I'm tickled to see Commander ASSWIPE has suffered for his malicious lies. His injured innocence routine makes me want to puke.

Same here. After the arrest of the leader of the WCOTC, he (Billy boy) spent the next two years doing his best to drag Creativity into non-existence by accusing every Creator of being informants. Then when he thinks it's safe and Creativity has been destroyed forever he has the audacity to host the WMB and NER and stakes his claim as the master of Creativity. His tripe even worked on a few Creators here and there that had no idea of history and only cared about the immediacy of Bill not-so-White's glossy, probably Fed funded magazine.

Let the bastard hang for the JOG he once worked - acknowledged or not/paid or unpaid - so diligently for. Nobody deserves it more.

Bill White found guilty on four counts
A federal jury has found William A. White guilty on four counts and not guilty on three counts.

The jury found White guilty of: threatening Jennifer Petsche, a Citibank employee in Kansas City, Mo.; intimidating several residents of a Virginia Beach apartment complex with the intent to prevent their testimony in a housing discrimination case; threatening Kathleen Kerr, an administrator at the University of Delaware; and threatening Richard Warman, a human rights lawyer from Canada.

The three counts that resulted in acquittals were: threatening Petsche, the bank employee, with the intent to extort; threatening Leonard Pitts, a nationally syndicated columnist in Bowie, Md.; and threatening Charles Tyson, the former mayor of South Harrison Township, N.J.

White faces a maximum of 40 years in prison on the four convictions. The lawyers involved are given 10 days to file post-verdict motions and to note appeals. After that, White will be sentenced.

(Note: skinheadz was Richard Barrett's trademarked name, I suppose this was written by suspected FBI asset, Richard Barrett, himself. The judge later threw this charge out.

Bill White believes that this original charge was trumped up by the FBI to hold Bill while they investigated the false "truck bomb plot" charge that was placed by Hal Turner and others. When the FBI realized the truck bomb plot was fake, they then trumped-up some charges from old cases from 2007. But Barrett and Mary Potok and other media darlings would have known very well that Bill White had not broken the law/obstructed justice. So, why didn't they protest this abuse of power? -americafarm)

The trademark, maniacal grin of Bill White, the anarchist arrested for obstruction of justice, said it all. The I-got-the-attention-I-wanted look belied the man who, for years, had tried to torment Nationalists, with Internet graffiti, pirating Nationalist images and lambasting Nationalists as "wacky," "wacko" and "crazy." White's greatest resentment was being ignored, which White attempted to remedy by being the easy-target "poster-boy" for pro-minority-activist Morris Dees. Dees pronounced White the "second biggest" rightist, even though White had a history as an avowed Communist and anarchist, who repeatedly called for assassination and "overthrowing" the "ruling classes."

White feigned being a "rightist" by associating with costumists, who had sparked a riot in Toledo, but his forte was invariably goading others into murder-plots or praising convicted-criminals, such as Matt Hale, serving forty years for murder-conspiracy. Gary Nemeth, who quit White, early on, pronounced White a "freak-show" who, instead of the "thousands" of members claimed by White, had only two members, both of whom had quit him. White, a slum-lord, who had inherited a trust-fund, had gone bankrupt, after squandering his fortune on sub-prime real-estate. Dees had continually asserted that White would make a "comeback," but White just kept up his murder-instigation.

Nationalists had been quick to denounce White, when White first surfaced, following his unsuccessful campaign for the Maryland state-house as an "anarchist." Appearing on National Public Radio, Richard Barrett dubbed White's murder-appeals "outrageous" and "indefensible," predicting that "the only thing that White will overthrow is himself." Nationalists had pulled the plug on White's Internet-site for copyright infringement, which White responded to by filing a complaint with the Mississippi attorneys' association. When the complaint was dismissed, White, who had disclosed a lengthy rapsheet, including a suicide-watch hospitalization, claimed that he had "won."

White was arrested for his latest escapade, in which he published the name and address of a federal-juror in the Hale case, beckoning threats. Given his history of threats, even publishing his targets in the cross-hairs of a gun, White, who was denied bail, was likely to mimic Hale's fate at some super-max federal pen. U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Urbanski said that he was troubled that White, whose computer had been seized under a search-warrant, had set up an intricate plot to murder fifteen to twenty people. White had once claimed to be represented by the American Civil Liberties Union, but the group denied it. White's last lawyer appeared in court and asked the judge to be let go.

Neo-Nazi Freed, Online Speech Protected

A neo-Nazi found guilty of  jury intimidation over a web post was released from custody this week after a federal judge reversed his conviction, a ruling his attorney said Thursday buttresses online free speech "no matter who says it."

William A. White, the operator of now-defunct Overthrow.com, a website once affiliated with the white-supremacist American National Socialist Workers Party, was released from custody Wednesday, his attorney, Nishay Sanan, said in a telephone interview.

"This vindicates the First Amendment. The First Amendment protects popular and unpopular speech, no matter who says it," Sanan said.

White was convicted in January of using the internet in 2008 to solicit "physical force" against a former jury foreman in a different white supremacist's appeal. He was incarcerated at a Chicago jail pending the outcome of his petition to have his conviction set aside.

His crime: Among other things, White posted the name, address, picture and telephone numbers of one of the jurors who convicted white supremacist Matthew Hale. At the time, Hale was appealing his 480-month prison term for soliciting the murder of a federal judge.

White posted the juror's information under the headline, "Hale Seeks to Have Sentence Overturned" with the sub header of "Gay Jewish Anti-Racist Led Jury."


A federal judge tossed White's indictment in 2008 on grounds that "it failed to allege a solicitation" for physical force to be used against the juror, and as "contrary to the First Amendment," U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman wrote then.

A federal appeals court reinstated the indictment, (http://www.wired.com/images_blogs/threatlevel/2011/04/whitereinstate.pdf) ordering Adelman to hold a trial. After White was tried by an anonymous jury in January, he petitioned the judge to acquit him.

Adelman agreed, saying White's posts "did not suggest or imply that anyone do anything" and that "I am convinced that no reasonable factfinder considering the posts and the context in which they were made could conclude, based on an objective standard, that they constitute a solicitation." Sanan expected the government to appeal Adelman's decision. The government did not immediately respond for comment.

The former jury foreman testified that he began receiving text messages after White posted his information. The texts, he testified, said things like "sodomize Obama, Bomb China, kill McCain, cremated Jews, all these really upsetting things."

He added that none of the texts threatened his life or said, "I'm coming to get you."

Sanan said his client's behavior was peanuts compared to Sarah Palin's online antics. A so-called "hit list" of 20 politicians targeted with "rifle sights" graphics included Gabrielle Giffords, the Arizona representative shot in January. "Sarah Palin had put her on a website with a scoped and target," Sanan said, "and nobody was charged."
