Members of a notorious youth  Out of control Boong gang that roams the streets of Darwin have posed with a shotgun that disappeared from a man's house just days earlier.

The gun owner said his Miroku MK70 shotgun was stolen from his Bellamack house in Palmerston, on Darwin's southern outskirts, on November 22

The man shared the theft of his distinctine camouflage-painted weapon with local community groups in the hope the thieves would return it

But instead of returning the weapon, a group of youths - understood to refer to themselves as the 'Palmo Boyz' - snapped a picture with what appeared to be the shotgun and posted it to social media.

Two youths are seen posing with a gun in a picture from November 25, while another image showed three boys each displaying a weapon, while covering their faces.

The gun owner told Facebook page The Mango Inquirer that he was asleep when the gun was taken from his home.

'They broke into my locked car on driveway, while we were asleep,' he said.

'[They] Got into the house with a garage remote then unlocked and ransacked my partner's car.

'Nothing was taken except for the shotgun and some rounds for a rifle stored securely in a safe

The gun owner believes the dogs 'scared off' the thieves and they did not notice the robbery until they went to work at 6.30am.

Youth gangs have plagued Darwin and especially Palmerston in recent years with law-abiding residents steadily running out of patience.

Community Facebook pages document frequent acts of burglary and vandalism and share videos of unruly teens roaming the streets.

There are allegations of youths  Coonsgoing on joy rides and showing off alcohol and wads of cash on social media

Oh well! The courts will do bugger all to these little Abo "darlings"! Too many in Gaol already, they can't breed and it's genocide. So roll out the "red carpet" for a "not so friendly neighbourhood spider coon"!

Pauline Hanson claims welfare recipients don't have the rights to determine what they spend their money on, and instead have a 'responsibility to taxpayers' not to waste it.

The One Nation leader made the comments during a debate in the Senate on the Federal Government's cashless welfare card bill.

The cashless debit card is being trialled across regional Australia including Ceduna in South Australia, Goldfields in Western Australia, and Hervey Bay in Queensland, until December 31.

Under the scheme, about 80 per cent of a recipient's payments are deposited onto a debit card which can only be used to pay for necessities like groceries and rent, and cannot be used to buy alcohol, drugs, or gambling

Senators were debating whether to make the controversial program permanent after the trial deadline.

Senator Hanson told parliament the debate is 'not about talking about a person's rights', because welfare recipients 'have lost them'.

'What the government's cash card is about ensuring this money is spent on food, clothing, essentials that they need; that their rent is paid,' she said.

'When you go on this card you basically lose your rights. When you go on the welfare system you've lost your rights.'

She said a reliance on government welfare was a growing problem

'That's a big problem. We have got third and fourth generation that have got welfare because it becomes a way of life,' she said.

Pauline Hanson's One Nation party supports continuing the debit card scheme across Australia.

Cross-bench senator Rex Patrick was thought to have the crucial vote on the matter in parliament.

The system sent our jobs to Asia or they got outsourced here. Fair enough you can survive on a "basics card" but you watch crime escalate!

Disturbing footage shows a police officer twisting a teenage Aboriginal boy's arm before slamming his body against a table and threatening to 'belt' three others

A group of five Indigenous teenage boys in the Northern Territory were arrested in March 2018 for allegedly stealing a car and leading police on a chase

CCTV obtained by ABC reveals a tense situation as police officers verbally abused the young boys, who are aged between 12 and 16

The boys were scattered around the charging room when ordered to remove their shoes and clothing following their arrest.

One boy was at the charging counter when he mumbled under his breath: 'I'd smack you in the head everyday'.

The police officer on the boy's right side then immediately grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back asking, 'did you threaten me?'.

'Every day? Every day? Today's your day you little c***. Don't f***ing put off to tomorrow what you can do today,' the officer continues

'You can't f***ing do it, can you, because you're a little c***. That's all you are.'

The boy was thrown back on to the bench next to his friends telling him that he'd be 'knocked the f*** out' if he threatens a police officer.

The officer then turns to the other boys warning them that if they want to be 'f***ing smart' then to be careful.

'I'm right in the mood to lose my job tonight and I don't mind losing it over belting the f*** out of one of you little c***s,' he said.

Moments later, another boy is ordered to place his shorts into a box and as he does, an officer grabs him from behind the neck and knocks his head onto the table.

'Did you not f***ing listen to what I said you little f***ing piece of sh*t,' the officer questions. 

The boys are left seated for a while before they're taken away

NT Police said they were legally unable to mention what action was taken toward the two officers but the state's ombudsman confirmed the pair were subject to disciplinary proceedings.

Lawyer David Woodroffe from North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency said the police should publicly condemn the behaviour.

