Seems like alot of people in Darwin have been there to visit, but you won't catch me going there.. there may be alot of things to learn from, but too bloody dangerous and there'd be other places I would visit before that place.

As an Army Brat and a soldier myself, I knew two decades of life in New Guinea - second hand of course, but backed up time and again by soldiers and families that had been posted there.

I have been told Bali is just another colony of Australia anyway now. All the food is western style food and there isn't really any culture to behold. Alot of people have been killed drinking dodgy drinks the bars have been concocting with "Methanol" in it. Can't be too careful.
