A MAN attacked a female paramedic when she tried to resuscitate his dying father, a court has heard. Judge John Birch said the assault was "inexplicable".

It's not inexplicable - but a libtard like that judge will never get that. Blacks hate Whites to such a degree that they blame everything that goes wrong with their lives on us. To some degree, that is the case in Australia with all non-White races, but with Indigenous Australians, hatred of White Australians has become the bedrock of their culture. Even when everything is absolutely perfect - they may have a good job, a good home and enough money to afford a lavish lifestyle and no White people in their vicinity - but nevertheless that underlying, simmering hatred of the White man remains. In a stressful situation - like anyone - they will be justifiably angry, but add a do-gooder White Australian Samaritan libtard who only wants to help, and that anger almost always turns to violence ... and the dumb White libtard is always the target.

Were the actual reasons for the assault even considered? What was said by the assailant as they committed the assault? No doubt it was the standard "You f*cking White c*nt! Get away from my father/mother/aunt/uncle/brother/sister, you f*ucking dog!" And by the standard of any libtard judge, that makes it a Hate Crime. If the situation was reversed with the assailant being White and the victim being black, the sentence would be four years prison along with a national outcry of shame by the mainstream media and opportunist persons of the political persuasion. ... But then, as race-traitors and non-Whites constantly remind us, only White people can be racist.

Abos don't get four years prison when they murder a White just for fun.

FIVE males have been charged after a spate of break-ins and rock-throwing incidents in Alice Springs.

Four of the males — aged 38, 20, 17 and 17 — allegedly unlawfully entered a licensed premises on Schwarz Cres at about 10pm on Monday and stole a large quantity of alcohol.

The group was later linked to a rock-throwing incident on Todd St on the same night.

In a separate incident, a 13-year-old male was charged for allegedly throwing rocks at a vehicle and shattering its back window at a restaurant drive-through on Gregory Terrace.

All five were remanded in custody to appear in Alice Springs Local Court.

A PETROL sniffer destroyed his mother's house by setting fire to a pile of his own clothes because his family tried to enter him into rehab, a court has heard.

Kevin King, 24, was sentenced to four and a half years' imprisonment in the Northern Territory Supreme Court for causing damage to a building using fire and going armed in public in Alpurrurulam on January 19 this year.

The court heard that police served King an order requiring him to participate in a program for 16 weeks at Drug and Alcohol Services Association in Alice Springs.

He then threatened to stab four family members with a knife, before he went to his room, put his clothes in a pile and set them ablaze using a cigarette lighter.

King believed his family had "dobbed him into police", the court was told.

He let the dogs out as he left through the back door.

The dwelling was destroyed and is estimated to cost $500,000 to replace.

AXES, jagged knives, scissors, drunken fights and verbal abuse – this is what our unarmed transit safety officers face every day while trying to keep Darwin bus drivers and passengers safe.

However, the Department of Transport said enough was being done to protect workers, and passengers.

Minister for Transport Peter Chandler said the "majority" of incidents were minor in nature and required minimal involvement by transit officers.

"The number of incidents detected and dealt with has increased over time, due in part to additional Transit Safety and security guard resources providing an increased ability to identify and deal with incidents," Mr Chandler said.

Aside from a planned review of Transit Officer powers, the department will not be introducing new measures to improve the safety of workers or passengers despite concerns raised by the Transport Workers' Union.

TWU SA/NT branch organiser Elise McLay said bus drivers "certainly" did not feel safe driving in Darwin and Palmerston.

"We've had drivers threatened and assaulted with weapons including machetes and axes," Ms McLay said. "It is not uncommon for drivers to be spat at or verbally abused."
"It is important to remember that it is not only the drivers and transit safety officers at risk but also the wider travelling public."

"When you consider who relies on our bus network it is often those most vulnerable in our society who rely on Public Transport; the elderly, the disabled and injured and school-aged children."



"It was certainly of concern to the TWU that at a meeting we attended to discuss the safety concerns of our members with The Department of Transport it appeared that Department Executives were more concerned whether there would be a story in the NT News rather than genuinely understanding the safety concerns of our members and pragmatically discussing alternatives or potential solutions."

A former transit safety officer, who did not want to be identified, said it appeared violence on the bus network was getting worse.

"We carry a radio and handcuffs, that's it," he said.

A 15-year-old male has *Abo*been charged after allegedly assaulting two people, including a police officer, at an Alice Springs shopping centre yesterday.

Police will allege the youth assaulted a 30-year-old woman and the officer who intervened after witnessing the incident at about midday.

Two other people were injured attempting to take the teen into custody.

The male was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, assaulting a member of the police force and resisting police.

A GANG of teens*Bush niggers* smashed windows at two Darwin businesses and stole a bottle of whiskey from a supermarket.

Up to 10 youths were captured in the act on CCTV, with one throwing a rock through a window at Moil Supermarket, jumping on an ice box and climbing into the shop.

The youths also smashed a window at Pink Apple Hair.

Territory Duty Superintendent Kylie Proctor said five youths were arrested in the park behind the shops.

"At about 2am we responded to a group of youths who broke into a group of businesses at the Moil shops. Several police units including a K9 unit were on the scene quickly," she said.

"Five youths ranging in age from 12 to 16 were tracked and located a short distance away.

"One of the shop owners estimated the damage was $11,000."
