Yes; which I think healthy living is good advice for anyone. We need to be in good physical health physically and mentally. What we eat for food affects us all in more ways than just nutrition. Keep our body and mind clean and pure and ready for RaHoWa is what I'd say.

As nutrition is concerned im not completely vegan but i think its right.
I dont smoke, I dont drink beer anymore, I dont go out partying, only sometimes the museum and nature regularly which is free. I eat meat but with a lot of raw vegetables. Mostly vegetables that grow on the soil of Europe.
We Creators are not consumers,  we value every coin we earn. Im worker and work a lot, so I dont have time to spend, and everything in Serbia has become more expensive anyway.
It is better to eat less but eat healthy and not worry about the amount.
Physical activity is the most important.

I've been looking into paleo diet and switching over to that instead, which from my understanding is more-so cutting out wheat and dairy and eating lots of fruit, nuts, and grass-fed meats. Essentially, eating like a caveman. I've never really thought about what I ate too much until finding Creativity, and I've been looking into different diets since.

I eat lots of fruit and veggies from local farmer's market. I liked to eat lots of meat in the past too, and I would always try my best to avoid factory farmed meats. I have always avoided animal tested products, I think that we have prisons full of sex offenders and nigger murderers that would make much better candidates than beagles, rabbits and cats. The vegan diet I have only really been experimenting with since reading Salubrious Living. And like that Rev. Cambeul was saying that the book is most useful to pick up good tips for eating healthy and honestly I don't think anybody would debate that eating more fruits and veggies everyday is really going to hurt your health as much as eating Burger King everyday.

I've been following a straight edge lifestyle the past few years but I used to be a drinker and a smoker when I was younger. I eventually learned that it wasn't as cool as I thought it was and ultimately wasn't making my life any better. Some days I miss a good ol' pint of the black stuff (Guinness Draft was my favorite beer) with my friends but at the end of the day it is best that it is avoided.

Exercise is the best thing, diet is also important but physical activity is most definitely the most important. One of my favorite things to do on my days off is hiking through different parts of the Great White North. And, as always lifting weights and training for the RaHoWa is never, ever a bad idea. You won't regret being prepared for when shit hits fan.

How much in Euro equivalent would the average Serb earn a month? How much goes on Rent ? How much gets saved? In places like Greece or Slovakia most people seem to be lucky to get €2K / month and bugger all gets saved.
Right now €2k = $3,290 AUD . Most workers here get at least $1k AUD / week.

The minimum monthly salary in Serbia is around 350e. The average salary is around 700e.
The rent starts of 200e. It hard save money in Serbia.
I'm a construction worker and I can earn more, but that's why we work over 200 hours a month...
It depends on what you work. There are good paying jobs here.
However, there are a lot of foreigners here who work for foreign companies or online.
With their income, they can live comfortably and save money.

€700 = $1,154 AUD / month. Those on welfare money get about that here. I earn that figure in a week after tax.

Maaan! I couldn't work so hard for such money , we have a lot of people from former Yugoslavia here and I can see why.
I know it is what it is ....but honestly we should kick the Gooks and Curries out and let you guys in for the jobs instead! You deserve better than that.Maybe get a better pool of women here too, what do they think we all want to settle down with mud race families?
