It seems evolution is quicker on people who come from colder places with more work and planning involved for survival?

I actually respect some of the carvings and early buildings made by Prairie Niggers. I'd like to visit places like Puma Punku in Bolivia, Maccu Picchu in Peru. Chicken Itza in Mexico/ Teotihuacán, Mexico State.

There is evidence that those early people had machines to build stuff, just no evidence left of the physical machine and what powered them.
