Gooks Trying to Take us Over - It's a SCAM!

This email is from China domain name registration center, which mainly deal with the domain name registration and dispute internationally in China and Asia.
We received an application from Huafeng Ltd on September 2, 2013. They want to register " creativityalliance " as their Internet Keyword and " creativityalliance .asia "、" creativityalliance .cn "、" creativityalliance .com.cn " 、" creativityalliance .hk "、" creativityalliance .com.hk " domain names etc.., they are in Asia, China, Hong Kong domain names. But after checking it, we find "creativityalliance " conflicts with your company. In order to deal with this matter better, so we send you email and confirm whether this company is your distributor or business partner in China or not?

We of the Creativity Alliance own the name. Not by international law, but by common law. We are a Church – Church of Creativity/Church of the Creator and would prefer if your company did not make use of our name. We have nothing whatsoever to do with the company in China.

To Jiang Zhifa,

I too advise you to choose another name. Any use of Creativity Alliance by your company would mean a conflict of interests for your business. We are a Church group and our interests are not at all like yours, and will in fact be detrimental to your business. We are well known throughout the English speaking world and across Europe. Use of our name will only cause you to lose business. Mr Jim is well aware of this and his advice should be heeded.
