The terrorist, "Dr" Al-Abdulmohsen from Saudi Arabia, is definitely a fraud. An ex Muslim who still wants to KILL WHITES and CONQUER EUROPE. FFS, the man is a psychiatrist. Presumably he has more brain-matter than the average Jihadi. He knows how to lie his way through life for profit and gain as well as any lawyer or politician. And even IF he was legit about his dislike of Islam, the war between Muslims and the rest of the world did not begin with the advent of Islam. It began when Middle Eastern empires attacked Greece. Further, while I take neither the Israeli or Palestinian side in their current war, that is a war that has been going on for approximately 6K years ... and no matter how much we try to stay out of it, they/both sides have dragged us into it.
