Well i do believe that a white man or woman should promote and as you would say (recruit) by al meens necesary. fliering,internet,and what ever else you think gets the job done just cause someone says-i did it in the past and it didnt work for me- doesnt mean it wont work for you maybe you will have better luck at it.
