Jury Duty

For the next month (June 2016) I have been selected from the Electoral Roll for Jury Duty - which of course is a kick in the arse for those libtards, journalists, bent (left) coppers and politicians that so love to proclaim me as one of the worst criminals Australia has ever seen ... I DON'T HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD! Even so, that doesn't mean I am guaranteed to be selected for an actual jury; it just means I have to appear when called. And then, if I am selected for a jury, I may be rejected from the jury by either the Prosecution or the Defence without reason given.

I'm not pleased I have been selected for Jury Duty - and only a control freak would relish the opportunity to decide another person's fate - but I will do as I am asked and I will report my experience (within the confines of the law) as a Creator that is honour-bound to ensure justice is served. By that I mean that whatever the race of the person in the dock, I am there to make sure that no persons of a politically correct persuasion are forgiven for their crimes merely because of their PC status - just as I am there to make sure that decidedly non-PC persons are not subjected to a modern day witch hunt for the perceived crime of being politically incorrect. Facts and the rule of law with equal consideration for the accused and the victim are all that matter.

Of course, if the accused is of a politically correct persuasion, the Defence will without a doubt reject me from the jury, as will the Prosecution should the accused be of politically incorrect persuasion.

If however, I am selected for a jury, don't anybody waste their time by asking me what went on re jury deliberations as that is considered to be Contempt of Court in South Australia. I don't care how many books and soap operas are released by OJ's jurors in the US, it's still illegal here. Whether or not I totally agree with that rule, I'll have to wait and judge by any possible future experience; but that is the law and they wont be changing that any time soon. So don't ask.

Also, if I'm chosen as a juror for a trial that is mentioned here - whether by me or any other Creator or Supporter - I will have to recuse myself from the jury, as prior knowledge and pre-judgement based on mainstream media and our own personal sources are not permitted in a fair trial. So there's a warning for us all.

Okay, my report on doing Jury Duty. What I can say is that me being a Creator was never brought into it. I wore my Creator necklace and a patch on a leather jacket each day and it was not questioned. So, as you can see, I was treated the same as any other person - as I should have been.

However, due to my own personal past regarding false accusations being thrown at me repeatedly over the years by the police, I came to the conclusion that any unscrupulous Defence or Prosecutor could make use of it and claim a mistrial because of me. As wrong as that would be and as easy as it would be to fight, it would mean the restart of said trial again in four to six years time. I saw that on my time on Jury Duty and that is not fair to anyone involved in the trial, therefore I felt I had to voluntarily recuse myself from any further participation.

I emphasise, I was chosen for Jury Duty because of my lack of a Criminal Record and that I chose to end it due to a faked Criminal Record that has followed me around from my time in the army and has repeatedly been used against me over the last 28 years. My being a Creator had nothing to do with it.

For me, Jury Duty was a lesson in life that I believe every Creator should partake in. Remember, a trial by jury is a trial by a jury of your peers. As long as they do not judge you based on moral judgements as per the morally corrupt, overtly politically correct, multicultural, White-hating society we live in, no Creator has anything to lose; although, that is exactly how they stack every jury against every Creator and White Rights Activist.
