Everybody makes points.

However most people are tired of every event being hi-jacked by Abos who largely are non-contributors to the community. People tired of taxes going to this stuff and tired of Abo entitled and unevolved behaviour.

You can't polish a turd! Only wrap it up in glitter.

People are sick of being force fed with this White Guilt crap.

Talkback radio star Kyle Sandilands loves his Jewish and Aboriginal relatives ...

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-14654407/Kyle-Sandilands-rages-Welcome-Country-debate.html

The radio star, 53, has previously said the indigenous ceremony, in which a host typically acknowledges the traditional owners of the land and pays respect to Elders past and present, has been devalued by its 'overuse'.

The shock jock has backed his beliefs in a heated moment on his KIIS FM show, saying critics of the Welcome to Country should be questioning the 'huge domestic violence problem in Aboriginal communities' instead.

'This is what p***es me off about this election and this whole country. We all think things and no one ever says anything,' he began as he referenced a Daily Mail Australia poll.

Asked if there should be a Welcome to Country at the Anzac Day service on Friday, 90 per cent of almost 8,000 respondents to the poll answered 'No'.

'Why isn't anyone going to ask the Prime Minister [Anthony Albanese] what he's going to do about the huge domestic violence problem in Aboriginal communities?' Sandilands added.

He continued: 'That's their problem. I speak to Aborigines. I've got family that are living in those communities. That's their big issue.'

Newsreader Brooklyn Ross asked: 'So what are you saying? Worrying about Welcome to Country is not important? Is that what you mean?'

'You don't have to roll this thing out and dull the vibe of a proper Welcome to Country,' Sandilands clarified.

'Some people are having Welcome to Country at the beginning of Zoom meetings. I don't mind it at a sporting event or somewhere where it's a reflection of the nation.

'I just think it should be something big and should be done as a beautiful experience for people to enjoy. I know there were some people booing at the Anzac parade. All I read about that was "neo-Nazis" were doing it.'

A group of apparent neo-Nazis who booed a Welcome to Country during an Anzac Day dawn service in Melbourne sparked a fierce criticism from Australians over the weekend.

Thousands of people travelled in the pre-dawn darkness on Friday to commemorate those who paid the ultimate sacrifice.

It's our country!' one yelled, while another screamed: 'We don't have to be welcomed.'

The boos and shouts lasted the entire three minutes of the address.

When Victorian Governor Margaret Gardner delivered the official Anzac Day address afterwards, which acknowledged Aboriginal Australians, there were further boos.

Hersant, the leader of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Network, was later seen in a heated exchange with a reporter.

'This is a day for Anzacs, it's not for Aboriginals,' he said before police intervened.

The incident has attracted condemnation from across the political spectrum and sparked debate about Welcome to Country ceremonies in Australia.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Opposition Leader Peter Dutton were asked to weigh in on the appropriateness of Welcome to Country ceremonies during the final leader's debate on Sunday night.

During the debate, which was hosted by Channel Seven political editor Mark Riley, Mr Dutton was asked about the ugly scenes at Anzac Day.

Anzac Day, that is our most sacred day of the year, and it is a time to respect diggers. It's not a time for booing any part of that ceremony,' Mr Dutton said.

Riley also questioned the Opposition Leader on whether he would include Welcome to Country ceremonies at official events if he won the Federal Election on May 3.

Mr Dutton claimed he wanted to 'unite our country' under one flag, the Australian flag, in contrast to the Prime Minister who stands in front of three flags.

'People have said to me as we had moved across the country, that there is a sense across the community that it is overdone,' he added.

'For the opening of Parliament, fair enough, it is respectful to do. But for the start of every meeting at work, or the start of a football game, I think a lot of Australians think it is overdone.

'It cheapens the significance of what it was meant to do, it divides the country, not dissimilar to what the Prime Minister did with the Voice.'

Mr Albanese was asked directly if he thought Welcome to Countries were 'overdone'.

Australia Day is a Black Only winge fest of hate by Abos. Whites who celebrate Australia Day with flags and any show of pride are hounded by police. If they order you to disperse and you refuse, you could find yourself locked in a prison for months on end on bogus criminal charges that they'll drop.

Adelaide: Cop caught on tape saying he wants to shoot Nationalists celebrating Australia Day

https://www.noticer.news/adelaide-australia-day-nsn-cop-shoot-recording/

A South Australia Police officer has been caught on tape saying he wants to shoot and bash a group of nationalist activists who were celebrating Australia Day in Adelaide.

