Beware of false accusations leading to bogus charges with the JOG. I posted that one on our website twenty or so years ago. The JOG didn't do or say anything, but the Reds, MSM and Jew went ballistic with their public accusations of TERRORISM! It was just after 9/11, and the usual anti-White mob were desperate to switch the attention from Muslim Jihadis that want to murder the world and bring an end to civilisation to evil Whitey refusing to embrace racial suicide.

Legally, the book should not be a problem to anyone in Australia - but may lead to an enhanced prison sentence if caught with other verboten materials. In Britain, it would definitely lead to an enhanced sentence. It's not a problem in the US. Canada and NZ are iffy. I don't know enough give a warning either way for Germany or the EU.
