But experts now believe that almost 50 per cent of occupations existing today will be completely redundant by 2025 as artificial intelligence continues to transform businesses.

A revolutionary shift in the way workplaces operate is expected to take place over the next 10 to 15 years, which could put some people's livelihoods at risk.

Customer work, process work and vast swatches of middle management will simply 'disappear', according to a new report by consulting firm CBRE and China-based Genesis.

'Experts predict that 50 per cent of occupations today will no longer exist by 2025 as people will take up more creative professions,' said Martin Chen, Chief Operating Officer of Genesis.

'This means that jobs will evolve and so will real estate development.'

Workspaces with rows of desks will become completely redundant, not because they are not fit for purpose, but simply because that purpose no longer exists, according to the report.

'The next fifteen years will see a revolution in how we work, and a corresponding revolution will necessarily take place on how we plan and think about workplaces,' said Peter Andrew, Director of Workplace Strategy for CBRE Asia Pacific.

A growing proportion of jobs in the future will require creativity intelligence, social skills and the ability to leverage artificial intelligence.

'And for most people that will be a route to happiness and fulfilment,' the report states.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — Police arrested 90 protesters Saturday as a traditional Dutch celebration of the arrival of Saint Nicholas was disturbed by demonstrators who say his faithful sidekick, "Black Pete," is a racist caricature, and by supporters of the popular children's figure.

In some of the worst scenes of unrest in the increasingly acrimonious debate about Black Pete, opponents scuffled with police on the historic market place of the central city of Gouda as thousands of children welcomed Saint Nicholas nearby.

Prosecution office spokesman Wouter Bos said 60 anti-Black Pete activists were arrested for demonstrating away from a location set aside for protesters and were each fined 220 euros ($275). Another 30, both supporters and opponents of Black Pete, were arrested for disturbing public order, Bos told The Associated Press.

Chaos in South Africa's National Assembly

Nov 14 2014 - Four South African MPs -- Gordon Mackey Dean Macpherson Yusuf Cassim and Terri Stander were physically assaulted by the South African police under order of the parliamentary chairwoman after she refused to let anyone speak during the 'debate' during which ANC-MPs declared president Jacob Zuma not guilty of looting State funds to build his luxurious mini-city for his wives and children in Nkhandla, KZN.

And moreover, there was immediate censorship when government officials removed the November 14 2014 video from the South African Parliament's YouTube page showing the diatribe by the chairwoman during the fillibuster campaign by the opposition parties, trying to be heard. The four MPs were Gordon Mackey, Yusuf Cassim, Dean MacPherson and Terri Stander. Ms Stander tweeted that she was assaulted and knocked over the bench of parliament during the fracas. Gordon Mackey tweeted that he had to go to hospitals for injured arm and was black and blue after the beating by the police in parliament.

SOUTH AFRICA- FAILED LAND OF ANC DIASPORA & WHITE GENOCIDE
SOUTH AFRICAN  EDUCATION -TELLING THE TRUTH

On numerous occasions, millions of people and especially black groups in South Africa, making statements about  the "poor  educational conditions" and they haven't any "equal opportunities" during the so-called "apartheid regime" (1961 to 1994). The reasons are listed:  "blacks are from the "disadvantage" groups, didn't have the same equal opportunities and they were excluded from everything during 1961-1994."

Those are the main reasons why blacks in South Africa "needed" Black Empowerment legislation to protect themselves (as well as all the millions of immigrants from Africa), against the minority of whites in South Africa.   The choice of training and job opportunities are going together.Taking into account and due to the B-BBEE legislation, there are obvious less "white" students today than the "black" students.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Nobody, especially the Government and Education Department can tell today exactly how many black students are included from African and Asian countries. Ironically, black immigrants are included into certain statistics being used in South Africa.

Another example  black immigrants are included in the statistics regarding the killings when they mentioned the "black" group in South Africa. Unfortunately, due to the open borders, there are no census statistics of immigrants from Africa, Asia, China, etc. in South Africa. There was an article about students, what number of blacks (immigrants) are from African and other countries?