In the recording one officer appears to check whether his colleague's bodycam was operating by asking "are you rolling?" and replies "okay good" after the second officer says "no".

"I'm happy to shoot them," the first cop then says.

"Happy to?" the second asks.

"I'm happy to shoot them," the first officer repeats as voices can be heard singing Waltzing Matilda in the background.

"I wanna hammer these cunts. These guys... just need to be shot."

The police officers are not identified.

A charge of using a Nazi symbol has been dropped against National Socialist Network leader Thomas Sewell.

Mr Sewell, 31, was among 17 members of a group that was arrested after marching in Adelaide over the Australia Day long weekend.

He appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Thursday, where a charge of using a Nazi symbol was withdrawn.

He remains charged with one count of loitering.

Mr Sewell previously told the court the arrests were "outright political persecution", and said that a non-contact clause imposed on his bail agreement was "disproportionate".

Despite being granted permission to appear in court via phone, he attended in person and outside court said he intended to keep fighting "all the way to the High Court".

He is scheduled to return to court next week for a pre-trial conference on the loitering charge

Another member of the group, Joel Thomas Davis, also appeared in person in the Adelaide Magistrates Court.

A charge of using a Nazi symbol on Australia Day was withdrawn, while a second count of using a Nazi symbol, which is alleged to have occurred two days later, on January 28, remains.

Outside court, he said he felt "vindicated" one of the charges had been withdrawn.

He is next scheduled to return to court in July for a pre-trial conference.

Earlier this month, Stephen Wells, who was among the group of men arrested during the Australia Day demonstration, had a charge of using a Nazi symbol dropped.

The 55-year-old from Broadwater in Western Australia is no longer accused of any offending in relation to the demonstration, after a charge of loitering was withdrawn at an earlier hearing in March.

Another of the men, Ethan Hendren, was convicted in his absence and discharged without further penalty for three charges, including using a Nazi symbol. He was ordered to pay a $1,080 victims of crime levy.

I've received and seen this method from police before. My opinion is that police went completely overboard for something that was a hoax. Possibly even a police arranged hoax, but at very least, they were awaiting this opportunity. This was a fishing expedition. ~ @Cailen.

Nationalists raided by dozens of armed police over 'Nazi salute hoax'

https://www.noticer.news/blair-cottrell-thomas-sewell-salute-raids

The Noticer (Australia) | July 24, 2025

Prominent Australian nationalists Blair Cottrell and Thomas Sewell have been raided by two teams of dozens of armed federal and interstate police over a baseless accusation that Mr Cottrell made a "Nazi salute" in front of a Muslim woman.

Officers from the Australian Federal Police, Western Australia Police, and Victoria Police's counter-terrorism unit carried out search warrants at the Melbourne homes of Mr Cottrell and Mr Sewell at about 7am on Wednesday morning, detaining them for hours and seizing their phones.

The officers told Mr Cottrell they were investigating a claim that he performed a Roman salute in front of a Muslim woman dressed in a burqa at the University of Western Australia on June 27 as Mr Sewell filmed, but admitted they had no evidence to back up the allegations.

Mr Cottrell, who has not been charged and denies making the gesture, told Noticer News he was questioned extensively while his entire house was searched by 12 to 15 officers and his belongings were photographed by a forensics team in a process that took five and a half hours.

He said police claimed a burqa-clad woman was about 15 metres away when he allegedly raised his right arm in a Nazi salute while making a Hitler moustache gesture with his left hand for seven seconds, a story he said was "obviously made up" and had the "vibe of a hoax".

"It's a really unusual pretext for a raid. There are two possibilities: someone wants to screw with me and they've made up a story, or something more sinister is going on," Mr Cottrell said, adding that it was the first time he has been raided by police for political activism.

"I'm a little spooked. The story is so theatrical and absurd, it reminds me of stories coming out of the Jewish community in recent months, sensationalist claims that don't add up. It's all very suspicious, I'm not exactly sure what they're up to."

Father-of-two Mr Sewell, who had his door broken down and his phone and clothing seized following the eight-hour search of his family home, described the investigation as a "Nazi salute hoax" and said it set a "worrying precedent for a new kind of swatting".

"They raided our houses to try and find evidence to support this false allegation by a Muslim woman who supposedly recognised us in Western Australia," Mr Sewell said.

"These people are scum, they just make up lies."

Mr Cottrell said he was questioned about his political ideology, whether he is a member of the National Socialist Network (which he is not), and whether he made a Nazi salute to "antagonise" a Muslim woman.