'It sends a very concerning message — that this is practice in the Northern Territory by serving police officers,' he told ABC

Mr Woodroffe stressed that the outcome of the punishment should be made public to ensure the Aboriginal community that their actions are justified and won't be repeated.

NT Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker on Monday said the disturbing footage was a moment of error for the officers

A Brisbane teenager, accused of at least two murders, is at the heart of a debate about how youth crime is dealt with in Australia.

Should a child under 18 be named when accused of heinous crimes?

At what age should a child even be held accountable for a crime they might commit

The deaths of a couple and their unborn baby, while out on an afternoon Australia Day stroll, has brought the issue into focus in a timely way.

Katherine Leadbetter, 31 and Matthew Field, 37, were killed as they crossed a suburban Brisbane intersection, while taking their dogs for a walk.

The accused is a 17-year-old, now facing two counts of murder after allegedly running a red light in a stolen four-wheel drive and killing the couple

The case comes as international calls become louder for Australia to raise the minimum age of criminal responsibility.
The Law Council has long argued that it be lifted from 10 to 14 – a move that would match international expectations.

Figures show about 600 children under the age of 14 are in Australian prisons each year. More than half of those are locked up, pending trial

Aboriginal children, as the Law Council points out, are over-represented – 835 per 100,0000 Aboriginal children aged 10 to 14  compared to 28 per 100,000 non-Aboriginal children were in youth justice supervision on an average day

"It is unconscionable that in 2021 Australia, where a child under 13 years cannot sign up for a Facebook account; cannot board a plane unsupervised if under 12, but children as young as 10 can be found to be criminally responsible, charged with a crime and kept in detention,'' Law Council president Dr Jacoba Brasch, QC, said last week

Dr Brasch rightly points out evidence that suggests a low minimal age of criminal responsibility of 10 years old does not work.

"It does not make our communities safer, because it fails to prevent reoffending or to rehabilitate children,'' she said.

Many agree with he

But what's missing from this debate is community expectations and any consideration of how the laws might be applied in a world so different from when they were made.

Dropping the age of criminal responsibility is a hard argument to win when headlines routinely show the impact of juvenile crime on our community – and when those under 18 are also able to be 'adult' in so many other areas of their lives.

At 12, a child can stay at home alone.

At 13, they can have have a social media account and unsupervised contact with the rest of the world.

At 14, we trust them to have part-time jobs, and deal with tricky consumers.

They can leave school at 15.

At 16, they can give consent to sexual activity,  drive while supervised, and access some Centrelink payments.

At 17, children can drive a car alone and join the army.

So is it reasonable to say a 17-year-old accused of murder should appear in a Children's Court, and have his name protected?

In Queensland, the answer today is a resound 'no'.

This is an issue that shouldn't be just about age – and the answer is surely in implementing a more malleable application of the laws.

We need to acknowledge the overrepresentation of Aboriginal children in jail and the plight of children who are homeless and embarking on crime as a means of survival.

We need to understand that some 12-year-olds are more like 18-year-olds, and some 17-year-olds are still so young.

Is it beyond our legal system to do that; to apply the innovation that has disrupted so many other areas of our lives to the legal system, to mould a better outcome?

But any change has to carry the community with it.

"Here's two people going about their business innocently on Australia Day, walking their dogs,'' Queensland Police Assistant Commissioner Brian Codd said this week.

"To have them ripped away from their family is a tragedy

Give only baby bonus to White parents. Use Boong Royalties to pay victims of crime compensation for the crimes. Stop giving Boongs a free ticket from the UN just because they are under evolved and STILL can't "come down from the trees" after 230 years or so of us being here and teaching them!

Quit this "Boong free for all" in their ghetto communities  that is just a money spinner for a welfare economy that shouldn't exist!

If they are crying out for farm workers make them do the jobs!
Better yet banish them to our Antarctic colony and employ them to generate green energy on treadmills and excercise bikes that powers batteries for seniors struggling with power bills!

Semaphore Beach - South Australia: White Man Bashed Near Jetty

A man on his morning walk along the beach was bashed at Largs Bay jetty on Tuesday.

The man walked under the Semaphore jetty at about 5.30am when two men Abos standing above started yelling abuse at him.

The suspects then followed the man along the beach and assaulted him about 300m from the Largs jetty, leaving him with facial injuries. He took himself to hospital for treatment. The first man is described as Aboriginal or Pacific Islander in appearance, aged in his late teens to early 20s, about 175cm tall and stocky.

The second suspect is described as of Aboriginal appearance, aged about 16, 170cm tall and skinny with short dark hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers keep it to themselves, because the police and courts don't give a damn.
