A Humorous Story About Corresponding With Prisoners

Years ago, before I was blocked from corresponding with ALL Australian prisoners, I was corresponding with a local prison here in South Australia.

I'd get phone calls to update me on what WE were doing.

What we were doing was sending copies of NER, the WMB and more chapters of books and full copies of printed LWB's into prisons.

Eventually the prison got angry. They sent my mail back with the stamp steamed off, demanding that the Post Office contact the police and report me for sending mail without a stamp.

The lady's in the Post Office got narky, changed my PO Box Key and when I went in ... I sorted them out.

Years later, they actually like me. It's only taken twenty odd years with the same address. And now the place is being bulldozed so I had to change my PO Box.

So I'm now banned from writing to all prisoners in Australia. However, I managed to fill several prisons with the LWB and chapters of Creativity's Holy Books. I was even told at the time that whatever prison I went to in Australia - should I be unlawfully arrested - I would be welcome and protected. The message came from both America and Australia. (PM Joe has the reach alone, but I have made many friends on my own.) As much as I thank everybody for their kind words, I'd prefer to stay out of prison, thank you.

That was about 14 years ago now.
