Sleeping in a chair instead of a bed is uncomfortable, but the aches and sweat baths are easier to deal with when waking up. 1 minute vs more than 10 minutes in that case.


I thought I was clear of the affects of the Oxycodone. Went to the shops yesterday and almost lost it wanting to kill a coon that came up to me saying, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?"

I told it, "I got nothing!"

It then shouted directly into my face, "I WANT MONEY!"

Normally I would have dealt with it at that moment. After that, it becomes just another anecdote of dealing with subhumans. This time it affected me to such a degree I treated everybody I dealt with like shit after that - meaning I have not yet been able to regain the self-discipline that I have lived with most of my life. That's the Oxycodone even over a week later.

If I had felt like this as a teenager, I would have begun by shooting and killing both of my parents, before going on the run and ending in a shootout with cops.


And on the good side, I weighed myself this morning after a shower and shave, and I'm currently 92KG. The heaviest I ever got was 107KG, but I couldn't get under 102KG no matter what. My goal was/is 88KG. Considering a don't eat much and cannot drink a single drop of alcohol, I'll probably make 88.

The District Nurses just left after changing my bandages. The vacuum bandage I have with the machine sucking out any infection might be able to be removed next week. Once that is off, I'll be as back to normal as I can get with a shit-bag hanging off my gut.

Then it's chemotherapy. I'm told I wont need much of that.

I too had a "run in " with a Boong in the district.

Sitting in my vehicle writing notes in a private driveway when a teen Boong opened up the passenger door not realising I was inside. I shouted at him and he fled on his bike. Being work time It is hard as you must follow company policy, so a report to cops was best I could manage.

There are a lot of these "rescue houses" being established for Abos and Reffos and Yobbos, and they can't leave you/your property alone!

Today the vacuum dressing was disconnected from the pump. Well, I disconnected it.

Yesterday, the District Nurse told me that she would have removed the vacuum dressing and taken the pump, but as I was going to see the doctors today, they can decide and have it removed. The doctors however, decided not to bother looking, and just accepted what the nurses had said. So I disconnected it there in the office.

I then asked about having the vacuum dressing removed and changed for an ordinary dressing, but there was no nurse available in a HOSPITAL able to change my dressing. So I'm stuck with the vacuum dressing and attached hose hanging off my gut until Friday when the District Nurses return to change it at my home.

At least that machine is no longer constantly sucking at my gut. So that's something at least.

In three weeks - if healed sufficiently - I begin a course of 3 months chemotherapy. Apparently there's no evidence of cancer in my bowel. This is a just-in-case - prophylactic treatment to remove potential cancer that might be there.

Incidentally, due to the bowel surgery, I cannot wear a belt at the moment. And having lost 10 kilos, my jeans are falling down. So I've had to pull out some old braces from a drawer. I've got red braces and white braces. I think the white will do.

Got an ordinary dressing on now. No more machines sucking at my stomach causing bad night sweats. I may even get sufficient sleep now. And of course I can move around a lot better now. It'd be perfect if it wasn't for that shit-bag stuck to my stomach.

The nurses will be around three times per week to change the dressing.

Count the Months ...

 - It'll be another month with this dressing until I'm healed - as long as nothing goes wrong.

 - Then another three to six months doing chemo.

 - Finally the colostomy bag will be taken off and reversed.

The initial plan was surgery, five days in hospital, and then the chemo a few weeks later. No colostomy bag! The hospital screwed up by discharging me after the initial surgery without paying attention to the growing infection in my bowel. An MRI had showed I did not have a "chest infection" and that was good enough for them. All they had to do was pay attention to my rise in temperature indicating an infection somewhere, listen to the symptoms I reported and LOOK AT THE BOTTOM of the MRI!

Incompetent bastards!
