Sydney Sweeney, a White actress whose breakout role was in the bawdy teen drama Euphoria who went on to headline several movies and ad campaigns, has come under fire from the usual suspects for "refusing to denounce White supremacy". During a magazine interview Sweeney was asked about a controversial ad campaign for jeans that bore the tagline "Sydney Sweeney has great jeans" — a play on 'great genes' in reference to how famously attractive she is.

The simpering journo communist pitched it as a meandering softball question, saying "the criticism of the content, which is that maybe, specifically in this climate, White people shouldn't joke about genetic superiority, like that was kind of the criticism, broadly speaking, and since you are talking about this I just wanted to give you the opportunity to talk about that, specifically."

This is obviously an absurd 'gotcha' question framed as a generous gift by the "interviewer" and Sweeney batted it down, replying simply that "I think that when I have an issue that I want to speak about, people will hear." That immaculate unconcern for (unfortunately) frivolous accusations of — gasp — White racial pride has set off a firestorm of accusations that she is in league with Satan, a supremacist, a racist, and all the rest of the hated race-conscious boogums that go bump in the night.

While there have been commentators hailing her refusal to abjectly kowtow to the anti-racialist mandarins they're decidedly in the minority (as ever), and I doubt their hopeful intimations that she's a sympathiser with the cause — more likely she's just too canny to get snared with such a blatant trap question.

Either way, it's nice to see the antis and muds seethe over even just phantoms of White racial loyalty. R!
