The article's statements that our Church - the Church of Creativity - is "neo-Nazi" and "includes criminals" is untrue and unfair, which breaches the Council's General Principle 1. Also, the newspaper has refused to publish my denial of the allegation, which breaches General Principle 3.

I was not identified in the article, but I am directly affected by its contents, as is every member of the Church of Creativity - past, present and future.

The article ensures the reader that it is permitted to discriminate against all members of the Church of Creativity; that such members of the Church of Creativity are neo-Nazi criminals that should never be granted social, political and legal rights and freedom as is the right of all Australians.

Describe the events.

A former member of our Church - the Church of Creativity - was forced to resign from the Liberal Party. Current and former members of our Church are considered to be "unacceptable" in the Liberal Party. This means that as a Minister with the Church of Creativity, I and other Church members are to never be permitted to participate in what is supposed to be a democratic political process.

I was disheartened to find out about this. While I knew of Harrison's departure, I was not aware that he had renounced Creativity.

I'm a prime example of the church's ability to forgive mistakes. Years ago I left the church with a variety of objections. While I fervently and sincerely disagreed, I didn't insult the church, or its officers or clergy.

Later on, I realized the error of my ways and was welcomed back into the fold. Today I'm an ordained reverend and hold office in the church. The church is far more tolerant than the present political system.

I refer to your recent email to the Commission regarding the Liberal Party.

The Australian Human Rights Commission has the power to investigate and conciliate complaints about:

* discrimination because of a person's race, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, intersex status, pregnancy, marital or relationship status, age or disability as well as sexual harassment in specific areas of public life, such as, employment, education, providing you with goods and services and accommodation;
* racial hatred that takes place in public;
* discrimination in employment because of a person's criminal record, trade union activity, religion, political opinion or social origin; or
* breaches of human rights by the Commonwealth of Australia.

From the information you have provided it does not appear that the Commission's Investigation and Conciliation Section can help you with this matter.

You may wish to contact the South Australian Equal Opportunity Commission to clarify if this is an issue it can consider under its jurisdiction. Its website is www.eoc.sa.gov.au.

Discrimination in employment because of a person's criminal record, trade union activity, religion, political opinion.

Yes, but they have tried to come after us before and failed. While this is not exactly a win, it is something we can add to our legal arsenal. It is general public religious, political and social discrimination, not forgetting discriminating against our wrongfully perceived criminal records. What is allowed to be said about us, we can say about the conniving Jew, the primitive and savage Muslim, and the primative Abo. They can even try and do to Creators as they did to Doctor Toben, but unlike the good doctor, we will not go quietly. HREOC has shown itself to be a discriminatory organisation that has no authority over White Australia. We set the rules, not HREOC or any other shadow government, pseudo authority.
