Well.. now may be a good time to do some activism in the shopping centre make flyers about all this and get people on board? Or post them around the centre. Get the facts right about all this. Even write a letter to the paper?

This stuff can't go on and taxes are paid in the expectation the police will act. If they are careful about discrimination. Then they can't discriminate on race. All laws should be for everybody across the board.

You know better than that. The papers know as well as us what is going on. That's why the info I revealed wasn't in any of the mainstream media.

According to local Adelaide radio and TV - neither of which I watch nor listen to, so I'm relying again on others - there is neither a description nor a name attached to the act of violence. Radio and TV just talk of a "man." So now that violent animal will be thought of as another typical Australian male that looks like you or me ... but never a refugee angel from African heaven. The truth's just racist White lies.

Teens walk over Sydney park rape

Two SUDANESE teenagers involved in the high-profile pack rape of a 14-year-old girl in a western Sydney park have been spared jail.

The young men, neither of whom can be named because they were under 18 at the time of the offending, were due to face trial earlier this year but entered 11th-hour guilty pleas to charges of sexual intercourse with a child in company over the February 2014 attack.

Sentencing the pair in Parramatta District Court on Friday, Judge Martin Sides described how the younger of the two had approached the 14-year-old on a street in Doonside late one Saturday night and asked if he could speak with her.

The victim recognised the teenage boy as an older student from her high school and walked with him to a nearby park, where the pair chatted about school and life.

"The young offender then leaned over and kissed the victim," Judge Sides said.

The Year 11 student began to have sex with her and then the girl heard footsteps.

Within moments, they were joined by three of the boy's friends, and she heard him make a comment about "taking turns".

"The victim was outnumbered four to one," the judge said.

The ordeal only ended when the girl's friend came looking for her, calling out her name.

Four youths were charged in the weeks that followed and two have already been dealt with by the courts.

Judge Sides said on Friday the two remaining offenders, who both came to Australia from Sudan as children, struggled with intellectual disabilities.

Although prosecutors argued the boy who first approached the girl "still holds blame towards the victim" because she did not speak up about her age before or during the attack, the judge said he was not persuaded this was evidence of a lack of remorse.

"The court is satisfied that had she revealed her age, he would not have had intercourse with her," Judge Sides said.

"This should not be seen as the court blaming the victim but merely reflecting the situation from the young offender's perspective."

He handed the boy a suspended control order on Friday, meaning the teen will never serve any time over the attack if he remains of good behaviour for the term of the order, which runs for just under two years.

Judge Sides sentenced the other offender to a lengthy control order but backdated it so that the teenager - who was on probation for other offences when he committed the crime - could be immediately released on parole.

THE victim of a vicious late night mugging in Borroloola feared she would be raped and killed by a gang of five teenage attackers, the Supreme Court has heard.

Three of the teens – one of them who was the victim's then 14-year-old nephew – were sentenced to jail on Friday following a jury trial late last month.

In sentencing, it was revealed two of the teens were already serving time for the later rape of another woman in Borroloola, which former Chief Justice Trevor Riley said at the time had left him "shocked and appalled".

Two of the five teens involved – including one who was 13 at the time of the attack – had previously pleaded guilty to lesser charges and gave evidence against the three attackers who were sentenced on Friday.

Justice Judith Kelly said the boys had heard the woman would be walking home that night with cash from a card game and hatched a plan to rob her.

"(You) punched her in the head ... (you) all took part in punching her and kicking her," she said.

The boys then dragged the woman away and continued attacking her.

"I can't be sure who did the actual dragging but you were all part of it," Justice Kelly said.

"What you boys did to her was terrible ... she thought you were going to rape her and kill her."

During the attack, the boys searched the woman's pockets, but did not find anything.

One of them then undid the woman's bra, where they found the money, a pouch of tobacco and a baggy of ­cannabis.

One of the boys who was later convicted of rape tried to pull down the pants of the woman.

But several of the other boys stepped back from the attack and the woman "redoubled" her efforts in kicking them away.

The boys, all of whose names have been suppressed, then took off into the night to get stoned.

The nephew of the victim was sentenced to four years imprisonment to be suspended after 18 months.

The two who were already serving time for the rape had their existing jail sentences extended from six years to seven years and 6 months, and 7 years and two months ­respectively.

A ROCKHAMPTON man was decapitated by a workmate from a local meatworks, police will allege.

Syeid Alam, 33, was found dead at a creek off Fitzroy River in Rockhampton on April 16, 10 days after he was last seen.

Police today charged his colleague, Mohammed Khan, with his murder and interfering with a corpse and he was to appear at Rockhampton Magistrates Court at 2pm.

Detective Inspector Darrin Shadlow revealed Mr Alam was the victim of a brutal decapitation. Both men worked at a local meatworks.

"They were associates. It wasn't a random attack. There is certainly not a threat to the community," he said. [more ...]

Suspicious fire destroys Geelong mosque

Firefighters were called to the Manifold Heights former church at 2.10am on Wednesday, to find it in flames.

Seven crews battled for 50 minutes to bring the blaze under control but the building couldn't be saved. Victoria Police are at the scene this morning investigating the fire, which they are treating as suspicious.

The inferno was so intense firefighters weren't able to enter the building because of fears it could collapse.

They were able to prevent the blaze from spreading to neighbouring properties.

The mosque was home to the Islamic Society of Geelong, which represents thousands of Muslim families. [more ...]

Geelong mosque destroyed by suspicious fire; Islam 'not the target', police say

Inspector Graham Banks from Victoria Police said he did not believe someone had deliberately targeted the mosque, which is housed in a former Anglican church.

"This is one of a series of fires against places of worship in the Geelong area. There's been four since October last year," he said.

"It is clearly not what people might envisage a mosque might look like."
