I'm going on a juicediet of dandelion juice (of the whole plant, more than 4 kg a day, 500 cals and 30g protein a kilo). It doesn't cost anything, you only need to pay for the juicer. After you've lost all your weight you want, you can if you so desire start consuming fruits and nuts, like for instance drinking datemilk with nuts. For me I now consume more calories than I need and have done so for a while and can't seem to loose me extra weight, because I don't get all the nutrition I need it feels like from fruits, nuts, cooked starches, meat products etc. I overeat on calories from these foods, so I think I need to mostly consume green juice and water. The best thing to do in my case, yours case Mr. Cambeul, or if any Creator out there reading wants to loose their excess body fat and be more muscular in your case as well, is to go on a green juice-fast (on dandelions and/or nettles) for a period of time. /Erik
