AFP officers swooped on Joel Davis in the trendy beachside suburb of Bondi in Sydney on Thursday afternoon and he remains in custody.

'The AFP has undertaken an operational activity in Bondi today. There is no ongoing risk to the community,' the AFP said in a statement.

He is expected to be charged with using a carriage service to harass or menace, The Sydney Morning Herald reported.

It's understood the alleged victim was a political figure.

The National Socialist Network and White Australia activist, 30, was taken into custody by the Australian Federal Police in Sydney on Thursday afternoon, his electronic devices were seized, and he was and charged with "using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence".

Mr Davis was refused bail and will face the NSW Bail Division Local Court on Friday.

The AFP said in a statement that a National Security Investigations (NSI) team "began an investigation after identifying an alleged menacing message" that "allegedly encouraged abusive and hateful messages to be directed towards a federal parliamentarian".

AFP admitted late last month that it was using its new NSI teams against the NSN even though they were a non-criminal and non-violent group.

Last month Mr Davis was charged with "offensive behaviour" over a peaceful counter-protest at a far-left rally in Melbourne, in January he was arrested in Adelaide and is still fighting a "Nazi symbol" charge over a belt buckle with an eagle on it, and in December his home was raided over a protest where the NSN displayed a banner saying "Jews hate freedom".

Liberal MP (((Julian Leeser))) has demanded the federal government to review electoral laws in order to stop White Australia from forming a political party.

Mr Leeser, who is Jewish, told The Australian federal election laws should be urgently reviewed.

"How many more members will the NSN recruit, before the government actually acts?" he said.

"These matters should be �urgently referred to the joint standing committee on electoral matters to examine whether our laws need tightening around neo-Nazi participation in federal elections."

But Liberal National Party MP and former Speaker of the House Andrew Wallace said it would not be possible to prevent the party from registering, and trying to do so would only draw more attention to the White Australia movement.

"Experience tells us that the High Court would slap [down] any �attempt to ban. Just look at Menzies and what he tried to do with the Communist Party," he said.

The Australian Electoral Commission said last week it was unable to block a party from registering based on ideology, and that the privacy of party members was protected by law.

A spokesperson said it could only reject names that were "obscene, frivolous or vexatious", could be mistaken for another party, or were more than six words long, and said the AEC had "no scope under the Commonwealth Electoral Act to consider the following issues: party ideology and related insignia, concerns raised by law enforcement or individuals with criminal convictions".

Mr Leeser's comments came after Immigration Minister Tony Burke cancelled the visa of a South African NSN member Matthew Gruter for taking part in the protest, and ordering him to be handcuffed during a 4am raid by armed Border Force officers and taken to Villawood Detention Centre.

Opposition home affairs spokesman Jonno Dunian said the Coalition would support new laws allowing the government to deport right-wing activists who are not Australian citizens.

"If the Home Affairs Minister has laws that will expel these people more effectively, then that is a good thing. Bring them to the parliament, just like the NSW parliament is doing, and we will pass them," he said.

I got your email. Regarding printing books yourself, you're welcome to print all you want and can. I recommend you print from the scanned versions for most books; and for Salubrious Living and the Little White Book, I recommend the typed versions. They are best printed in pamphlet format. For the larger books they are best printed one chapter at a time - or combine two ore more chapters if they aren't too large. Eventually, you'll have every book in an easy to find and read format that you can also distribute - and if good enough, sell - however you like.

Also, you can print out copies of Racial Loyalty Newspaper by Ben Klassen onto either A3 wide sheets (as originally printed) or reduce it to A4 with ease. I prefer the A4 versions.

Once again, welcome to Creator Forum - Racial Loyalty News Online. I hope you'll soon be officially joining the church.
