Perhaps the aincient Celts , Indians, Egyptians and Easter Islanders were tuned into supernatural realms? Or had assistance from Aliens?

It is not just the climate that determined the level of scientific and technological progress of Eurasia because even the Spanish, Portuguese, Arabs, Indians and Chinese who lived in long stretches of desert in many parts of their empires also had industrial level technology that was far in advance of what the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans had, which was nothing, but also the lack or forced prohibition of superstitious practices.

This had 2 effects, the 1st is that the prohibition of superstitions like witchcraft, even in pagan times, prevented the spread of irrational ideas that may brainwash people into being illogical and cult like in their way of thinking.

The 2nd effect is that the witches who were executed could not pass their inferior genes onto the next generation of people which rendered the gene pool free of gene pollution that could lead to the breeding of unintelligent people.

The beliefs of the polytheistic pagans and the monotheistic religions of Europe and Asia were not as irrational as the superstitions of the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans.

The only irrational ideas in the Eurasian religions were the belief in an afterlife, divine punishment, heaven and hell, reincarnation, miracles, prophecies determined by oracles, prophets, and holy scriptures, and the concept of an apocalypse or end of the world.

While the Jews, Africans, and Native Americans have very bizarre superstitions, like cannibalism, human sacrifice, the practice of scalping by the Native Americans, and even today extremely superstitious practices like beheading bald men and trying to extract gold from their heads along with drying live babies to death in a magic ritual, that would supposedly grant wealth, are still practiced by Africans while Jewish Rabbis still suck the penises of circumcised newborn boys.

The ancient Eurasians already had machines like the quern stone as early as 8000 BCE, which they used to grind grains and other materials, so it is very possible for them to have other sophisticated tools and machines which they used to make structures like the Stonehenge.

For example, aside from using roller logs, curved cradles, sleds, and rafts to transport the stones, they could have lifted the stones using levers to pry the stones off the ground and ropes connected to teams of draft animals to pull the stones into an upright position.

The stones on top of the posts could have been positioned into place by sliding them up ramps using the roller logs, curved cradles, or sleds which would be pulled by teams of draft animals.

Because of the absence of manufacturing tools, machines, and draft animals, the Native Americans and Easter Islanders had to build their structures entirely by hand which is not impossible but very time consuming, especially since they did not even possess metal tools.

They would have had to use hard stones like obsidian to carve the stones into specific shapes, which is harder than using dolerite or metal and will take longer.

The pyramids of the Mesoamericans had to use smaller stone blocks than the Egyptian ones because they did not possess roller logs, curved cradles, sleds, and draft animals to pull massive stones while the Easter Islanders would have had to carve stones that are already in an upright position because they did not possess the levers, ropes, and draft animals to raise up a lying stone.

Me. It's not clear who or what engineered Puma Punku . It's not "Child's play" . Their Pyramids are pretty advanced for the times they were built.
It's not clear if Egyptians had machines either (Africa).
It's not clear that the Pacific Islanders of Easter Island had machines. Nobody has found any or tools but  how else did they carve the statues.

Well like I said, they only built pyramids and stone statues while the Eurasians built more complex structures that actually had practical use such as the Stonehenge astronomical calendars, farms, ranches, agricultural terraces, aquaculture centers, cisterns, apartment blocks, animal mill, watermill, and windmill factories, blast furnaces, oil refineries, roads, highways, cantilever bridges, drawbridges, suspension bridges, causeways, mass transit in the form of chariots, rickshaws, hand carts, carts, carriages, wagons, sleds, sleighs, ferry rafts, ferry boats, and ocean going ships, telecommunications in the form of signal horns, signal trumpets, smoke signals, zoetropes, bells, and semaphore flags, computers such as the suanpan, also known as the abacus, aircraft such as the kite, sky lantern, and kite glider, artificial islands that were used as commercial and naval relay stations for ships, armor, armor piercing weapons, armored cavalry, armored siege engines such as the battering ram, mobile siege ladder, mobile moat crossing bridge, armored carriage, armored siege tower, ballista, springald, and catapult, incendiary weapons such as flaming arrows, flaming spears, flamethrowers, fire jars, fire pots, and fire stones, gunpowder weapons such as the fire gourd, fire arrow, fire spear, fire ball, guns, cannons, grenades, smoke bombs, artillery shells, mines, and rockets, armored battleships armed with catapults, and weapons of mass destruction such as fire ships, fire oxen, explosive fire oxen, fragmentary fire oxen, toxic vapor bombs, catapulted rotting biomass, and hellburners and all of this is proof of our racial superiority.

We're the Pryamids aincient power plants?

I am not sure about pyramids being power plants but the use of buoys or rafts to transport large stones on water has been tested.

The only thing that needs to be done is to push the stone into the buoy or raft by prying the stone off the ground and into rollers, sleds or a lubricant so that it will slide into the buoy or raft placed near the edge of the water.

The Egyptians put a lot of effort into Quarrying stones from Aswan and brought them to the Giza plateau on boats on the Nile. There is a good 900 km's between the two places.

Keeping on topic here the American Indians did megalithic works with precise cuts in Cusco . No water or rivers near by to achieve this task Of not only getting them on site but putting them on top of each other.
If the Indians had machines to do this , it wasn't from our world.

Personally I believe there is a lot of knowledge that was around by many cultures that has been lost.

Because the Amerindians did not have any machinery, they only built limited numbers of large stone structures such as pyramids unlike the Eurasians who built large structures for occupation by residents because they possessed the aforementioned milling machinery that allowed them to mass produce stone blocks, wooden planks, and ceramic tiles which they used to build inns and apartment blocks that completely filled their cities.

While the Jews, Africans, and Amerindians were only living in small single story structures, sometimes just huts or tents, the Eurasians already had high rise buildings for mass occupancy that filled the skylines of their megalopolises.

And the Eurasians had mass transport in the form of chariots, rickshaws, carts, and carriages which traveled through dirt roads or roads paved with wood or stone panels and oar powered ferry boats that provided intracity and intercity taxi services using a network of stone canals that run throughout their Empires.

In the case of Puma punku , there were no trees at high altitudes for them to roll the stones, no found tools.
Perfect drilled holes and precision that is just phenomenal ! Do you think it was all diorite pounding?

Then there is stuff like The Japanese Atlantis
Thought to be made in the last ice age?
Then sunken. Look at the angles in the rock, far too precise to be geological features.

No evidence of:-
Machines, electricity Or tools or metals capable of cutting this stone in the way it has.

The European has invented some awesome machines ok!
However Look at what was done in aincient times prior to any known machines that exist!

Egypt is in Africa and the craftsman ship on their stuff is amazing! It's believed the original people there were not Arabs but Greek people / European races. However race mixing destroyed the people that were once there.

The animal mills, watermills, and windmills were the power plants of the ancients.

And civilizations never collapsed, all of the countries then and its people are still here today despite having different names.

The Japanese already had their own factories called water scoop mills in ancient times and below is an image of a water scoop mill:

Seriously there's some stuff that's been built that is damn impossible a long time ago ....

They cut the stones using a technique called dolerite pounding and they moved the stones using roller logs, sleds, and curved cradles wrapped around the stone to make it roll like a wheel.

When mills were invented around 500BCE, they started building stone cutting mills to cut the stone into shape.

With the use of dolerite or mill powered grinders, no saw marks would form on the stones because these devices have no teeth.

The use of these devices allowed stone blocks to be mass produced which made it possible to construct multi-story apartment blocks all over Europe and Asia that were usually up to 5 stories high.

If you look at images of cities in Europe and Asia they are full of apartment blocks that have been there for thousands of years.
