LATEST: THE first pictures have emerged of the three children killed when a 4WD plunged into a lake in Melbourne's west. 
 
Police are trying to discover what led to the horror plunge that claimed the lives of a one-year-old boy, a four-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl as the Sudanese woman behind the wheel is released from police guard in hospital.

Akon Guode, from Wyndham Vale, is well known among the close-knit migrant community in Melbourne's west.

She has not been interviewed over the tragic incident but she is assisting Homicide Squad and Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives with their investigation.

It comes as detectives confirmed the two boys and girl died after the car ploughed into Lake Gladman on Manor Lakes Boulevard in Wyndham Vale at 3.40pm yesterday.

The other child in the car, a five-year-old girl, remains in a critical condition at the Royal Children's Hospital.

A relative who spent the night at the hospital has said the family is "devastated."

He said the three dead children were a boy named Madit (Madman) and his twin sister Anger and a one-year-old called Bol.

The father is called Joseph Tito Manaang, they said.

Thomas Kok, the cousin of the children's father said the family had moved from South Sudan in 2008.

AN Australian girl has told of how she was abducted and raped twice while holidaying in Bali, but her attacker is still on the loose. 
 
Audrey Pekin, 19, told A Current Affair that on Christmas Eve last year, she left her mother at their Bali hotel to go out for drinks with friends at the Bounty Bar.

One of her friends with her was Nigerian national Henry Alafu. She met him while shopping in Bali, and he claimed to be a South African on holidays.

After going to the bar, they partied on at a villa.

After arriving at a small house, Henry locked the door and then raped Audrey.

She then managed to escape and hail down a taxi, where he sexually assaulted her again.

"In seconds he went from being a man to a monster," she said.

She said she couldn't stop it, because she had started to feel sick. As a Type 1 diabetes sufferer, she was experiencing low blood sugar levels.

"He molested me in the back of the taxi ... for everyone to see, he wouldn't stop," she said.

Her mother Dawn returned to Bali to try and find her attacker.

"It's hard to know who to trust anymore," Ms Pekin said.

"It's just so hard to get justice here."

After meeting with both Indonesian and Australian officials and spending $14,000 in legal fees, Dawn said Audrey's attacker is still out there.




   

On Christmas Day, police had Henry's mobile number and Facebook profile. They tracked down his street address four days later.

But it took them until January 12 this year before they tried to arrest him.

Indonesian police and immigration authorities raided a villa on January 14, where they arrested four of Henry's Nigerian friends on visa violations.

But Audrey's attacker had fled.

Audrey had to undergo a virginity test to prove she had been raped. To charge anyone with rape in Indonesia, police need a medical report confirming a victim's claims.





Audrey told A Current Affair she was gay, and had no romantic interest in Henry on the night she was raped.

While being tested, Audrey also discovered she had a sexually transmitted disease.

"I was raped and assaulted and the Australian government has done nothing about it," she told A Current Affair.

"Shame won't do anything for me, shame won't get him arrested. Anger and persistence will."

"Bali is a lawless country."

Interpol was notified just last week that Audrey's attacker was a wanted man.

The Pekins are now waiting for Interpol to issue a red notice for his arrest, and Audrey said her family was still living in fear.

"We're scared, we're terrified, he's free. We don't know if he's going to rock up or not."

AUSTRALIAN Federal Police and SA Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Adelaide-trained Islamic State doctor Tareq Kamleh after a court hearing closed to the public due to national security.

In a statement today, the South Australian Joint Counter Terrorism Team announced its application for Kamleh's arrest had been successful.

The warrant was been issued for charges of:

MEMBERSHIP of a terrorist organisation, contrary to Section 102.3 of the Federal Criminal Code Act (1995).

RECRUITING for a terrorist organisation, contrary to Section 102.4 of the same act.


ENTERING or remaining in a declared area, contrary to Section 119.2 of the act.

The offences carry maximum penalties of between three and 25 years' jail.

"As these matters are subject to ongoing investigation it would not be appropriate to comment further," the statement reads.

"Should Dr Kamleh return to Australia, this warrant authorises law enforcement to arrest him immediately."

The announcement follows an application made by AFP Detective Sergeant Simon Lalic in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.

"We are applying for an arrest warrant but we will not be represented today," he told the court.

"This is an ongoing investigation and a matter of national security.

"We are requesting this be heard in a closed court."

The state's Chief Magistrate, Judge Elizabeth Bolton, then closed the court.

Less than 10 minutes later, Det-Sgt Lalic emerged from the court and declined to comment on the outcome of the arrest warrant application.

Kamleh, whose full name is Tareq Badawi Kamleh, now calls himself Abu Yousef Al-Australie.

He has been charged with knowingly recruiting a person to a terrorist organisation.

Court documents allege the offence occurred in Al-raqqa, Syria, on April 4 this year.

It is understood that is around the same time of Kamleh's appearance in the now-infamous Islamic State promotional video.

Kamleh made headlines in April this year when he appeared in the stylised IS propaganda video.

In it, he claims he travelled to the Islamic State stronghold of Al-raqqa from Australia to offer his medical services as part of his "jihad for Islam".

Kamleh began his career in Adelaide where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2010.

ONE of four attackers laughed after a "unprovoked and vicious" assault which left a 13-year-old girl with a suspected broken nose as she travelled with her father on a public bus, a court has heard. 
 
Two girls and a boy, each aged 17, and Norman Wombat, 19, have been charged with aggravated assault causing harm, aggravated assault and theft over the incident.

Senior Youth Court judge Stephen McEwen said the alleged assailants appeared nonplussed after the violent, public outburst at the intersection of Anzac Highway and Marion Rd, Plympton, about 5pm on Sunday.

"Someone on a bus was blatantly and totally gratuitously attacked and that police report suggests a total lack of remorse ... one laughed and the other showed an unconcerned attitude," he said.

Opposing bail for the two girls, of Hillcrest and Port Lincoln, and the boy, of Windsor Gardens, prosecutor Dave Gurney said the father and daughter were followed on to the bus by the accused.


"It was a vicious attack, a vicious and unprovoked attack," he said.

"The 13-year-old had a suspected broken nose ... the father was in that much of a hurry they fled the bus as soon as it stopped and left their belongings behind."

He said the group had appeared intoxicated and the trouble started when the 13-year-old victim turned around to look at her father and instead made eye contact with one of the accused girls. "A fight ensued. The young girl was punched in the nose and then as she lent forward to cover her face and was hit in the back of the head with something — they are unsure what."

That's true, Sister. The White Race is the only race to have any conscience at all. That is why our people are so easily manipulated re the Holohoax guilt trip, the Abo guilt trip, the slavery guilt trip, the conquer and bring civilisation guilt trip, the fag and freedom to * little boys guilt trip, and any other guilt trip you can name that is used against us.

An Abo - for example - not having a conscience, believes that all it must do is say "Sorry" and that's the end of the matter. Typically, an Abo, when caught, will fight, but when it realises it cannot win, it will immediately switch to its sorry mode, before again turning violent - often within minutes of saying sorry. Usually the immediate resumption of violence is because the "White dog" didn't give the black beast a hug and a treat after it said sorry.

I expect the same of Africans, and I know Asians tend to be surprised when they realise that apologising will mean a lesser or no punishment.
