It remains to be seen whether a White Racial Loyalist would be given the same due respect in today's climate of knee-jerk scape-goating of White RAYSISTS as the JOG and MSM manipulate their combination of federal and various state racial vilification laws, so-called bikie laws, anti-terrorism laws and the general mish-mash of every other law that can be brought into force to vilify and persecute WRL's. Typically with the end goal of having us become spies for the JOG, with refusal meaning you lose your job - and don't expect to ever work again, your home, your family, and anything else those tools of the dirty Jew get with confiscation of personal property and assets and more as they delve into every aspect of your life with every brown-nosing snide agent of the Jewish government apparatus willingly abusing their appointed powers sniffing at your puckered lilly-white arse.

I speak from experience having had my lilly-white arse sniffed at on numerous occasions by JOG agents with the political police taking the lead. It's enough to make you want to arm yourself and walk into an MSM newsroom or government offices and execute the enemies of truth and justice, of civilisation and the persecutors of the Genocide of the White Race. ... Only cowards murder the innocent as they go about their day-to-day business in public. True activists target those responsible and duly execute the guilty, thereby bringing about social and political change for the better as fear and the consequences of misrule take a grip on government and media in a bloody racial war.

That and there's nothing morally wrong with taking up the Hunter hobby of executing the odd nog and race-traitor on the side.

NSW Police flayed by magistrate over social media spying

NSW Police have been delivered a stinging reprimand by a magistrate who branded the actions of an officer who hacked a social media account as "reprehensible".

Magistrate Roger Brown called the charges against a Sydney man "trivial" and found the police investigation to be invasive and illegal.

Rhys Liam Halvey was charged with three counts of using a carriage service to offend police, as well as three more counts of publishing an indecent article.

But it was the cops whose behaviour was ruled indecent, as it transpired that Senior Constable Daniel Moss had used "someone else's" login details to spy on a private Facebook page attributed to "Rhys Brown".

Among other things, the page featured a crudely photoshopped image of a twerking Miley Cyrus superimposed in such a way that it looked like a NSW Police officer was spanking her during an arrest.

However, the way Moss had accessed the page was a "criminal offence", according to the magistrate.

The senior constable was lashed in court by Halvey's lawyer, who questioned just how willing and often police were prepared to break the law.

It seems that Moss had been covertly monitoring the page – which Mr Halvey denies is his –  since November 2013.

It wasn't until March of last year that several "derogatory" posts occurred, prompting the charges to be laid.

During court hearing in April, Magistrate Brown asked whether Moss "monitored" the account "frequently", which the senior constable conceded he did.

"So ... you didn't obtain a Supreme Court warrant ... you didn't obtain any judicial authorisation to invade the privacy of Rhys Brown's Facebook, did you?" the magistrate pressed.

"No," Moss replied.

All charges against Mr Halvey were withdrawn and dismissed.

Mr Halvey's barrister, Andrea Turner, has now made a formal complaint to the Police Integrity Commission.

"Exactly how widespread is this snooping?" she asks in her submission.

"There is no difference to the police trespassing on a Facebook page for four months and my steaming open my neighbour's mail in the hope of one day finding something, anything, to report to police."

Making things worse for the police are two affidavits from senior officers, one open and the other confidential, supporting Moss's actions.

"How deep in police culture is this willingness to break the law?" NSW Council of Civil Liberties president Stephen Blanks asked, speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald.

"Even after they have been caught out, it would appear no adverse consequences are going to be suffered by those responsible because the illegal actions are supported by police at the most senior level."

In September, Magistrate Brown rejected a senior officer's request that Moss be spared further cross-examination, dismissed all the charges against Mr Halvey, and ordered to the police to pay $14,429 in costs.

NSW Police said its investigation into the matter is "currently running".
