Extract: AN INDIGENOUS man has come up with the perfect response to racism.

Perth man Jarred Wall was having lunch with a friend in Fremantle when he heard two elderly ladies talking about Aboriginal people.

"The conversation was less than distasteful with words like assimilation being thrown around willy nilly," he wrote in a Facebook post. "I could have unleashed a tirade of abuse but that wouldn't have helped."

Instead, he decided to buy them a pot of tea — leaving a handwritten note on the receipt that said: "Enjoy the tea! Compliments of the 2 Aboriginals sitting next to you on table 26."

"Maybe these ladies will be a little wiser and think before they speak," he wrote in the post, adding the hashtags #blacklivesmatter and #englishbreakfasttea.

Let's reverse the races and you tell me if a gentle rebuke and payment for an English Breakfast Tea would suffice:

Overheard in a pub screamed directly into an old age pensioner's ear:

A FATHER of three says he is gobsmacked and in shock after being denied entry into a popular Semaphore hotel because of his skin colour.

Peter Miller Koncz said he and his wife Kahlia were refused entry at the Palais Hotel on Saturday night because they are indigenous.

"When we were refused, I asked what was wrong and he (the security guard) said, 'Nah, not tonight brother ... the manager told me not to let Aboriginals in tonight'," Mr Miller Koncz said.

"The security guard said there was a big fight of a group of Aboriginals there last week.

"There was a few non-indigenous people out the front of the pub who heard what was happening and they actually apologised to us."

Palais owner Steve Karpluk denied there was any directive from management to deny people entry based on their race.

"We are looking into these allegations and we can assure you we take them very seriously," Mr Karpluk said in a statement.

"We would like to state that as a business and family-owned hotel we categorically deny any allegations of racism and there has never been or will there be a directive from management to refuse any patron entry due to race."

The above story is suspiciously similar to another that has been going on for a few years now and gained the black complainants more than ten grand each.

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal heard that the security guard was acting on instructions from night manager Joshua Tout, who had enforced what he called a "NCP policy'' or "no coon policy'', after a brawl involving drunken Aborigines the day before.

The tribunal was told there had been a build-up of tension at the pub that culminated in a brawl involving drunken Aboriginal men who smashed a window and glass doors after being thrown out on May 14.

Note: If the complaint at Semaphore turns out to be bogus, the MSM will not publish anything about it.

Question: How many times have you been banned from venues? Hair too short? Hair too long? Banned for looking like a "bikie?" ... Looking like a "White Supremacist?" Tattoos? Age? No Whites allowed because it's a "black pub?" How about the plain old arbitrary banning that bouncers the world over engage in, where they bitch about your shoes or other clothing items but let others in wearing identical clothing?

That's how the entertainment industry has always been. That's life, so get used to it ... unless you are a minority, and then refusal for anything at all becomes an opportunity to cash in.

A WOMAN accused of a racist tirade at a group of Asian adults and young children on Adelaide's public transport will likely admit the charges, a court has heard.

Stacey Marie Thomason, 31, appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday, charged with offensive language in November last year.

In a case that provoked universal condemnation, including from the state's political leaders, prosecutors

allege the crime occurred on a public bus, in which she was a passenger, at Fullarton, in the inner southeast.

Court records state the offence occurred in a public place, namely an Adelaide Metro bus.

While details of what triggered the two-minute abusive tirade were not aired in court, video of the incident was broadcast and widely shared shortly after the November 19 incident.

"Excuse me, you talk about disrespectful, excuse me, they're not f***ing people, they're not f***ing Australian, and she didn't pay for her f***ing ticket," she was recorded shouting.

"Literally, they're f***ing invading our country, can't you see it — f***ing Chinese people (are) f***ing everywhere.

"Wake up man, close your f***ing eyes eh. F***ing we're getting f***ing invaded by these f***ing c****."

Witnesses told her she was "a disgrace" and said "that's enough". She was later reported by the police Public Transport Safety Branch.

Thomason, of Wallaroo, on the York Peninsula, has yet to formally plead to the charge, but she told the court on Wednesday that she wished to formally plead guilty.
