According to the definition of Indigenous, Italians that live in Rome and have a more than two thousand and bit year personal heritage connected to Rome are indeed Indigenous to Rome, or Aboriginal Romans or Roman Aborigines.

The same can be said of people with Welsh history living in Wales as Indigenous Welsh; people living in England as Indigenous English, Indigenous Germans in Germany, Indigenous French in France and so on .... It's far simpler to just say Indigenous European or even White Aborigines who are Indigenous to Europe.

BUT that's not how the United Nations sees it. According to the UN, no White person is Indigenous to anywhere. Otherwise, the UN's attempt to flood Europe with the inhabitants of the Third World and demand that Europe's culture change to accept Third World culture as its own, all the while demanding that Indigenous Europeans intermarry with said Third World inhabitants and adopt their culture whilst abandoning their own is WHITE GENOCIDE.

Article 8 of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples states:

1. Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or destruction of their culture.

and
2. States shall provide effective mechanisms for prevention of, and redress for:
(a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;
(b) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources;
(c) Any form of forced population transfer which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights;
(d) Any form of forced assimilation or integration;
(e) Any form of propaganda designed to promote or incite racial or ethnic discrimination directed against them.

No Rights for Whites

There are no laws anywhere in the world to respect Whitey or White culture. Yet, there are laws upon laws - local, state, provincial, Commonwealth and Federal laws to protect so-called Indigenous people and people of colour from evil Whitey.
