Update on my car. I just got a new starter motor $400, added the new gear stick bevel and boot, repaired the driver's seat, and spent near $3K on the suspension - it was totally shagged. All I need is a new tablet for GPS and a better stereo, and I would drive 500 miles, and I would drive 500 more .... Or at least I'd be willing to drive as far North as Gawler or as far South as Victor Harbour (relative to Adelaide, South Australia). I doubt I'll ever bother to leave this state again.