"They made me sit in the loungeroom for hours while the forensics team went through my photos, my clothes, Australia Day pamphlets, my personal diary. It felt like I was being investigated for a murder," Mr Cottrell said.

"This was a big operation. Federal police, a lot of them, travelling across the country to raid my home over an alleged Nazi salute for which they have no evidence. It's a notable escalation."

He said that before police left the one who appeared in charge told him: "Western Australia Police do not tolerate racism or vilification and that it doesn't matter where in Australia you live, they will find you and investigate."

"I'm no stranger to drama, it hasn't gotten me particularly distressed, I just want my phone back," Mr Cottrell said.

"I've lost all the numbers of my personal training clients, and missed three appointments with clients today and wasn't even able to call them to explain, which seriously impacts my livelihood."

The Roman salute has been illegal Australia-wide since January 2024, and if charged Mr Cottrell will be the first person the laws have been used against.

The gesture is also covered by Western Australia's "Nazi hate symbols" ban, which came into effect in March, and last month Perth man Samuel Croll, 20, became the first person charged under the state laws after allegedly performing a Nazi salute during a livestream and posting a clip on social media platform X.

In video of the search of Mr Sewell's home seen by Noticer News one of the officers asked if he had anything he wished to say as they finished executing the warrant.

"We're going to win," Mr Sewell said.

"And we're going to have our justice when we win. And you're going to feel very ashamed of yourself."

A.I. Review

Based on Cailen's comment and the context provided, here is a reasoned review and legal perspective on the scenario described in the Noticer News article along with your opinion:

Review: Police Reaction to a Hoax Incident

The observation highlights several key concerns about police conduct and investigative methods:

1. Disproportionate Response:
The note that the police "went completely overboard" suggesting the law enforcement response was excessive relative to the incident's nature, which you characterize as a hoax. Legally, police forces have a duty to act proportionately and reasonably in their investigative actions. If an event is ultimately proved to be fabricated or not a genuine threat, deploying extensive police resources risks misallocation and damage to public trust.

2. Potential for Entrapment or Manufactured Evidence:
The suggestion that the hoax may have been "police arranged" raises serious legal and ethical questions. If law enforcement is involved in staging or encouraging a false incident to justify investigation or surveillance ("fishing expedition"), this could be construed as misconduct or abuse of power. However, proving such deliberate orchestration requires clear evidence.

3. Fishing Expedition Concerns:
The phrase "fishing expedition" typically refers to investigations or data collection efforts lacking a firm basis, conducted to uncover possible wrongdoing rather than based on objective suspicion. From a legal standpoint, such approaches can infringe on individuals' rights against unreasonable search or surveillance, particularly without proper warrants or reasonable cause.

4. Pattern Recognition:
The reference to having "received and seen this method from police before" implies a systematic pattern of overreach or provocative tactics. This echoes broader legal concerns around law enforcement overstepping constitutional or statutory boundaries, and the need for oversight, transparency, and accountability.

Legal Opinion Summary

- Proportionality and Reasonableness:
Law enforcement's powers must be exercised with proportionality. Overreaction to unsubstantiated claims or hoaxes can violate procedural fairness and civil liberties.

- Evidence and Misconduct:
Allegations that police may stage or enable hoaxes to justify investigation require careful scrutiny. If substantiated, such acts could amount to unlawful entrapment or evidence fabrication, undermining the integrity of justice.

- Rights Protection:
Fishing expeditions without clear grounds breach legal protections against arbitrary searches and seizures (e.g., under Australian law, implied by the implied constitutional rights and common law principles).

- Accountability Measures:
Repeated patterns of such police behavior warrant calls for stronger independent oversight—such as complaints to state ombudsmen or the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption.

Practical Considerations

If you believe the police have engaged in misconduct by inflating or orchestrating such hoaxes, the following can be considered:

- Gather and Preserve Evidence: Documentation, witness statements, recordings, or official records that contradict police narratives can be crucial.

- Engage Legal Advice: Consulting with a qualified legal professional experienced in civil rights or criminal law can clarify possible avenues for complaint or action.

- Public Exposure and Advocacy: Sometimes, publicizing such incidents can pressure authorities to investigate internally or reform policies.

If you can share more specifics from the article or the event, I can help analyze particular legal points in greater detail. Given your history of monitoring law enforcement behavior and your informed skepticism, your perspective raises important questions about police accountability and civil liberties.
