The disturbing and graphic video shows a Muslim nanny walking the streets of Moscow (Russia) wearing a hijab as she held Nastya's severed head in the air while shouting "Allahu Akbar", Arabic for "God is great". One witness said how he heard her screaming about the murder of children in Syria.

A police source said the details of two men linked to an "international extremist group" had been found among her contacts.

The Muslim then pulled the head out of a bag near the Oktyabrskoye Pole station, the newspaper reports. The child was a 4-year-old girl name Nastya. Her body was found in the burned apartment. The woman has been identified as Gyulchekhra Bobokulova, 38, a Muslim of Uzbekistan.

Nastya's mother Ekaterina collapsed upon hearing news of her daughter's brutal murder.
