An Aboriginal activist with a history of attacking police officers and calling them 'white dogs' has been arrested for assault once again.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7163037/Aboriginal-activist-Leilani-Clarke-arrested-assault-again.html

Leilani Clarke, 21, was arrested in Chippendale, in Sydney's inner-suburbs, early Saturday morning after she allegedly damaged the side panel of a taxi driver's vehicle.

When police arrived at the scene, Clarke allegedly attacked the female arresting officer, news.com.au reported.

The young activist from Bankstown appeared at Parramatta Bail Court where she was later released on bail

Clarke is expected to appear in court again next month for a separate charge on allegedly attacking a female paramedic.

The latest offence allegedly occurred between 3am and 4.10am at Annandale in Sydney's inner-west on February 13.

She has pleaded not guilty.

The court heard there would be five witnesses for the prosecution and one for the defence in what was expected to be a three-hour hearing.

Last year, she pleaded guilty to spitting on police officers three times in less than 12 months.

She walked free from Sydney's Downing Centre Local Court in November without a conviction for assaulting police.

Clarke is a member of the Butchulla indigenous community on Queensland's Fraser Coast and has previously aspired to organising a festival of her culture.

Clarke claims to suffer from self-diagnosed 'transgenerational trauma' passed down through the indigenous part of her DNA.

Police encountered Clarke when they attended reports of a domestic disturbance at Forest Lodge in the city's inner-west about 1.40am on June 28

They found Clarke outside a terrace on the footpath in an agitated state and noted she had enlarged pupils.

'Police were at the time of a firm belief that the accused was affected by an illicit substance which may have sent her into a drug-induced mental health episode,' the statement of facts aid.

An ambulance arrived and when officers told Clarke she would be taken to hospital involuntarily under the Mental Health Act she became more aggressive.

'The accused attempted to walk away from police and ambulance officers and started screaming, requesting to speak to an Aboriginal Liaison Officer,' the statement of facts said.

As she was being secured to a stretcher Clarke spat on the shoulder of a policeman.

Two days earlier Clarke had kneed another officer in the testicles and spat at police when she was caught stealing a $7 chicken curry from a 7-Eleven store at Marrickville

Police at that scene described Clarke's behaviour as highly erratic and unpredictable. She called them 'white dogs'.

In April last year Clarke pleaded guilty in Queensland's Hervey Bay Magistrates Court to assaulting and obstructing police, drug possession and being a public nuisance.

In March she assaulted a paramedic and screamed 'F*** you, white dogs' after being found asleep outside a shop in Annandale about 4am.

While being restrained in an ambulance she spat on a police officer's forearm.

And in January last year Clarke attacked police and security guards in a Hervey Bay nightclub while dunk, later telling a female officer 'F*** off you s**t'.

Clarke told the court in November she had recently completed a hospitality course, having deferred her university studies.

'That all seems amazing but you've got to stay on top of your mental health,' magistrate Erin Kennedy said

This old chestnut! The “Wonderful person” (So the Judge said) the “ poster child for indigenous youth activism”!

Time to toss those false labels out and throw her in Gaol ! She is a serial crook! How much of her blood is Abo anyway?

Self diagnosed Transgeneration trauma from being a boong? So that gives her a license to :- Do drugs, Vandalise, steal, behave anti-socially, hurt emergency workers? She’d be a perfect match for that other Youth-Crook, Boong Dylan Voller!

I live in Rural  Australia, a place where Abos  are numerous and make the economy turn either in a tourist drawing way or to assist businesses who dip into the welfare needs of these people, so as a “protected species” they are able to get away with more than others can.

This is no thanks to the UN. Making them eligible for additional rights and benefits. This includes concessions on sentencing if a crime is committed as the national statistics are 2% of Australian population is native but 27% of Gaol inmates are Abos.

Yesterday a young Abo thought he’d try screw me over.

I parked my bike at the shops and chained up my skateboard the the rear rack. I was in the food court 10 mins grabbing lunch to  see a young  Boong try pinch my skateboard off it, after seeing it was locked , he pinched my water bottle on my bike and tipped it on my board.

He was startled and I screamed at him. He tripped over his own toothpick legs. I grab him and tell him to show better respect for property. This didn’t help as other boongs egged him on in their language for more trouble.

He tried taking a swing at me and missed and threw rubbish at me. Being on camera I knew hitting a child with excessive force would incur a large penalty but I was tempted!

I am tired of having stuff pinched off my bike by then and I’ve lost so far from 8 years here:3x car windows, 1x bike ,4x bike headlights. An african tried pinching tools off me too!

I have seen  some brutal fights and destruction by these Boongs and the hippy whites here don’t want to fix it! Too lucrative to their economy! It has driven a lot of people away already!

You can bet even if the police got the film and identified him, being a black child they wouldn’t touch him!

Filmmaker Dylan River draws on his own {BLAMING WHITEY} experiences growing up in Alice Springs for the new children’s web series, ‘Robbie Hood’.

