Health - Salubrious Eating: Fast Food Preferences

Not including the uncountable Cat, Rat & Dog Chinky takeaway joints, where I live in Adelaide (South Australia), there are a few fast food/grease ball burger joints around that all of you would recognise:

Kentucky Fried Chicken/KFC
MacDonalds
Hungry Jacks/Burger King
Carl's Jr
Pizza Hut
Dominos
Wendy's and
Subway

My personal choice is Subway.

The reason I prefer Subway is because it can be as healthy or as greasy as you want it. And with fasting (see more below), you tend to get cravings for vitamins for which your body is deficient. The problem is that Subway sandwiches are never like their advertising. It's a bit of flat meat here and there, some salad and a bulk of crusty bread. I'm still figuring it out at a rate of about once a month, but since we can choose our own bread, meat and salad - they never just make it like in the picture (WTF NOT?) - I think I may figure it out one day. Either that, or Subway's a scam and those bastards can piss off to Israel and sell pork to Palestinians for all I care.

Oh yeah, and it's the only place open 24 hours here, and I've never even seen another customer whenever I've been to this particular Subway. Now that's my kind of popular. Note: Other states have 7/11's that would normally deal with this 24 hours per day. South Australia instead has 24 hour Servo's/Service Stations/Petrol stations/Gas Stations with a bit of extra on the side.

I do admit to eating at the other grease ball bunch if I have to. And by have to, I mean I'm feeling sick from lack of eating, because I tend to naturally fast. I almost never breakfast or lunch and often skip dinners. And when I'm out and I haven't eaten for a day or so, the affects from unconscious fasting can hit me when I least expect it, so I get what I have to, rather than what I want. Sometimes it might be MacDonalds with a Cheese Burger, or Hungry Jacks/Burger King with a Whopper with Cheese. But that's necessity rather than choice, and I can usually as well as thankfully avoid MacDonalds and Hungry Jacks for a couple of years at a time.

It was 2006 that I was last in a KFC ... and then walked out due to being disgusted with the packed crowd. And I did stop in for a Dominos New Yorker some months ago. It wasn't anything like they advertised and was so big, it lasted Nigger and I three days. Four days if you count the day I forgot to eat.

Subway, for now, seems the only legit, Salubrious choice for the moment; that is, just as long as they don't attempt to rape Nigger's arse, or they try to force AIDS upon me.
