewish Israelis are descendants of 850,000 Jews violently expelled from Arab countries.'

For nearly 30 years our governments have been spending billions of dollars supposedly to make young Australians 'job ready' through vocational training.

Now, in the post-Covid economic recovery, we are being told there are 50,000 fruit picking jobs, 30,000 hospitality vacancies and 15,000 trades and construction jobs in NSW that can only be filled by foreign workers.

Pacific Islanders have been brought in for the farm harvest - while the other positions will be filled by going back to big immigration numbers of 200,000 per annum.

Meanwhile, some parts of western Sydney and country NSW have youth unemployment rates of 30 and 40 percent.

How hard is it to ensure Australians get first crack at the jobs?

The immigration program should be designed, first and foremost, for the benefit of people who live here now, not new arrivals



Australia has a one-off opportunity to reduce unemployment to zero and slash the cost of the dole for taxpayers.

Yet the Federal and State Governments are blowing it through their obsession with 'Big Immigration' and going soft on welfare abuse.

There are so many job vacancies at the moment, anyone who says they can't find work is not really looking for it.

The only possible barrier for some is a vaccination requirement, but in many NSW workplaces this ended today (December 15) with the abolition of vaccine passports.

Bringing workers from overseas puts pressure on housing prices and adds to urban congestion.

It floods the labour market and holds down wages.

The logical alternative is to end the dole.

Anyone bludging on welfare must be made to take a job vacancy.

Scott Morrison should announce the abolition of the dole as of March 1 2022. 

We can't have permanent youth unemployment in Australia, a generation who think that work is optional and taxpayers will carry them forever.

Ending the dole would be a culture shock to these job snobs, a wake up call about the necessity of work.

It would end the labour shortages quick smart, save the government vast amounts of money and avoid an over-reliance on overseas workers.

We are not talking about high-skill jobs that need years of training

If young people in particular got off their backsides they would find work tomorrow on farms and in cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The fruit picking jobs should have gone to Indigenous unemployed in country areas, overcoming that chronic problem, instead of importing Pacific Islanders

The soft, lazy way of dealing with the labour shortages is to turn on the immigration tap.

The realistic way is to end the dole and end Australian unemployment.

If they gave a good days pay for a good days work they'd get workers, but that whole fruit picking system is set up for cheap low-wage foreign labour. If you get paid more on the dole to play computer games, a unit to live in, and electricity and a game console is all you need to your lazy life. The dole will pay that.
