Should We Embed A Telegram Channel Into Creator Forum

You know that I'm always looking to expand the capabilities and usefulness of Creativity. Does anybody know how Telegram Channels work?

Would it be handy to have one embedded here in Creator Forum?

More than twenty years ago, we ran our own IRC Channels #WCOTC But that was more or less ended by Hale's arrest, the beginning of a decade long war with Hale's Chosen and the rise of Facebook.

Telegram Channels vs IRC Channels: Ownership and Control

Key Differences in Channel Control

 - IRC Channels: 
  In IRC, *channel ownership is fluid*. Anyone could start a channel, but if the owner (or operator) left for a period and the channel became vacant, someone else could easily take over by simply recreating the channel or gaining operator status. Persistent channel ownership depended on staying logged in or using channel services (like ChanServ) where available.

 - Telegram Channels:
  Telegram channels operate very differently:

  - Persistent Ownership: A Telegram channel always has a *single owner* tied to a specific user account. That owner retains full control, regardless of presence or absence.

  - Admin System: The owner can assign other administrators with tailored permissions, allowing various levels of management, but the original owner retains the ultimate authority* unless they decide to transfer it.

  - Ownership Transfer: Only the owner can transfer ownership, and this involves a manual process (with security steps like two-factor authentication), not simply a shift based on absence.

  - Inactivity: If the owner's Telegram account is deleted (not just inactive), then in some cases, Telegram may *automatically transfer ownership* to an admin. This only happens if strict criteria are met, and the transfer is not guaranteed or immediate.
