Why were Jews not able to build a powerful civilization and technological innovations like the other religions?

As mentioned in my previous thread asking why the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans were not able to build an industrial civilization like what was built in Eurasia, why were the Jews not able to gain large numbers of followers, build an Empire, produce inventions and industrialize, and gain tremendous military power like the other religions who sent expeditionary forces across the globe and expand the territories of their religious empires? Here is a list of great religions and the powerful empires that practiced religious imperialism:

Indian Empire:

Hinduism
Jainism
Buddhism
Sikhism

Khmer Empire:

Hinduism

Chinese Empire:

Shenism
Confucianism
Taoism

Vietnamese Empire:

Shenism

Taoism

Persian Empire:

Zoroastrianism

Japanese Empire:

Shintoism

Mongol Empire:

Tengrism

Catholicism:

Orthodox Christianity:

Russian Empire

Islamic Caliphate

Buddhist Empires:

Tibetan Empire
Burma Empire
Thai Empire

Protestantism:

United Kingdom of Great Britain
United States of America
Canada

3rd German Reich:

The Reich Church of National Socialism

Note: while the great empires of Eurasia were busy building infrastructures, especially factories like animal mills, watermills, and windmills, and, according to historical records, there were already thousands of factories in Eurasia by the middle ages, there is absolutely no record of the Jews building grand monuments, grand infrastructures, industrializing, and making scientific discoveries and inventions.

From what I have read about the developments in machines and mass production, the 1st machines, invented from 500BCE-1700, the period of the 1st Industrial Revolution, were all developed only in the great empires of Eurasia such as England, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and the Viking Empire in Western Europe, the empires of Moravia, Bulgaria, Georgia and Russia in Eastern Europe and the empires of the Islamic Caliphate, India, China, Japan, Mongolia, Tibet, Khmer, Vietnam, Burma, and Thailand in Asia. What made these Eurasians so special that they developed such advanced technology and started the Industrial Revolution while the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans remained tribal and primitive?

Later Developments:

The first practical steam engine, the Atmospheric Engine invented by Thomas Newcomen in 1712, would launch the 2nd Industrial Revolution from 1700-1860 where engine powered factories emerged as well as motorized transport like steamboats, steamships, trains, and trolleys. The technological advances in this period were made mostly by the UK, the USA and France which made them the most powerful nations in the world.

From what I have read about the developments in agriculture in 10000BCE, the 1st manufacturing tools invented in 8000BCE, and the introduction of draft animals in 4000BCE, which were used to mass produce goods, with all of these technologies being invented from 10000BCE-500BCE, the period of the Agricultural Revolution, all of the developments took place only in the great empires of Europe and Asia. What made these Eurasians so special that they developed such advanced technology and started the Agricultural Revolution while the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans remained tribal and primitive?