Travis Johnson | SBS (Australia) | 24 June 2019

https://www.sbs.com.au/guide/article/2019/06/24/dylan-river-travelling-home-robbie-hood

Director Dylan River is the scion of a bona fide Australian filmmaking dynasty. His grandmother, Freda Glynn, co-founded the Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association, the country’s largest Indigenous broadcaster. His father is acclaimed director Warwick Thornton, who gave us the revered Sweet Country last year. It was perhaps inevitable that River himself would be drawn to film, first as cinematographer – he shot Sweet Country – but also as a director in his own right, with a handful of shorts and three respected documentaries – Buckskin, Finding Maawirrangga and Finke: There and Back – to his name so far.

His latest effort, however, is a change of pace. The six-part children’s web series Robbie Hood follows the exploits of the titular youth (Pedrea Jackson) and his best friends, Georgia Blue (Jordan Johnson) and Little Johnny (Levi Thomas), as they grow up, Indigenous and poor, in Alice Springs.

“Robbie Hood’s really inspired by my growing up in Alice Springs,” River explains. “And the kind of world I’ve seen first-hand, or things I’ve experienced or that I’ve heard that other people have experienced. It’s kind of a gift to the town, to the youth of Alice Springs and to the people here – to try and give them a bit of understanding, and to have fun with it.”

And it is a fun show – but it’s also a bit of an eye-opener for those raised on more traditional Australian children’s fare like Ship to Shore or ‘Round the Twist. Robbie and his mates swear. Sometimes they steal. They run afoul of the local cops and the local methamphetamine dealer. Robbie’s dad is a drunk who regularly hits him up for money. This is a grittier and more truthful take on the joys of youth.

River admits that he actually didn’t want to make a children’s program, and so the rougher tone of the series stems from his attempt to find a kind of middle ground between the expectations of the form and his own experiences. “I think kids are way more mature than they used to be, or at least people weren’t really targeting what they want, compared to what they thought they wanted.

Speaking as an Indigenous creator, River firmly places Robbie Hood in its context as part of a growing wave of Indigenous screen narratives, although he is careful to acknowledge the debt he owes to those Aboriginal filmmakers who have come before him – including his own family.

“I’ve been very fortunate to come into it at this stage when all the hard yards have already been done,” he says. “There have been a lot of filmmakers before me, from my grandmother to Rachel Perkins (Bran Nue Day, Jasper Jones), who’s given me a lot of opportunities, to my dad and my mum, and people in this industry who are fighting for Aboriginal voices. They’ve done the hard yards and made it possible to get funding and for people to be interested. It’s up to me and this other wave of filmmakers to keep that and keep fighting for it. There’s definitely a huge interest in Indigenous stories globally, and I think that still has room to grow in Australia. We still have a long way to go for the country to be as proud of our Indigenous heritage, but filmmaking is one way to do that.

This is the astonishing moment road patrol police pulled over a utility vehicle to find more than 33 passengers crammed into the tray

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7183113/Cops-shocked-THIRTY-passengers-crammed-ute.html

Body cam footage showed a police officer getting out of a car near Palumpa, 360km south-west of Darwin, to the sight of dozens of people standing the back of the vehicle.

The officer spoke with the 33 people - which included children - and performed a headcount

The 35-year-old driver told police they were driving to Palumpa from a neighbouring community.

Constable Tyrone Smithers told 9 News: 'We had another car pulled over at the time and saw this car coming towards us but it wasn't until it came up a bit closer that we saw the large amount of people in the back
I've seen instances before with maybe five people in the back of a ute but nothing this bad.'

The driver copped a $3,300 fine.

Senior Sergeant Angela Stringer said if something had gone wrong, those in the back of the ute could have been seriously injured or killed.

Palumpa is a dirty boong community near one of the worst post codes in Australia.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7191557/Footage-shows-female-teacher-Thuringowa-State-High-School-protecting-student-fist-fight.html

A female teacher has been hailed a hero after stepping in a ferocious fight between students

Footage shows two teenage boys confronting one another before they start throwing wild punches.

As the fight erupts, the 37-year-old teacher from Thuringowa State High School in north Queensland, runs to stop the incident from escalating.

The students then rush to the other side of the playground as kicking, yelling and screaming continues.

A few students could be seen trying to stop the sickening attack as well while others joined in.

The teacher could be heard yelling at the boys 'no' and to 'stop' hitting the victim

The victim is then pushed to the ground and the teacher acts as a shield from the other students, who continue hitting both the teacher and student.

The teacher raises her voice telling the boys to get away as she's still cowering over the student protecting him.

A 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital after suffering minor injuries.

The teacher made a complaint to police after also being injured during the vicious fight

Police are currently investigating the incident after having obtained the footage.

'It's still under investigation but we have obtained footage and it is definitely a schoolyard fight,' Kirwan Police Station acting officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Devon Cupitt told Townsville Bulletin.

'This behaviour shouldn't be tolerated anywhere in the community let alone within our schools which are meant to be safe environments for students and teachers to be.'

The original has video footage. There are a lot of skinny black legs featured doing the kicking of a white teacher!
Absolutely no regard for her authority or safety at work!
Look how they blanked out the aggressor’s faces! We know who did it and their legs weren’t white!

Being Far North Queensland then you can expect it’s either Boongs or co-conuts!
If the police don’t want this behaviour tolerated....Then why do the Judges and the UN make concessions for a boong protected species ? Give concessions on their sentences?! Don’t deserve it!

So what if they are 2% of total population but represent 27% of Gaol inmates nationally! I’d be glad if they incarcerated the total 2% if they all deserved to be there!
