He must be investor,rich person who have lot of children who are not spoiled,who work in his companies some as workers,some as in better position according to success. He must understand not just free market economy but also natural laws. For example,if you have less children as capitalist and alow expect more cheap workers,it will be revolution as in Romanov Russia,French revolution,San Domingo,Rodhesia etc. and children of rich will be smashed. 
He must convince other white persons who are by better stock that is Creativity answer. For do this,he must be economic letarget what mean lower allocations to state. Romanchatolic state of monarchy had 10% for Curch,10% as capitalist,20% as worker. Eugenic must go not with interference of state,she msut be in mind of every white people who will not more be poor.
Klassen took in consideration modern science that the is hard told who is White so he easly define White race as natures finest what mean every whites who do do not live as parasites,who and develop and remove all poor persons who do not want this. Three basic persons who do not have negative repuation are Darwin,Galton,Smith,Tesla so with speak on liberals we msut use them and compare with Klassen teachings. Whereas liberals want every humans in free market society without natural law in their minds,Creativity want just best Whites who can kept society,it is not religion for lower White persons who will become soon or latter communists and race-mixing people. So,work on yourself for whither and brighter world. It is not important quantity than quality so I belive when Klassen write something as "put 10 milions of or Bibles into White man hand and battle is obtained" he probably think,put just his books in small group of quality persons and they can lead 500 milion white persons in his time. When he write "it is error to speak about Creativity through unintelligent persons" he wanted that Creativity must represent only good white person with strong character and we saw that existed Creators who were violent and implemented Creativity on stupid way while it is not done nothing. White race is still on point of extermination. I tihnk that we can jsut speak with liberals without Klassen with just put white persons who had influence. For socialist,speak jsut about white racial socialism what mean eugenic and organizing society,we do not want global socialism,for kosher-conservative good authors are Ragnar Redbread and Lothrop Stoddard in their books "Might is Right","Revolt agianst civilization" and "Rising of the color" so conservatives can just use conservatism of 19. and early 20. century. I belive that would Creativity state be lead with white capitalists (probably monarchy) who will have big ownership and more children who will have selection of their partners.
