The late Belgian Waffen-SS general Léon Degrelle did not live to finish his autobiography, but The Barnes Review managed to reconstruct it using the documentation and partial manuscript Degrelle left behind. So here now it is:

Leon Degrelle was awesome!

An example of someone who utterly reinvented himself. Started off as a failed politician basically, with no militrary experience, and ignored by the Germans. Then joined the fight againt the Judeo-Bolshevik hordes from the east, becoming a true soldier and warrior, earning the respect he much deserved. Went from all talk, to all action, and proved himself mightily. Defied the odds. Very inspiring.
