Some time ago, the ND court decided that video taken by D. Henderson and uploaded to YouTube was in the "Public Domain" and able to be used against Craig Cobb & Co? Have you noticed that no amount of complaints to YouTube have been able to remove any of those videos - particularly those constantly used to vilify Craig Cobb & Co?

Well, here's an email I received yesterday from YouTube ...

That is/was the video where the Sheriff brags live on the radio about his intention to charge Craig Cobb & Co. with terrorising ... a full two weeks before the actual incident for which Craig is still in prison.

It's official, Judge Donald Jorgensen signed an order to throw out one of Kynan Dutton's "menacing" charge convictions, specifically the one regarding our friend Brucie.

My reply:

Only minutes later I was attacked in the standard way of the Anti: Dobbed into the bosses of the social networking site, with a whole lotta bull* goin' on.

Eventual ban was for twelve hours based on the following:

No extra ban. Just some bitching from Facebook staff about standards. Perhaps they don't like Jose Horton?
