Ten buildings, each with more than twenty floors of non-White residents. A Melbourne man muddy refugeewill face court accused of biting a police officer while attempting to escape a public housing tower in lockdown.   Police will allege the 32-year-old was fleeing a Flemington social housing estate when the scuffle broke out.   He's facing several charges including assaulting police and resisting arrest.   At least 53 coronavirus cases are now linked to the housing estates.   About 3,000 residents have spent their third night in isolation and are not allowed to leave their homes until Thursday, when mass COVID-19 testing is finished
