Tarrant stated in his manifesto that was a massacre was to avenge 11-year old Ebba Akerlund, who was murdered by sandniggers in a truck attack in Stockholm back in 2017.

Then again, Tarrant seems all over the place in his ideology. He claims to be an "eco-fascist" and supporter of Sir Oswald Mosley, then claimed that he viewed Communist China as an "ideal nation."

As for you, do what fits you best when learning a new language. I've taken courses and used Rosetta Stone once or twice to learn languages (though both can be expensive). Since Latin is a little more obscure to learn that a language like Spanish (thanks to the hand of the Jew), you may have to do a little searching.
