Heard that slavery is still big in Haiti and you can buy someone for 50 dollars..  oddly much cheaper than the slave trade in Libya I heard about where they are asking like.. 200?  Anyway..  what good is a slave anymore?  Organs?  And even if organs were on the table its not like you can install them yourself..  or take them to a regular doctor..  pretty much need your own staff and facility..

Also..  just thinking..  maybe it is easier than I think..  I mean...  like.. heroin is "available" as a pain killer.. watch out for addiction though.. as are things to make an area sanitary.. alcohol..  bleach..  I don't know enough about medical stuff to really know what would all be needed to meet minimum and stable operating room requirements..
