Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow American Creators, and indeed even to the Creators overseas who don't celebrate!

Thanksgiving is a hallowed American tradition that spans the gulf between civic and religious holidays, rooted in the arrival of White colonists in North America and their friendly initial contacts with native savages. While Creators don't have much use for thanking God and are not much interested in the interracial bonhomie of those first Thanksgiving dinners we can still take this opportunity to gather with family and friends and give thanks for all the magnificent things the White Race has accomplished since coming to this land.

Interestingly in recent years the American Indians, ever the sore losers, have taken the opportunity to try to debase Thanksgiving much as they've attempted with Columbus Day — branding it a 'national day of mourning' and complaining bitterly about their ancestors' treatment at our hands. Another good reason to celebrate!
